I made an appointment and my car wasn t looked at ...

I made an appointment and my car wasn t looked at until the next day. I had to call my advisor at 5:30pm the day of my appointment for him to tell me that. I wasn t updated on my vehicle until almost the end of the day the day after my appointment. When updated, they only addressed 2 out of the 3 concerns I had and the third one was super easy, I got the call my car was completed 3 days of them having my vehicle. Not super impressed with quality of service and updating process.

Dustin, Blake and their team who all helped us in the leasing of our new Ford Edge were incredible!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Dustin spent so much time with us explaining features, taking us to the Roseville lot, test driving with us, and made sure we had no questions. He also took care of us through the whole process and didn't rush us or brush us off what so ever!! We will be Future Ford customers for LIFE!!!! Thank you Dustin for all your hard work!! Thank you to his team who all made our experience so great!! We will be recommending Future Ford of Sacramento to our friends and family!

Dealership is great to pick up a fleet vehicle, but the problem is with the
service center. 16' Ford Taurus with 3500 miles on it. Check engine light, codes show up, but they send the vehicle out with just clearing the codes. According to the paperwork in the 2 days it was there, they spent 2.5 hrs with the car and could not detect the lawn mower sound coming from the car. WOW! 4 miles down the road same check engine light. Not great service and understanding. The Tech was great, but the service center employee was not helpful. I will find a better service center, but sometimes the grass might not be greener. Don't settle for mediocrity!

Great service and great prices. Tyler and the team at future ford helped me navigate the entire car buying process with ease. This was especially appreciated as I was buying from out of state. No hidden costs or deceptive tricks like I ve experienced with other dealers. If I m ever in the marked for another Ford I ll be in touch with them.

I've had a pretty good experience with the service department since buying a new car from them in 2014. On the sales side, I had a good experience when I bought my car - - at least relative to other past experiences elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with the Roseville location's service department, so I've only been going to the Madison location. It may have been a one off experience, but it was enough to make me drive further to the Sacramento location for whatever I needed.

Recently traded in my car and bought a truck here....

Recently traded in my car and bought a truck here. Certainly not an experience I'd recommend to someone unprepared to negotiate HARD for 4-5 hours to get a decent price. I cannot say it would be worth going through again to get the same deal.

If you do decide to buy here, be prepared. Don't expect to get the price you need without a LOT of haggling.

My Experience at Future Ford of Sacramento was an EXCELLENT one. Ivan S. worked with me and was great at making sure I understood everything I was doing when I traded in my truck for a newer model. It was my first time buying a car off of a lot and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome and had no problems what so ever. Just want to let everyone know about my experiance at future ford of sacramento. First of all i want to thank LINO OUR SALESMEN,For the outstanding service. My family and I hate going to dealerships and for once I can honeslty say it was one or the best car buying experience we have ever had. Very easy going no pressure to buy at all. Super cool guy. Made us laugh throughout the whole process. We got a great deal on our car.

Came from Santa Rosa , CA looking for a new SUV to fit our family and we met with Annette Williams, Brent Leavitt, and Giovani Lewis. Not only were they respectful,courteous, and knowledgeable , but they were also kind and treated us like family!!! Never were they "PUSHY" ...none of them had us follow them around the lot!! Matter of fact they followed us as we got "car happy" and made sure we understood that our happiness came first! Once we picked the perfect SUV all three of them made sure the paper work process was fast and easy! Mind you we came into the dealership with our family two of whom are 3 and under! The environment alone is very family orientated unlike other places!! This dealership has always put their best foot forward. Im no stranger to having issues with vehicles, but when it has come to my Ford Focus, this dealership has always come through to meet my satisfaction without question.

JR in service has always been my primary service advisor. And this guy just knows how to handle business. Kudos to the Sacramento Ford dealership and their incredible staff.

Have hit two home runs with car purchases at this location. Pleased with my latest purchase is an understatement. Indeed, I have gone through this process a couple times, and this last one left me with a perfect car at an unbeatable price.

I interacted directly with Rod Collins, Bryce Pratt, and Paul Hornick. Each of the previously mentioned employees took care of me beyond measure in their respective roles. The general manager is Rod Collins, and I have had the pleasure of getting to know him over the years. He's a family man who looks to take care of others. I felt very comfortable and confident with him overseeing the purchasing process. Stop in and say hi to see for yourself.

That said, Bryce was my sales manager; he legitimately assisted me for over a month to help find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He never pressured me, and simply pointed me in the right direction based on what I asked for. He helped exceed my expectations and provide precisely what I was looking for.

Finally, Paul helped complete the sell with me by constantly keeping me involved with any needed information about the vehicle in addition to other pertinent questions. He followed up after the purchase, and has been there for any other questions I have about my new vehicle.

I would recommend coming in with focused intentions and sufficient research on your potential vehicle. These guys will take care of you from there. You will regret it going to another dealership. Im not only Ford loyal, but Future Ford of Sac loyal. FIVE STARS!

