Stopped in to ask a question about a problem with the truck. Been going to a mechanic for months on the same problem to no avail, the problem persisted. Not over heating, but not getting hot enough. Then all the water would dissipate and the truck would end up overheating. Frustrating. Well, the head mechanic at Ford said it was a cooling sensor that was all bad. Had the mechanic change it and voila! Problem solved! Awesomeness!!!

Service advisor Jimmy Martinez was friendly and helpful, but the condition the tech left my car in wasn't cool. I brought my car in on a Friday. Was told they might be able to get it done on Saturday, but if not Saturday, then for sure the following Monday. By 4 p.m. on Monday I hadn't heard anything so I gave them a call. I was informed that it would be another week until my car was ready, because they were waiting on a part. Fortunately, the company I work for is amazing and let me borrow a work truck for the week. Repairs were completed the following Friday. Picked my car up, went home, and parked in the garage. Next morning went out to my car, opened up the back door and that's when I noticed the condition the car had been left in. Plastic trim was left popped out and it looks like someone rested a panel or something on the rear corner of the car and scratched it up. (See pictures.) Waiting to hear back from Future Ford, but not too happy about that. If they left it like that on the outside, it makes me question how it was put back together on the inside... where you can't see it.
The service was amazing. Bryce, my salesman, was very friendly and worked with me on what payments I could afford to put me in the truck I liked. Tyler, my finances manager, fought for me to find the best loan choice. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends.
Love this place! Bought my truck there a few years ago and I am still really enjoying my truck. The people there really worked hard for me to find the perfect truck for me and my budget. Thanks future Ford! Excelent service! ( I was so thrilled with these folks- I baked them a batch of chocolate cookies!)
Ordered a new 2018 F350 Platinum Pickup from the Sacramento Branch. My Purchase /Finance Coordinator, was with me till the last day I signed docs for the truck. What price costs we agreed upon Alex held his word on all the numbers & there were no hidden or inflated costs at the end. Man of his word! Very satisfied with my purchase, Thank You, Alex & Garren
Chelsea is amazing. Definitely recommend asking for her. We worked together previously and she always puts the customer first and makes you feel at home!! She will fight for you and make your car buying experience one of a kind. :)
Bought a brand new f150 from Dennis and Katie in the fleet department. It was the easiest and best car experience I've ever had. Was able to lower my monthly payment and get money back in my pocket. I will definitely be back and send everyone their way!
Had to have a recall repair and even though Future Ford wasn't going to be making any money from me they still came and picked up my car, at the time I was unable to drop it off and get back home with kids in tow. They did an inspection, wash, and top of of fluids at no charge. For my own convenience I ended up getting an oil change from them. I would usually never get an oil change done at a dealership because you pay dealership prices. The price tag for service is no fault of theirs, it's just how the industry works. In closing I would say that for service you can definitely find better prices, but I doubt you can find the high level of customer service that I received anywhere else. I dealt directly with Kathy & John and both were outstanding and went above and beyond what I expected. Even small things like remembering me mentioning having the kids at home with me and bringing them a treat when they dropped off my car. Small gesture, but the very fact that they took note, remembered, and then provided something nice for my kids is a testimate of how much they care about their customers and earning their business. I plan on sticking with Future Ford and when the time comes to buy a new vehicle they will be my first stop!
As someone who buys a vehicle 1 to 2 times a year plus I help family and friends buy their cars. I have had a lot of experience dealing with salesman and dealers. This was the worst experience by far. Our salesman was a shark and I could see his tactics immediately. I continued as if I was falling for it just to not be rude. He wasn't educated on the different trim levels for the vehicles. He started to be rude and called me a liar and insulted me multiple times. I went into the dealership to speak with the sales manager and he seemed disinterested in the situation like he is used to this happening. This made sense, as when I started to go inside to let his manager know what happened he just laughed like he knew that he was fine. I'm happy to say we purchased a new truck somewhere else a few hours later.
Future Ford Roseville treats me like I am a VIP every time I go there. This particular trip was just for a 5,000 mile service but never the less, Jeff Heath, my Service Advisor, covered everything from bumper to bumper. Right from the start, he told the Car Porter I was a VIP and to take extra care of my Shelby GTE Convertible. Jeff knows how important that car is to me and I appreciate being able to bring it to Jeff knowing the respect he shows for my car. I trust everyone there will take excellent care of my car especially Jeff Heath. I have been a customer of Future Ford since 1997.
