I have a Florida policy and these people literally...

I have a Florida policy and these people literally do NOT answer the phone! I called and press file a claim and STILL received no answer! Well, GOD FORBID YOU ACTUALLY GET IN A ACCIDENT!!! THIS POLICY CAN'T END SOON ENOUGH!!! I have to cancel this mess this is crazy!!!! I'm assuming these other ppl are paid. Kid you not I'm on hour 2!!! For waiting! I can't!!!

GERSON VAZQUEZ IS MY REPRESENTATIVE AND I CALLED HIM AND EMAILED HIM NO RESPONSE! WTH?!!!?

I honestly don t even think this is a legit insurance company. Their client totaled my car in July and absolutely nothing has happened since then. You have to sue them and get an attorney for anything to happen. Edward Pena is completely useless, my insurance and myself have left multiple voicemails with no response. They said someone was coming out to look at my car a week ago but now once again, you hear from them once and then never again. Y all better hope y all don t have to get involved with them in anyway bc you ll be screwed.

The BEST experience I've ever had with a customer service representative. Mrs.Chiquetlyn "Yvette" Norman was out of this world amazing, so was so sweet and well respectful. I felt as though I knew her personally. Keep it up Mrs Norman, and Thanks again for the amazing service today.

My son' truck was parked on his college campus. O...

My son' truck was parked on his college campus. One of Gainsco's customers did a hit and run. Thankfully, there was a witness who reported the hut and run to campus police. He filed a claim. Gainsco's rep came out and took pictures, states the amount should be a few hundred to fix. I email the rep the police report. Their customer claims she waited after hitting the truck and driving away (without leaving her contact information). The witness' account is that she hit the truck and drove away. My son was in communication with a Gainsco claims adjuster. The adjuster has now stopped taking/responding to his calls. Unethical insurance company for unethical people.

Update 08/21/2017...
After being informed by the Gainsco representative that the damage would only be a few hundred dollars, we went to the first body shop.... over $1500 to correct the damage. Called the number posted on this page and was transferred to Jon (Gainsco Claims Adjuster). Jon informed me that he is investigating and waiting to contact the insured to see if Gainsco will pay the claim--- the insured has not responded. He has gotten in contact with a relative of the insured and asked them to call Gainsco. If the insured does respond, Gainsco will not pay the claim. I proceeded to ask the following questions and received the included answers? 1) Was the policy in-force when the hit and run occurred? Answer: "Yes, the policy was in-force. 2) Was the vehicle on the policy when the hit and run occurred?" Answer: "Yes, the truck was on the policy as insured -- And I know that you are trying to get me to say what you want to hear, but that does not mean that Gainsco will pay the claim." I explained that I was not trying to get a him to say anything, I just wanted to confirm the facts. Question 3) Was the vehicle stolen when the hit and run occurred? Answer: "No, the vehicle was not stolen." 4) Did you receive the police report? Answer: "Yes, we received the police report."

Summary, the insurance policy was in-force, the vehicle was insured, the vehicle was either driven by the owner or a person that the owner/insured allowed to drive their vehicle. This company is looking for a way out of paying a valid claim. For anyone, who faces the same issues with this company, please file a complaint with the Department of Insurance in your state and get an attorney (my next step). We need to get "non-standard" (as declared by Jon with Gainsco) insurance companies out of business. They have unethical business practices and should not be allowed to do business as they have absolutely no intention of paying a claim and their customers have absolutely no plan to behave morally nor legally.

I would even give 1 star...they do not do right at all...I paid faithfully and was hit by a drunk driver and my car didnt even truly get fixed then they tried to make me pay for what was their job to repair...i would NEVER recommend them..i would had never been paying them for a year had i known...also it took them over 2 months to even get my car fixed and refused to pay for my damage that occurred from the accident...my car used to be nice now its junk and i have to buy a new one!!!! Bet my lawyer has something to say about this of which I'll be talking to today!

Vega is one of the couple of hundred people that know that the term Reasonable Accommodation, is Title 111 of the ADA, GOOGLE, and Anthony, GOOGLE, knows that it is a FEDERAL LAW, and it must responded back in a certain way in order to myself to be not Disability Discrimination, unlike you MORONS at GOOGLE think it is your right to not accept my disabilities or the ADA. Which means whatever he is getting paid, should be on the level of the founders of your company, GOOGLE

I had been on phone all day long getting quotes and just when I was about to scream and quit my phone rang and I answered it and it was a call from heaven. His name was EFREN, he was so very polite, sweet, informative and helped me with my insurance needs like noone else had all day. It was such a joy to talk to a real person and feel like they truly had my best interest in heart. I now am an insured motorist for the first time in 20 years. Thank you so very much to EFREN.

