John Green was my service rep when I brought my 2018 F-150 in for repair. When I turned the truck on it made a horrible rattling sound. Fortunately it was under warranty. John and his team didn't know what the problem was, they said they never had that issue before. Through their troubleshooting techniques and communicating with the mechanics at Ford corporate they solve the problem. They kept the truck for two weeks, while giving me an F150 as a rental. My experience with John Green was excellent!

They had my car fixed in a day and a half. They were very personable. When I didn't have a ride to pick up my car, they sent a Lyft driver, free of charge. It was a wonderful experience and very painless.

I always dread taking a vehicle to the dealership for work, and I've had some bad experiences in the past. Future Ford of Sac had a difficult task to figure out on our vehicle, but in the end they handled everything above and beyond my expectations. I'll definitely continue using them and would recommend their services to everyone else.

I have been dealing with Ford cars troubles for three years now. Its not fun it takes time to have to keep taking the car to the shop where it is said to be fixed. Leave with car and still having the same problems if not more problems very sad cause when taking the fee for repairs it s right now when the car isn t fixed.

The service center here is wayyyy overpriced. Luckily, I only brought my car in for a recall so I wasn t charged but their prices for service are laughable. $120 to replace a cabin air filter. $20 filter tops and will take 5 minutes to do yourself. Also, $90 for an oil change. $40 just about anywhere else. $40 for windshield wipers. $15-20 online or at an auto parts store. The list goes on, you get the point. If you re trying to save some money, I would recommend trying to fix whatever you can yourself or just go elsewhere unless you have warranty and you don t have to pay out of pocket. On a side note, the service advisors are very nice and I was treated fairly, I just feel the need to get the word out there that they are charging people too much. Also, if you write a bad review they will continue to call you until you work something out with them.

Took my truck in for a check engine light and they told me the IDM was bad. I bought the IDM, change it and $700.00 later still the same problem. Called in Vince from service department, made an appointment for Saturday for them to actually diagnose the problem. Took the truck in, and It looks like I had no appointment. This is really frustrating, being my work truck.

BE WARNED!!!!! This is not someone writing a revie...

BE WARNED!!!!! This is not someone writing a review to help some other business or anything like that, this place really screwed us. I am in active duty military and am currently deployed to Afghanistan. While deployed, my wife went car searching for a second family vehicle. We eventually settled on a Ford Escape at Future Ford. While my wife was talking to the finance department (Shane), my wife Facetimed me so I could be in on the details. All three of us, at length, discussed the different aspects of the deal, at which time I let Shane know we would pay half cash now and finance the rest through another party, USAA. He tried talking me into taking the Ford load they offered but I knew I could get a better rate with my bank, even telling me he was ex-military and understood the difficulties and promising to make this easy for us. He eventually ceased trying to talk me into the Ford loan and we discussed the different paperwork my wife would sign. NONE OF WHAT HE SAID SHE WOULD SIGN HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH A FORD LOAN. Anyways, 2 weeks go by and he still hasn't filed the loan paperwork with my bank, variously claiming USAA would screw his dealership (which USAA NEVER does) and that there was something wrong with the names on the loan (which didn't make sense). Mind you he claimed he couldn't fax the paperwork in and instead mailed it in. We called our bank every 2 days to ask if they'd received the paperwork, each time saying they hadn't. We would call the dealership and they always blamed Ford. Well today I called Future Ford and spoke to Shane and for the first time, mentioned I needed to call Ford financing, which didn't make sense. So I decided to call USAA for their help and in turn, they called Shane and he ended up telling them that my wife had signed a Ford loan and that it had been approved by Ford and we had to deal with Ford financing now. Obviously USAA knew my story and tried helping us but not much could be done since it was "signed."
Bottom line: We really have no idea how that Ford loan paperwork got signed, my wife has a PhD and wouldn't miss something like that so obviously he talked her into signing something electronically and she had just heard his call to me, with him telling us to trust him. Could my wife have been even more diligent? Maybe. But we had stated repeatedly we didn't want the crappy Ford loan and he had acknowledged that fact. So in summary, he lied to me for weeks about why the loan paperwork wasn't going through (USAA believes we waited for the Ford commission to come in before mentioned anything to me), misled my wife (a woman at home supporting a family while her husband is in Afghanistan for 6 months), and...I mean I would say a lot more but don't want this posted removed for profanity or vulgar comments so I'll keep those to myself.