Staff was eager to work with me until i told them i had a hurdle that would appear on my credit ans then they basically gave me a card and said well good luck. So i took my business to another dealer and bought an suv from them.
When we bought our new truck two salesman literally told me it was impossible to get a King Ranch in black. Really.... that's how we're going to start this?
We ended up buying a "nicer than normal" F150 and within a couple weeks noticed a some issues. Primarily a "coins rattling in a can" sound on moderate acceleration between 1800-300 rpm and the moonroof rattled.
I visited the service center in person and described the engine noise first since that was my primary concern. At this point there were maybe 4,000 miles on the vehicle. The only suggestion the service advisor offered was an oil change and thorough fuel injector cleaning (or words to that effect) to fix the noise. I explained that the truck was brand new and he acknowledged comprehension of that but still insisted on the fuel injector cleaning. Rather than act insulted I simply laughed and left. I called in the next day only to be met with an empathetic snicker followed by apologies and a request to come back to the dealer. It was quietly explained that at times advisors have service packages they're highly encouraged to sell.
After my trips to the fleet center and to the dealer the problems still weren't remedied. At the last visit to the dealer I set an appointment for a ride along so the noises I described could be observed. The rattle in the moonroof was quickly acknowledged but not the engine noise. For some reason a number of others notice it when riding in the truck but no one at the service department. The truck was kept overnight and returned with no answer for the engine noise, and the moonroof rattle temporarily relieved until about two days later when the rattle returned.
The service advisor, Mike, was the only shining star in my experience with the dealer. He seemed to know what he was talking about in regards to my complaints. If I were to segment this rating I would at least give him "5 Stars"
I'm to blame for part of my frustration with this dealership and the truck being kept there overnight. (Side Note: We purchased a locking tonneau cover which was installed by the dealer.) We had recently purchased an RTIC backpack cooler to keep groceries cold when transporting them home and out of habit I left the backpack cooler in the back of the truck not thinking twice about it. After my vehicle was returned the backpack cooler was gone from the back of the truck. I'd assume there is a sign posted somewhere or a brief fine print disclosure in the pages of documents I signed at the counter stating the dealer is not responsible for loss or theft of items. If that's the case I guess I can't complain but out of principle I expect more from a service provider. (This isn't Bob's car wash after all, I expect a different caliber of employee at a Ford dealership)
As a "car guy" my truck is basically an extension of my home so for something to be taken I can't feel all but violated. Adding this to the less than ideal sales experience (I spared the details) and a service center that doesn't seem too eager to remedy a problem, perhaps because of sticky fingers, and I'm certain to take my Ford loyalties elsewhere.
While this post will get lost in the graveyard of online reviews not to be read by the alleged culprits, I'm sure I'll recall this experience when my wife purchases a new Mustang she's had on her bucket list, ideally of the Roush or Shelby offerings. At that point I'll have a brief moment of spite and post on Future Ford's social media sites our purchase made elsewhere and the reasons for it.
I'm a loyal Ford guy, but no longer to this dealer.
I worked with Joe and Blake in the sales team on a used Mini Cooper they had on the lot. The experience with Joe and Blake was great. I was able to get the car a Pre Purchase Inspection at a nearby shop and worked our a excellent.
The deal was finalized on 6/29 with pending direction to wire the funds in for payment of the car on 6/30. When I called to confirm the wire directions and price on 6/30 the car had been sold.
How can a car that has been sold be sold again? I had already paid for a Pre-Purchase inspection and had all my paperwork done for this vehicle. Now it is gone and no longer able to be sold.
I am very disappointed at how this dealership handled this deal. These tactics lack integrity and shows me the true nature of the dealership. The sales team of Joe and Blake were great, but the management that sold car to another person is unacceptable.
Future Ford banks on the reputation of being a family dealership with family morals. I do not believe this is the case. Avoid dealing with the management team here and their unethical approach.
I went in to test drive an escape had no intention of buying a car that day, but ended up buying a fusion all thanks to David Braley. Go see him for a new car !!!!!
