My wife and myself started an insurance policy in february of this year, thought it was a decent rate. Then out of nowhere we get notification of them threatening to cancel the account because their agent put a wrong digit on the vin code.. Now the rate has shot up and we're the ones having to pay the difference for the same policy.. I work retail and if i quoted something then after everyone agrees on the price I find out i cant do that price, id have to eat the difference and honor the quote that we all agreed on.. Unfortunatley that's not the case with this company.. It's ridiculous that their employee made the error but we as the consumer have to pay the price... What happened to integrity in business?? What happened to taking care of your clients?? What happened to customer retention practices?? These are some of the reasons our country is failing and nobody is doing anything about it... Its obvious to say we will not be renewing a policy if this is how our first interaction has been..
