This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! One of their clients hit my car on Saturday. They are closed on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday. I have called and left several messages but no one will return my call. Four days later I am finally forced to get a rental on my own because I have to go to work sometime.

Do not get in an accident with the company. They look for ways to not cover you and try to make everything your fault. My car slid off the road and now its under investigation. Something out of my control. I was told not to move my car from the towing lot because someone was coming to inspect now I being told I may have to cover the time it's been sitting there. They do not value their customers. Its more like they don't care if you can't get to work. We won't extend your rental because we haven't completed out investigation. Seems as they are trying to get over on me and cost me lots of money and lose everything I have. I'm not happy about my experience and please do not respond to my post about you value your customers. BS Tired of reaching out and tired of following up. Tired of bagging for a status and fed up. If anything y'all should be calling me. I'm done. I will have to make a report. I will be repot this company and as I noticed from the previous reviews this is nothing new with this company and looks like this is done all the time.

Was treated very poorly through D.G. Auto Insur. and chose to look for new agency. I spoke with Johnny Garcia who is very educated, informative and friendly. All three of those are very important to me because it lets me know they're listening not just doing paperwork and making money off of me.

Great customer service!!! The one customer service employee Vanessa West Was the greatest and most kind person I've talked to. Very fluent,calm, and understandable. They really try to help you on what's best for you. They do not have all the types of insurances but for what I needed was just perfect enough. It's my first time having their Auto Insurance. I hope I'd get to do more business with them in the future. Time will tell.

Adriana was such a huge help! She worked with me trying to find the best rates based upon my insurance needs. She went above and beyond her ability to make sure I was satisfied with the service she was providing. I thank you for being so patient and answering all of the questions I had to give me a better understanding how switching to Gainsco would save me more money than other providers. I am happy to say that because of her customer service I am now a Gainsco customer!

Get involved with this company because their insurer crashed into my car. These are my reasons for such negative feedback : 1. their estimates are very low ( 10% from actual cost) 2. they do not want to pay for car rental for more then 20 days. In my situation NEW estimated cost was hanging for approval for 2 weeks and after that , repair shop did not have enough time to order parts and fix car. They just called me to inform that I have to return my car in 4 days. 3. They put it all on actual customer. It will be your problem to fight with them about car rentals and pricing for repair. Just terrible experience !

I had an issue with my auto pay when I went through a broker called gainsco directly and was connected with Brad Hagen, who was wonderful and quickly got me a new quote for less than the broker was offering me, moving forward I couldn't be more pleased to be a part of the gainsco family thanks again Brad.

Gainsco is by far the worst insurance company in the free world. They will bill u promptly but u dare not have a accident, u may as well be your own agent. I had to call the ins company everyday to try to get my claim resolved. I had to rent my own car 3 days before they even approved the rental because i was without my car. They didn't even send an adjuster out for a week after the accident and after all was said and done i had to pay my deductible and pay the rental company 400$.I WAS DENIED A SUPERVISOR WHEN I ASKED A SO CALLED TEAM LEADER FOR HER HIGHER UP. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!

I made a payment on the month of September and it was not processed on Gainsco s end. I've been consistently making payments and was never informed of the error. Instead Gainsco s decided to cancel my insurance entirely without notice. The company has made zero attempts on their end to fix their mistake. Instead I have to purchase a new plan.

I've been given awful customer service over the phone thus far. As someone who works in customer service for a living, I and my company would never treat my customers this way.

If I get a into an accident or get a ticket for this company's mistake then it would effect my entire family and Gainsco s would need to answer for that. This NEEDS to be addressed and repaired ASAP.

Worst company, if I could give a negative star rat...

Worst company, if I could give a negative star rating that's all they've earned. I have had this company only a month when my vehicle was damaged by a large rock. I only needed a panoramic sunroof repaired, that was slightly higher than my deductible, and they avoided assisting with the repair, and we could never have our calls returned after numerous messages. Needless to say, save your money and go with a more reliable company that will assist you in your time of need. This company only wants your money and when you need them, the adjusters won't return your calls. There's no one to assist you after 5pm. I'd rather pay more money to a recognized company, at least someone will address my issues.

I was told my policy would not auto renew after 6 ...