DO NOT GO HERE...THEY WILL TRY TO MISLEAD YOU! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS THAT YOU CAN GO TO, USE THEM. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU LIKE IT HAPPENED TO US

Wow! Greatest experience buying a car ever! The sales person was Tristan. He was very a knowledgeable and a non pushy sales person highly recommend him. Alex was our financial guy he also was amazing and found us a great loan. We had an issue with the car took it back for them to look at it. Tall Paul, (great manger) totally took care of us. We went to service right away and Brad the service guy had us in and out quickly (I had to pick up my grandson, so he slipped us in to make it happen). It's nice to know that Future not only stands behind their products, but goes beyond your expectations. Thank You Future Ford!

I was very satisfied with my interactions with Kathleen Stull. I had some concerns about my F150 that I recently purchased from a different dealership. She answered all my questions with the utmost honesty. If she didn't know the answer she would confide with her colleagues to find out the causes of my concerns. I returned the next day and she explained to me that it wasn't a mechanical problem but more of familiarity of certain features with my vehicle. In retrospect I am very pleased with my overall interaction and services Future Ford of Sacramento provided me.

This is by far the worst car buying experience and...

This is by far the worst car buying experience and worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I spent a considerable amount of time coordinating with Brian Deleon in testing driving a 2018 Ford Expedition XLT prior to my arrival. I met with both Brian and Jacob to test the drive vehicle and felt comfortable with the process and the drive itself. I clearly stated to the Sacramento Ford team I was only on site to test drive the Expedition since I had scheduled multiple test drives with other dealerships that same day.

It wasn't until I returned when the 'shark' type closing process began. After CLEARLY stating to both Jacob and Brian Deleon I was there to NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE that day, I was then turned over to the Sales Manager 'Bryan.' It was at this time I was talked down to by Bryan and 'forceful' tactics in buying a car that day before I walked out of the store. He kept forcing the issue of financing with Ford despite the fact that I was going to pay in full cash for the vehicle. He refused to actively listen to my concerns and priorities of the day despite after multiple attempts of informing him I was there not to purchase a vehicle. It got so bad that at one point I stood up and informed him what he was doing was not in the best interest for me and my family and that he should re-examine his 'assertive' tactics and approach in treating customers the right way.

As a loyal USAA member and US Veteran I was appalled by the tactics employed by Brian Deleon, Bryan, and the rest of the Sacramento Future Ford team for their predatory tactics. I have informed USAA and True Car of my horrible experience while at Future Ford and have vehemently recommended that USAA remove any existing formal 'Certified Dealership' recognition and/or partnerships with this dealer.

For any potential customer, veteran, or active duty personnel looking to purchase a car I cannot emphasize how horrendous the car buying process was at this place. BLUF: stay away from this team and take your business to other dealerships where they treat you with the utmost respect and as a valued customer. You won't find any of this here.

This was our 3rd car purchased at Future Ford of Sacramento. The experience was so easy and professional we will always give them our business! They were friendly, truthful, quick a humble. Brandon, Karen and Shay made the experience so pleasant and fun we felt we had made new friends. The car we drove home with was more than we expected and the payment was better than we had anticipated. Truly enjoyed our time there and experience. We got the truck test drove it and it was perfect, carlton did his BEST to get me what I wanted and he did, after doing all the paperwork and took what seemed like forever (cause I was so excited) I drove off with new truck. Thank you thank thank you Lino Arellano from the Sacramento future Ford store. He is so awesome!!! This is the second time we get a vehicle from him. Well this time we got a truck F150. Anyhow we are very happy once again. We got a screaming deal!!!

Took my 2014 Mustang GT in for some warranty work, received amazing service from Andy Chacon and the Future Ford team. They were able to complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner. My car also had work that needed to be done that wasn t covered under warranty, with everything going on I am hard on money and Andy did everything he could to work with me on the price and I am more than satisfied. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will take my car to them when I need work done.

