These people are deceivers. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and I was so ready to do it. I even had my own financing and everything was ready to go. I filled the application just so they would have my information for paper work and they ran my credit without tellibg me they were doing hard inquiries on it. Now I have more then 7 hard inquiries on my credit, and all because they want it to sell me the car with the bank they want so they can get most profit out of it. They care more about the profit they make more than how they re customers feel. So if you already have your own financing and they tell you they re going to do a soft check on your credit to see if they can get you a better interest and lower payment. Just and simply say no and walk away because that soft check is all bullsh*t. They will do as many hard inquiries as they can to get the best profit for them.

Great place with very helpful people. Our salesperson was Dylan Bell. He was so patient with us and a great help. He went out of his way to make our experience pleasant. While in the dealership we received notice that a package was delivered to our house and Dylan went to the house and put the package inside for us.
He was such a nice person and we enjoyed his company while looking in the storage lots for the car we wanted. He made our experience enjoyable and we now count him as our friend.

Very happy with the service department, Darren's customer service, sense of urgency.
I had to have some warranty work done and a couple TSB's on my 2013 F150, they took care of it and kept me up to date daily without me having to call for updates.
I drive past two other Ford dealers to get to Future Ford Sacramento if that tells you anything. I've tried pretty much all the Ford dealers in Sacramento and some flat out sucked. I'm very particular when it comes to my truck and have a good mechanical working knowledge of it and usually have a good idea of what the issue is when bringing my truck in. They don't just blow off your concerns basically saying "ya, ya, thanks for your input but no thanks" like the multiple other dealers I've tried.
I also use the quick lube on the weekends and Ed is awesome, real down to earth guy and genuinely cares.
I highly recommend the service department at Future Ford of Sacramento, I have no experience with the sales side though although my wife will be buying a vehicle in the next few months, I will update then.

Misinformed on a lot of issues. Paid the car off in 45 days could not get my warranty & gap insurance funds back for 6-8 weeks.

Why does it take soo long to get my funds back? Initially they told me that I could not get those funds back until I did my own investigation and guess what the story changed!
When I purchased the car there was only one key and was promised another key but never got it. We re still waiting to hear about the key still no answer in 45 days.

Car has been paid off and still cannot get the pink slip for another 8 weeks from DMV.

the service was excellent. It was the fastest service I ever had with my car being worked on. I like how I got a text before I even let giving me information to contact them if needed and then got a text letting me know my car was done. Jose helped with having every issue I had and got all 4 things done I was very pleased with his service very nice guy.

Summing up a long 2 week story. Took my car back for a different mechanical problem it took them long time to figure it out and I got it back 10 days later, I got the worst service than I ever had any where. Ask about were I could find the warranty section on paper work I was hand back with back side up and said there very rude. After a test drive and with a concern I was told the tech said its fine we are done and walked away. Before even going there the day before I was given a call my car was done at 2:30 and after asking at 5pm when we spoke again I wanting to test drive first can I come in the morning. He said very rude sure, I will just wave the storage fee for you. When I was handed my key that day I backed my own car out of the service were you pull around customers walking through and with the plastic on seat and paper on floor not to mention greasy finger prints on my hood. So much more happen it was awful service very rude. I forgot to mention a few days after dropping it off I called to check on my car and was told they have over 100 car a day to fix there trying to get to it.

I guess sales are so good, they have gotten to the point they don't care much about the customer after the sale. I was not asking for much. So, 4 stars, not 5.

Brenda my service provider was excellent. She put me in a rental for the weeks my car was being serviced. She kept me informed. She is an excellent service provider. Manpower needs inproving.

Purchased a used Ford F150 a month ago, it was the WORST highly pressured, bait and switch horrifying experience ever!! Best buying experience ever hands down.
Our sales person Doug Moriarty was able to turn a frown upside down; had a car break down on us over the weekend we needed replaced quickly. On his day off he came in to show us all the models we were interested in, patiently allowed us to test drive them and weight all options and ideas - in and out in a very reasonable time frame and help my already upset and stressed out wife ease into a very well priced 2015 Scion TC that she is now in love with.

My wife had her Escape serviced just recently and as always Future did a great job. Everything was checked a few concerns were addressed and repaired. Car was was ready to go before estimated time. What can you say...they are a great place to take your auto for required maintenance and repairs of all kind. My family has bought many vehicles from this location and have not been disappointed. I personally have bought 5 Mustangs here through the years and most likely have one more to purchase...lol.. Highly recommend.

I had to bring in my 6 month old F150 for a Recall notice, also a minor noise in the driver side door. Both were taken care of in a timely fashion. Kudos, to my service representative, straight forward, and cheerful help! After dropping it off at 7:30 am it was complete by noon, and the text that it was ready, I appreciate actually more than a phone call.
Second time in...This time for the 6 month oil change, and again everything was perfect! While we allowed a four hour window, I was contacted in two hours, my truck was ready! Chad my service adviser is on top of everything, cheerful and helpful!
More recently, I just had a service completed and decided to walk home for the exercise! It was only about 2.5 miles, so it fit my fitness requirement for the day! When the vehicle was finished Kevin Palmer called me and asked if I needed a ride to pick it up, which I did. They sent a Lyft vehicle to pick me up and it was there in less than 5 minutes! Great Service from great people!!!

I took my 2019 Ford Explorer in for its 15k mile service. The service rep was very professional and it was completed in a timely manner. My only unsatisfactory comment was that the vehicle was not washed and even though I was overall satisfied, sometimes it s the little things that make the difference. Going the extra mile and spending 10 more minutes delivering a clean vehicle is important customer service.

Purchased a car preowned back in October 19, was told it had all sorts of features. Drove car home and found none of the promised items were included and i was charged higher price. The battery died the second day I had it. Then it died again so I had to pay 100+ at the shop for a new one. I also had trouble with the windows. When you roll them down it creates a very unpleasant sound when driving. The car hookups would work when they wanted it to. The carpet started peeling away from the plastic barrier as well. Dealer financed a car 2k higher than what was previously agreed on. They will push you into buying a used car. Hold your ground and take your business to another ford location. Luckily my car was hit and totaled, thus freeing me from this outrageous loan. Will be going to get a new 2020- but not from future ford on Madison.

An unscrupulous dealer. They use high pressure sales and finance tactics to get you to sign. Afterwards they're rude and dismissive. I gave them an OK review and had a salesperson call me around the clock even though I told him I'm not changing my review. Then the salesperson called me at my work, at a law firm, using confidential information that was only to be used for the financing matter. Their service team doesn't actually perform a full service. I went for a service with a low brake fluid warning and the warning was still there. After calling the service department I was told I'd get a call back, but they never called and my voicemail wasn't answered.

Horrible people selling horrible cars. The Ford Focus I bought from them has been the bane of my existence. I'll never forgive Ford or this dealership.
