This is ridiculous. Any time I ve called this company I ve had to wait at least 45 min to speak to anyone. The recording keeps saying how our companies customer service is very important to us. Well it s important to you, then why don t you start by not putting people on hold for 45 min to an hour. This is freakin outrageous, just so I can ask a simple question, I have to wait an hour??? Then couldn t even answer my question, had to call the adjuster, who never answers. Fed up