I came in to test drive a new car the other day. I made an appointment with a David Roberts. I usually have bad experiences with car dealerships because when I go in I always feel so pressured to buy what they want me to THAT DAY. I like to take my time and think about things before I make such a big decision. But I went in there and met with David and he made the whole process super easy. I drove a couple of different cars but I fell in love with the new Ford Fusion. He offered me an awesome deal and I was amazed by the customer service. I can't wait to get my new car!!

We had tried a couple months ago to get a larger vehicle and 2 other dealerships said no. I even tried to cancel this appointment after I made it when I realized we didnt have everything we needed but Rod the internet sales manager said they have tons of programs and to come in anyways. I was skeptic the entire 5.5 hours we were there because honestly 2 out of 3 already said no so really the odds weren't high! But Rod and Julia ran every possible scenario until they found one we could manage. We did have to budge on our monthly pymts BUT it was well worth it! My families needs have been met thanks to these two! And they did what two other dealerships either couldnt or wouldnt take the time to do. I would recommend them over and over! Thank you again Rod and Julia!!

Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us a great deal. Our salesman, Paul Hornicu, or "Tall Paul", was fantastic and helped make this a great car buying experience. He was super friendly and personable and got us an amazing deal. The sales manager, Dave Klingensmith went out of his way to help us into a new car. The finance manager, Shay Haggin, was equally helpful and friendly. In the end, these individuals made it one of the best car experiences we've had and we'd highly recommend them! Thanks everyone!

Aaron Jones was the most helpful and understanding employee today. I walked into Ford hoping to find a car with all of my requirements and in my price range (which was pretty low I might add) and he was very patient with me and did not seem to be rushing me at all. He answered almost all of my questions, and even showed me around the lot showing me any and all cars that fit my criteria. I ended up not getting anything, but his help was a great addition to my searching. Thanks for the good customer service Future Ford!

John was very helpful with getting my car repaird however the experience initially was awful I bought my car at ford in Auburn CA ford fusion car was still under manufacturer warranty. When I test drove the car it had a very hard shift they told me its normal. I contacted ford sacramento to ask if this was normal now that the warrant is almost up and they said no bring the car in. Went on a drive with the shops floorsman he verified the hard shift. They kept my car a few days when I got my car back it still had a hard shift nothing changed they told me they cleared the computer and the car drove normal. That was false they also put on my paperwork that they set the tires to factory settings which was also false my back tire was down to 29lbs of air really low. Took my car back they had me go on a drive with the transmission tech which tried telling me that is normal I said I been told it's not they kept my car for a week put me in a loaner vehicle and when i got my car back what do you know medal debre in found in the transmission filters Coyle sticking and the drum assembly was completely damaged. My car drives like normal now thank you. Very disappointed that they tried to do a quick fix and push me away and because I fought back they detected a huge problem.

Do not classify these folks as the typical car lot type of people. When you come to this dealership you will be treated like a member of a family. I met Steve Earnest and Marc Barnum a week ago. I was not rushed into making a decision, but rather I was educated on what vehicle was right for me based on the questions that I was asked and I was explained why a different truck was best for me. I have to say, I love my F-250 and I am glad that I did not buy the F-150 (although it is a really nice truck) because I would have not had enough truck for what I plan on doing on my ranch later this year. The experience was pleasant from all angles. After I was shown all the features that I needed to get started, the manager Matt Torres came over and asked if there was anything else he could do to make my experience there any better. I said that I was completely satisfied and I took home my new truck. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality service. Thanks to all who helped me.