I didn t an online auto quote and it didn t go how I planned so I decided to call Gainsco, I was connected to Johnny Garcia, who was patient while I found all of my documents and very helpful he helped me get the price I want and made sure I was getting the coverage I needed. Answered all my questions and made it really easy to get coverage.

This is without exaggeration the WORST insurance company I've ever dealt with. I get that they may be cheap...but you will get sued if the company doesn't pay out - GAINSCO is hard to deal with, slow to respond and will flat-out stop talking to you if you try to negotiate with them. Use a more reputable company, this one is garbage.

Johnny Garcia from GainsCo Auto was the one who called me about my auto quote. It was a quick response time and he was exceptionally friendly on the phone. He powered through the quote and didn't make me feel like he was pushing for me to pick this insurance company. I liked the lower rate, it was about $25 less per month than what I was paying and I told him to sign me up. All the email links and paperwork was sent to me quickly and it took about 15 minutes or so for the entire process. Overall, very satisfied with my experience with this insurance company so far and would recommend.

He hung up on me when I asked too many questions that he could not answer. Jeremy is very incompetent at his job and is not knowledgeable at all. Now he does not return my calls or emails and has forced me to get a lawyer. I have not heard from anybody from this company at all and Jeremy admitted to me that his client was at fault for the accident. Worse customer service ever! This is a shady insurance company!

Best insurance company I ve ever had, even better than Allstate. They ve handled my claims faster than I ever imagined. I hit a deer and the next day the adjuster was at my house checking out my vehicle for damages offered me a check right away or asked me to choose a mechanic shop. 2nd claim My daughter crashed and her car was totaled, they worked quickly on getting payment sent to our financial. I highly recommend Gainsco!!

I honestly dont remember how I ran across Mr. Garcia phone number but I am glad I did. He is a godsend, the previous insurance company was charging me way too much. He explained everything to so that I could understand what I needed. And the rate wow I'm saving almost $100 dollars. I appreciate his patience with all the questions I had.

I was with the company for many years with no problems. I went with another insurance company after it became inconvenient since I moved several towns away. After the other insurance company kept missing the auto draft date and sending me a cancellation notice I went back to the agent I had used for years even though it's an hour drive for me. That was the worst mistake ever! I opted not to do the auto draft because the first draft would be a little over two weeks from my deposit date. My mistake because I forgot to pay the first month and the policy was cancelled. I went back to the insurance agent and got it reinstated. I was sent a bill for $65.82 for the cancelled policy. The customer service rep I spoke with was a complete ass. They don't care about their customers. They don't have "clients"...they have "victims."

GAINSO IS THE WORST! This is the response I received from Franco Glaze, the Total Loss Supervisor, when I asked him to check the vehicle again when they missed certain features. Keep in mind the vehicle is in their possession:
Gainsco feels we have done our due diligence to confirm the specific options on your vehicle, at this point, the burden of proof is on you to independently confirm what options came with your vehicle

Why is it my "burden" to do your JOB????

Claudia Huerta took her time personally 3 times today to follow up with me. I have been with Geico for 10 years and this lady gave me the best customer service. I must say it's very difficult sometimes getting on the phone with Gainsco so to have someone like her to go above and beyond makes me stay.

Just plain awful! These guys will give you the run around for weeks. Adjusters are incompetent, making checks out to the wrong people and not returning calls. Their insured ran a red light and hit me, then fled the scene. It's been 3.5 weeks and still no check for my repair. Avoid this company like the plague!

I was shopping around for insurance and saw this insurance company. Never heard of them before to be honest and figured I'd get a quote anyway. After filling out everything it prompted me to call to finish the application process. This morning I called and was connected with Johnny Garcia. Mr Garcia was great, very friendly, went through all my options for different policies, and was very honest with me about everything. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about Gainsco insurance. I was with Geico before and Gainsco beat their prices by a land slide with the same coverage. So far I'm beyond pleased with this company and am happy to be apart of, what Mr Garcia said, the Gainsco Family. If you haven't tried them out you should.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I have been trying to get into my policy online and for some reason it does not accept my policy number. When I try to call the customer service line it says that they are having technical difficulties and to reach out to my agent(mind you this is an automated response not even a help desk attendant) when I try to reach out to my agent it won t even ring. THIS IS A SCAM PEOPLE!!!! They already took my money but apparently no way to message them back.
