Future Ford gave us a great deal on our Ford Escape, Christian and Austin were great and took care of all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Future Ford at Roseville Auto Mall.

Even though I didn't get to walk away from the dealership with a new car YET, Tyler Swedensky was a big help! He was very knowledgeable with the inventory and tried to find other lots that had what I was looking for. I'm definitely having him help me find my next dream car at Future Ford of Sacramento.

Bought a used car they said they have it inspected before they sell a car for safety. Bunch of crap when I got the car I wanted to negotiate price first did that for 4 hours. Because I was not going to do high payments. After all that we went to drive the car I looked around it looked fine. Till the day after I noticed a chunk of the wall of the tire was gone. Went to ford to see if they will give me a new tire. They didn't of course even though want to help me even tho they never fixed the problem. Watch out for these guys they will seem nice at first but will sell you a car that is not safe instead accuse me of doing it even tho it was the previous owner. Never going to buy from a ford lot again.

Working with Derrick, he's been amazing we are a growing young family husband just started a great career but challenged credit from our past but Derrick is still working to help us get into the bigger vehicle we really need it may not work out but I have to say I don't feel pressure to do anything we can't or aren't comfortable with and he's gone above and beyond.. We will definitely be a customer in the future as well when we are ready to upgrade my husband's truck! Thank you Derrick! I hope we can be picking up our ford tomorrow morning fingers crossed :)

This was the first new car we had purchased in some time. Schmitty was our sales rep and Mike was our finance.guy. These guys went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We got a killer deal on a 2019 Ford Fusion. Thank you Future Ford!!

Took my truck in for its first oil change and Joshua helped me out with my paperwork and they began working on my truck quickly. Even though they were short handed, I was out of there in no time.

I have nothing but great things to say about Future Ford service department. Alex was great especially when I mistakingly thought they closed at 6pm on Saturdays. He stayed fifteen minutes after 4pm closing time to wait for me to come pick up my 2018 Ford Edge after my 10,000k service.

Kevin in the service department really made me feel like he cared about my truck, my budget, and myself.

Terrible customer service in the service department. Over 5k repair bill and could even get a call back from the service advisor about my vehicle status. Was not a pleasant experience and would not recommend them.

So I'm the type of person that can't decide on what to have for lunch so buying a vehicle brand new is a big deal for me. I bought my truck last year but I never left a review. It was almost like being in a relationship with a girlfriend you love to hate . There was a lot of back-and-forth but over all I got a great deal and I love my truck. I already had signed the paperwork and had an issue and they had me come in and they wrote a bill of sale to fix the problem. They treated me just as well as they treated me before I signed the paper work. All I can say is know your homework make sure you ask lots of questions and be prepared for a full day if you are seriously intrested in buying. By the way I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer

Wanted to buy a car but went there and got sexual harassed instead!!! Requested a new sales rep from manager and he acted like it was NO BIG DEAL!! "Cj" was the sales dudes name he kept asking me for my address and said ok that's fine we can go take care of this in this car over here!!! He and the management was HORRIBLE!!! On top of that VERY pushy try and get you to buy what you don't want and refuse to let you leave I had to fake illness to get out of there... HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

My experience working with Brandon Collins at Future Ford of Sacramento was amazing! I had always steered away from the larger dealerships worried about being hassled or pushed into something I didn't want, however my experience was the exact opposite! They were more than accommodating to my needs and criteria for purchasing a new vehicle with the absolute best price I could find!

This is the best experience i have had buying a new truck,no pressure,informative,the sales person took me to look at many trucks, He cheked into 3 different finance possiibilities,set up Ford pass on my phone,and had the bedliner sprayed on.I would go back there for another purchase.

I wanted to lease a new car for my wife for Christmas. I went to Folsom Lake ford and was told the trade in and my wife must come in. I had to tell her the Suprise. I told the sales man from the start what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade. He said OK no issue. When we arrived the went lowball and offered 900. I turned and walked. I was so Pissed that he made me blow the suprise.

I went on line to Future Ford and was taken care of by Derrick Leggings. He was very understanding and helped me. We did have some major hickups with this deal but the dealership took VERY good care of us in the end.

I was VERY disapointed that the GM NEVER contacted me and if he tries now, it's to cover his ass. The other staff involved did a great job.

I would buy a car from here again ONLY if i deal with Derrick and the other staff.

Future Ford always has been my go to as far as service on my Fords when they are under warranty. Had a resonator on a 2017 Ford Raptor brake loose, ordered a new part and had it fixed chop chop..Thanks guys

My husband and I Recently went in and inquired about a new f350 to haul our fifth wheel. Adrian Dragos helped us out and proposed many great options for us. Absolutely no pressure at all from him or the managers! Great people to buy from!

I recently purchased a 2017 F-250 super duty from this dealership that was a certified preowned. I Agreed to a price, I had a few issues with the transaction, but Rod was great in getting them corrected and make everything right. I would purchase with them again.

Fixed my cars overheating problem, but told me that they won't have the parts to fix the recall of the passengers side Airbag, I wasn't a happy camper! Come on, I have been getting all kinds of letters telling me to make an appointment to have it fixed!

This place doesn't want to earn your business, they want to take advantage and cheat you.
I'm not going to waste your time(unlike this dealership) with the entire story, I'll just give you the highlights.

They immediately tried pushing the car they wanted to get rid of instead of showing me the cars I wanted to see.

I wanted to buy, they wouldn't even discuss buying, they wanted me to lease. I checked my credit score with the big 3(transunion, experian and equifax) so I know what my credit score is, they lied and said it was 100 points lower than what it actually is to justify their high money factor(APR).

The "sales guy" , Danny, was clueless and was giving me all kinds of incorrect answers. He couldn't even tell me if I had to pay taxes on the depreciation amount of the lease, lol, incompetence at its finest.

They drew up some paperwork with some numbers they pulled out of their asses, so I took them home and used a lease calculator to see if they added up. They didn't, but no surprise there.

Every time I tried to leave the dealer they would just come back with more slick sales talk about how great of a deal they were giving me. They only had one goal, try and pressure me into leasing a vehicle I didn't come there for, lucky for me I don't buckle under pressure, I fight back.

If you want to get screwed make sure you go see the sharks at Future Ford of Sacramento on Madison Ave., they will screw you right.

Recently the girlfriend needed a car, so we purchased a car from here. The salesman was real helpful and the guys even stayed 2 hours past closing just to sell us car, my girl is abit indecisive. We got here an hour before closing after talking to the salesman they pulled up a few realistic options. After checking out the car and taking it for a test drive, my girl was in love and the test drive wasn t bad, the salesman didn t try to make nonsensical small talk but genuinely seemed concerned on how happy we were and answered every question we had. Although they couldn't match him on his offer, they gave us a much better deal than other dealerships. I will be coming back here next time I m in the market.

I was hesitant into buying a new escape, but once Brain Deleon showed me all the features to the car I knew that the escape would be a great fit to my family. Brain was a great man to work with.

I will start this off by saying, Kelly Shepherd I apologize for the late review. Came in a couple of months ago to continue on my search for a new/"new to me" vehicle with ZERO expectations of buying anything, let alone even finding something in budget. Well, NOT ONLY did this new friend of mine (I no longer look at him as a salesman), Kelly Shepherd, offer MULTIPLE vehicles in my budget I was treated with the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST level of respect and genuine care for my situation at the time. If anybody is even just kicking the idea of car shopping around, do yourself a favor and go down to Future Ford of Sacramento and be sure to ask for KELLY SHEPHERD! You will NOT be disappointed!