Late January 2015, I went to Future Ford to try to unload my 2004 Ford Taurus as I was moving to Seattle and knew the car wasn't up to the trip. I was 65 at the time and hadn't been in a dealership in over 20 years so I was very naive. These guys are very crafty. First they settle you down with a delaying tactic. They are very solicitous---making sure you have bottled water or coffee. Then they start the patter. Pretty soon you think this guy is your new best friend. The waiting continues. Then they give you their Starbuck's card and invite you to go across the street and treat yourself. Lot's of "friendly" vibes. They had me there for EIGHT HOURS! They made it clear that the only way they would take the Taurus off my hands was as a trade-in. I found a car on the lot that had been returned by its owner with only 850 miles on it (no explanation as to why). I thought I would get a good deal because it was technically a used car. By the time the closer got through with me they had added on $4000 in service contracts (which were particularly useless to me since I was moving out of state in the next couple days! Something they knew). I was in such a state of brain fog by then I would have signed anything. I had that car for THREE WEEKS before they found a financial institution willing to loan me the money for the purchase because my only income is from Social Security and it wasn't enough to warrant such an expense. I ended up with a 5 year contract @ $293 a month plus insurance. That represents a substantial percent of my monthly income. It put me into a financial straight jacket for the next five years. At my age that might mean the entire rest of my life! They don't care what it means to the buyer...they are only interested in their own side. Buyer Beware seems to be the justification. So SAVE YOURSELF! Don't go any where near these guys as you may regret it for years and years and years. By the way, after fourteen payments I still owe over $2000 above Blue Book even though the car is in cherry condition and doesn't even have 4,000 miles on it yet! I can't even sell it and take my losses yet.

Worst place to buy a car. When there two weeks ago to try to get a car said I would need $3,000 down did not have it at the time came back yesterday to get a quote on my car because they did not give me one the first time. Instead of giving me my quote they tried to put me in another car and ran my credit multiple times lowering my score without my permission this time. Their sales manager Paul did not relate to his team what I was in there for. All of the car salesman's I have dealt with there do not really care what you want they just want to get you in something for a cell I highly recommend going somewhere else I will not have any more business with them.

I recently found myself in Sacramento with my son's Escape when the check engine light and the brake warning light both came on at the same time. I took it to Future Ford of Sacramento and experienced something i thought i never would: good quick service. I was in and out under 2 hours, the lights were off, the repairs were made and i am a happy, happy camper. I spent the time waiting with Jeff Holt, the Internet Manager, and have arranged to trade in that 2005 Escape for a new one with no cash from me and less than $20 a month increase in payment! My son can't wait for his new car. Grat experience, everyone. Thank you.

Brent Leavitt and the whole Future Ford of Sacramento treated me like a queen! He showed me tons of vehicles all over his lot and when he could tell I wasn't "sold" on anything meeting my needs yet he took me all the way over to his other lot. When he says any car he really means he will find you any car! Great service will definitely recommend.

Had an issue with my vehicle which was still under warranty. Turned out that I needed a full overhaul on trans. Kevin Palmer was amazing in keeping me well informed and gave me a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer to drive while my Escape was being fixed. He let me know in detail what was going on at all times. Even when they were swamped with phone calls and customers, he treated me very well and maintained excellent customer service the whole time.
Kevin really shined and represented Ford with professionalism!

I needed 2 new batteries for my 5 year old F350 diesel. I called around 11am and told them i needed new batteries asap as I was leaving on a vacation soon. They told me to bring my truck right in, and had it ready for me to pick up in less than 2 hours.

Future Ford of Sacramento has the best truck service department i have found. I have been taking my trucks to them for years, and always get professional, prompt, courteous service.

I never thought I would buy a Ford but after driving one I was sold. The F150 has so many options compared to other trucks and it drove so smooth. Travis Vicklund was my salesman and he did everything perfect. He was able to find me just the right model for me. I've been a Toyota man for 25 years, but I decided to see what else is on the market this time and I guess now I'm a Ford man. My sales guy Cody knew just about everything you could know about every vehicle and was so polite and patient during both of our visits while we shopped around and my wife asked too many questions (Ha! Sorry Nancy!).

I didn't even know they took other kinds of vehicles for trade in but I ended up making some nice money off of my Tundra and now I've got a shiny new F-150 to cover in dirt and construction dust for years. I was dreading this car shopping, but it turned out so well my wife actually made me figure out how to write an internet review and here I am, writing nice things about Ford! Just want to share there are some kind souls that work here. doesn't surprise me they are 5 stars. My ford truck battery died across the street. A gentleman by the name of Michael Kelly came over and attempted to jump it with a battery jumper, but didnt work, thought when he left id have to wait to get this thing started. A couple of minutes later he came back with a larger battery jumper and had me going in a matter of minutes. Awesome attitude, and I have yet the opportunity to take my truck there but this kind of service and attitude inspires me to do so. kudos and thanks again Micheal!!! God bless