Had the BEST experience buying my Ford Explorer yesterday. I highly recommend going to this dealership. Pam, and Megan helped us easily and smoothly through the entire process. We also really appreciated the finance guy (can t remember his name) for being so personable and friendly since paperwork is so time consuming. Thank you future ford of Sacramento, Pam, Megan and finance guy :)
Go see Travis Vicklund if you want to buy a car from a great guy. He will help you out and not push you into something that is not for you. Can't go wrong with Future Ford. Lots of inventory to pick from. Not only Ford's
Josh in the main service drag did an amazing job of getting my car in right away and provided excellent service. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable with the car. Highly recommend
Armen is a great salesman !! Very nice asked me what I was looking in a vehicle put me on the perfect car loved it. I'm a couple weeks away from purchasing. He understood didn't give me any pressure in buying right now. I will go back to him when I'm ready to buy.
My god, the only reason I was ever stuck into a Ford was because of a family friend. Wrongdoing of cold killer sales tactics to keep you jerked off by lack of actually getting what you really researched the first time around. Lame the synergy groups kept me tortured out of the news for this long with their fake news all over the television.
The service writer which is extremely good and kept me informed. I felt expedited my repairs
I'm not sure about the technician because I never met him. I would have to say the way technicians are train these days leaves a lot to be desired. I would include any dealership in this statement about technicians
I'm sure I had extra cost because of the technicians lack of knowledge
But overall in the situation that I was in I couldn't ask for better results
Very good dealership with a friendly staff big variety of cars, and the main part getting to the right price was not a long process. Would recommend to friends and family to buy car at this dealership
Received a recall notice from Ford that the passenger side airbag could explode in an accident. I called the service dept was told that Ford had replacement in stock, but hadn't sent them out to the dealership. After several attempts of contacting the service dept ,I walked in the fast lane and talked to Lisa and Brandon and was told that a repair order had to be written. After writing the repair order the part was ordered and I received a call to bring in my Ranger and they could change out the airbag . Took my Ranger in and they had it changed out in about 3 hours. So if you need anything done go talk to Lisa or Brandon they seem to know more about getting your car fixed than the service dept. Thank you Lisa for all your help, you are a true professional .
FOUR WEEKS AGO WE BROUGHT OUR LINCOLN MKZ IN FOR TWO PROBLEMS, INTERMITENT KEYLESS ENTRY & FAULTY SYNC MODULE. MIKE IN SERVICE, WHO HAS BEEN GREAT, FOUND THAT SYNC MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE BUT FOUND NO INTERMITTENT ENTRY ISSUE FOUND. UPON ARRIVAL TO HOME IN GRASS VALLEY, NO KEYLESS ENTRY WORKING.
TWO WEEKS AG0 MIKE IN SERVICE HAD OUR SYNC MODULE CHANGED AS OUR CELL PHONE KEPT DISCONNECTING. THAT WENT WELL. SYNC IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD, BUT KEYLESS ENTRY IS STILL NOT WORKING MOST OF THE TIME.
WE HAVE AN FORD ESP WARRANTY POLICY WHICH WE ARE TOLD COVERS THE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM. WE WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED BY REPLACING THE KEYLESS ENTRY MODULE AND WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
BOTH TIMES WE DROVE DOWN TO YOUR FACILITY THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM. BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED.
PLEASE ADVISE US SOON, DON'T THINK THIS IS A CORPORATE ISSUE YET.
When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly Man by the name of Tri! He was the most personable sales person I have ever done business with at a car dealership. Tri did all (and more) than any other salesperson at a car dealership than I ve ever experienced. Tri treated me like a friend and not a customer. Tri shared many life experiences he shared with me. Although I was there for awhile Tri made it seem like I wasn t there for long at all. The financial officer did all he could do in his power to bring my car payment down as low as possible! I purchased a small SUV with AWD (Ford Eco Sport), which is exactly what I wanted! I never dreamed I could afford another car on my own but the Future Ford Dealership of Sacramento made it happen and I am eternally grateful!
Cedric Gordon was extremely helpful and friendly. He genuinely seems to care about the customer vs just making another sale. Would recommend Cedric to handle anyone. He's wonderful.