Not a positive experience. The expensive aftermarket warranty the dealership sold me does not cover safety devices such as airbags. a $45 relay is costing me over $350.00 to have repaired. Every time I call the dealership they keep pushing over priced fluid changes. I am not a happy customer.

Andy did a great job for me. But I'm not too happy with my experience at Future Ford. The mechanics got the wrong parts and now I have to wait another week for the correct part to come in. They've been dealing with my car for almost 3 weeks now. Hopefully this part will fix the problem. Because I am very disappointed. But like I said Andy is doing everything he can for me. And I appreciate that. I realize that we were at the mercy of fedex getting the part to get my car fixed. Hopefully we won't have that problem again.

He went above and beyond to make sure I bought a extremely good car to my standards. He searched the whole car lot of Future Ford, Future Nissan, and the extra car lot on Taylor rd to give me every possible choice he could.
Josh, Doug, Mike, and the entire Financial team worked hard to give me every deal they could to ensure the lowest price available. If you are worried about buying a new or used car I highly recommend going to Future Ford, they will take your worries and replace them with keys to your new car!

Great experience today! We came in not sure what to buy or lease. We needed to see options for buying versus leasing and needed to see a variety of vehicles. Our salesman Adrian Dragos was outstanding. He is new at Ford but he was very helpful, friendly and professional. He teamed up with his sales manager and was able to provide us with all the information we needed to make our decision. We're extremely happy with our lease and looking forward to driving our CMax Energi! Also, Thanks for the BBQ lunch! That was a nice surprise and much needed while shopping for a car.

I had a good experience with Future Ford today. Even though I left without a car I feel that they did their very best to help me get into a car. Michael was was very kind and went the extra mile for me. I also Appreciate Kathy for spending the time to listen to my difficult situation. My old car was totaled in an accident and the Insurance only paid off my loan. I heard around Sacramento that Future Ford was the place to go if you lived on a fixed income. They tried to get me a car with 0 down but unfortunately the lenders would not approve my loan. If it is possible for me to come up with $1,200 down, I will come back to Future Ford. I really appreciate them trying to do the impossible for me.

Best buying experience ever! I went through there internet sales department. Alex Panchenko called me right away. Was very professional and got me a great deal over the phone. Other dealerships wouldnt give me a trade in value over the phone but not a problem here! Then when I got to Sac I met up with Doug Moriarty. Very knowledgeable super cool guy. I Highly recommend him when you go there. My finance manager was Shay Higgins. Just like the other two I couldn't be happier with how awesome he was to work with. I think they were just hoping they could get done that fast. I'm actually glad they took the extra time, it seems they did a good job. Driven about 800 miles since and no leak! Thanks!

Service was immediate and was "spot on." I was advised of any problems, and was given the opportunity to either fix them immediately (some could wait - or to wait on the repairs). I chose to have them fixed immediately. Wait time I was told would be approximately 2 1/2 hours, I was out in less than 2 hours - they even washed my car for me! Talk about service!

arrived at 1035 on sunday had 1030 appt with dan. dan was sick ray shorki asst sales manager (very nice man but overworked) sent me to lot to look for f150 he was to busy to help. at 1115 ray got keys to truck i drove it. back in the office he passed me off to a rookie salesmen, did not know trucks. i couldnt get a price for f150 or a value for my trade in 2007 f350 all he wanted to give me was a monthly payment. that salesmen left had another appt, at 1230 new salesmen came and tried to do the monthly payment thing again, plus didnt know about rebates on f150 at 1245 told ray i was leaving and hated the whole day. i wasted 3 hrs driving and 2 plus hrs at the dealership for nothing. ray assured me i would have a great buying experience, it was a horrible what a waste of time doug hopper

I had nothing but good service and friendly people helping me at Future Ford. When I drove in with an electrical issue on my used (but new to me) 2016 Escape, I was greeted right away by Don Smith. I had a long story to tell him about working in conjunction with Carmax. He was open to dealing with them direct or having me pay and be reimbursed. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about getting my electrical issue resolved. I didn't have an appointment, but he was able to fit me in that day. He was in constant contact and worked hard to get my SUV back to me same day. They were very busy and he still made time to text me with updates and even call Carmax to arrange payment if need be. He arranged FREE Lyft rides to and from the dealership to my home in Arden Arcade. Everyone I dealt with was top-notch and real pros at what they do. I was especially impressed by my Service Advisor Don Smith. He exceeded all my expectations. He made me feel like I was the only customer he had all day...and he was busy all day with all kinds of customers. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or demanding too much of him. He was in constant contact through there text messaging system. Most of all, he got things done...and done well. I will definitely being going back for future service. It actually made me a little bummed we didn't buy are car from there in the first place. The staff at Future Ford is friendly and knowledgeable. That can be hard to find these days. So thank you, Don Smith and Future Ford!

A man named Erynn helped us find a car and he really made us feel like we were definitely getting a great deal. Erynn took his time and answered all of our questions. The other dealerships seemed like they were trying just take our money, but here we felt like they actually cared about our needs. I've already recommended this dealership to other friends.