I was told my policy would not auto renew after 6 months. So I save money by switching and then got a bill for a new policy from gainsco. Called first thing to get this cancelled and their automated phone message says they open at 8am. Could not get through until after 9 am. So their information is wrong or they refuse to take calls until they have had their coffee. After I got through I was annoyed but calmly explained the situation and the woman disconnected the call while I was trying to get my information I needed to read off to her. Called back a second time and a different woman answered she either didnt want to deal with me or she was new. She told me to email the company a signed cancellation request and pictures of my new policy with progressive. I asked her to read the email to me twice and I read back to her what I wrote down to make sure it was correct. She hung up and the email that she gave me will not work. I tried typing it every way I could think of. It won't go through. Fake email or she had no idea what she was doing. Going to try and call a different day and hopefully get someone who knows what the heck they are doing. This is absurd and you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to cancel a policy that you didnt even ask for. Pay the extra money and use a different company.

I am in the dealing with a claim with them right now and it has bee terrible. I was hit by someone they insured, the man took full responsibility. There reps seemed to try and overly question my like it was maybe my fault. Moving on they did not set my rental up like promised next to the collision place. I ended up waiting an extra 3 hours and missed work. This is after about 10 calls and 3 emails I got a response. Lastly they did not put me in near a comparable vehicle. This is just a nutshell but the customer service is terrible all the way around.

I made my payment on April 3,2020 2 days before it was due.i got a letter from gainsco telling me my insurance policy was being cancelled due to non payment,I called them regarding this matter right then and there.the lady I talked to told me my payment was not paid.i explained to the lady that it went through one of their payment companies that takes the payment called mgb I think the lady again told me it was not paid and said they had no affiliation with this company and when I told her it was on my bank statement she replied that they don't normally receive their payments for about 10 days after they received the payment. I called back on the 16th and the gentlemen I spoke to then said they had received my payment.then this month I get a bill with a $10:00 late fee for the month of april. I called them again and I was told there is no data on my april payment so they couldn't tell mecanything.they took iut my may payment and a late payment for the month of april.i was hung up on 3 times and called the corporate number to be placed on hold for another 20 minutes.i am going to call the BBC and the car insurance commission about this since I can't talk to anyone at the insurance agency.i myself would not reccomend this company to anyone.

This is the worst company in all my years.They take your money every month and you will ride around thinking you have insurance and they will cancel you without you knowing after you have given them your money.You are not able to add road side assistance to your plan.Stay away from them if you don't want to get in trouble with the law.Riding without insurance is a crime and you expect to have insurance if you are paying them.The customer service Representative are rude.

I initially had a very bad review for his place. But they have made things right. Only bad thing I can say about Gainsco, is that it can be very hard to get through to some of the adjusters. Some never return voicemails which can be very frustrating. But all in all, this is a good insurance company. They really need to adopt some technology to help customers and claimants track claims so we don't have to call all the time to get updates.

He explained every detail and even helped find a policy that was perfect for me and fit my needs. Got responses almost immediately and had no issues. My policy changed from 300 a month to 1400 a month...

My policy changed from 300 a month to 1400 a month. Due to this I requested cancellation from my purchasing agent. We ended the conversation with the impression that I cancelled and would find a better policy. However The company did not cancel and charged me the entire premium of 1400 on 7.18. I called in after being charged to request that they cancel and was advise that I needed to submit a form and would be charged 10% of the new premium of 1400 which I did not agree to. They justified it saying that they sent me a notice of my policy change. However I called to cancel so that is not valid. Furthermore I signed the paperwork based on the $300 premium not the $1400 premium. If I was to be charged it should be for the amount of the premium that I agreed to. I will be reporting this transaction to my bank and reporting it as fraudulent. However I want to prevent others from experiencing this.

Don t be fooled by the size of this insurance company. I first of got quoted ALOT less than many other name brand sites. When I finally decided to go through with it all I spoke with a girl named Vanessa, she was the sweetest agent I ve ever dealt with (no actually sweetest person I ve ever dealt with in the business aspect of things). At the end of making my final payment she greeted me by welcoming me to the family which is fitting because they make you feel like family. They really care for their customers and are understanding of things. I will definitely be recommending this insurance company to my friends and family.