My sales experience at Future Ford Sacramento with Tristan Summers was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a 2017/2018 Ford Fusion to replace my 2014 Fiesta ST and 2015 Chrysler 200. Tristan was very friendly and polite when introducing himself. I let him know what i was looking for and we browsed the inventory on the lot. I looked at a couple different versions of the fusion and test drove a couple different ones that i was interested in. Tristan was not pushy at all. Tristan allowed me to take my time and answered all my questions. When i ended up finding the fusion that met my wants then came the sit down to work out the details of the price, trades and payments. Ofcourse this is something that is always a little back and forth before we come to deal to work out between both parties. During that time Tristan was not pushy at all. He got me water and coffee while waiting. He also kept a conversation going to keep you from feeling you where there for a long time. After going through financing and finishing that whole process Tristan had the car detailed and full tank ready by the time i was out of financing. Tristan went over the whole car with me to make sure everything was good for me. Tristan showed me all the cool features of sync 3 with Navigation and set up android auto for me along with showing me how to use all the functions. For the next couple weeks Tristan stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going well with my new 2018 fusion SE. Tristan kept all his promises to me and even filled up my tank again when i brought back the 2nd car that was traded in. I had a great experience at Future Ford Sacramento thanks to Tristan Summers. Thanks again.
David Braley. Great customer service, the best salesman at Future Ford of Sacramento. Highly recommend to work with David when purchasing a new/used car.
Very slow if you can ever get ahold of someone and when you do they aren't very helpful at all. I'll start going to downtown Ford they got great customer service and they know what they are talking about and want to help.
Future Ford is a great company and the Sacramento branch treated me very well. Manish my salesman was very helpful and accommodating. He stayed late to finish up and get me my car that night. We needed signatures so he even followed me home to finish up. Real stand up guy. Shay in Finance was great! Really helped me out and answered all of my questions. Would recommend to everyone I know.
My experience at FUTURE FORD was wonderful. It was my best car buying experience to date. My salesman DJ SINGH could not have been more helpful and attentive. On Saturday Sept. 8, 2012, I spoke with DJ on the phone. I explained to him that my car would not start. And that I had to have a car by Monday so that I could go to work. I also explained to DJ that I had no way to get to FUTURE FORD. And DJ said he would be at my house within the hour to pick me up and bring me to FUTURE FORD. I said are you kidding me? And DJ answered no I'll find a car and be on my way. Within the hour DJ was at my house and 3 hours later I was back home with my new FORD FOCUS!!! I want to thank everyone who helped me that day it truly was an enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to send my family and friends your way. AGAIN, MY HEARTFELT THANKS TO ALL AT FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO!!!!!!!
Had recall work done and regular maintenance. Couldn't stay but a left ride was provided so I could pick u my car when it was ready. Great service personnel.
Daljit Singh at Future Ford was extremely helpful in showing me around the lot. He was knowledgeable and made it an overall great experience. He went out of his way to listen to our needs for a Ford truck. We settled on a 2012 F-150 Platinum EcoBoost. Thank You for a Excellent Sales Rep Daljit Singh.. We will send friends and family to Future Ford of Sacramento for ALL thier auto needs.. Gil and Sue Olvera "EXCELLENT "Rating !!! ... 5 Star *****
First off talk about no getting a run around here. Theyre definitely not sharks! It was my first time buying a car and the entire process was fluid. Jose my salesperson was able to not only talk to me on his own time, but when i arrived for my appointment it was an immediate VIP treatment between Jose and Danny (Manager). They did literally everything they can to make the numbers work. From working with the price to helping me get the correct coverage with an insurance company. They went above and beyond to make this become a step in life with making my first big car purchase. Honestly it was a fantastic experience. Jose, Danny, Jimmy, and Shane i appreciate all that you guys did for me today!
Awful. Future Ford on Madison sold me a Lemon (a Fiesta, known for defective transmissions) which, after repeated repair visits and adjudication, I finally turned back in to them. Throughout, they refused to answer emails or phone calls. They failed to submit the required documentation to DMV which then, for months, haunted me with notices, threats of suspension and demands for registration and insurance. I was finally able to get it all resolved, but this was sheer incompetency and rudeness on the part of Future Ford.
It's a relief to now be in a different car -- that's not a Ford
I made the mistake two years ago of buying a Ford focus SE from Future Ford of sac I have regretted it since I bought it because of the recall on the transmission I had bought the car unknowing until six months later when I start getting notices. I went in yesterday because they promised they would do the best they could to help me get from out of that car without losing too much money I did take a loss on the car which sucks but I could no longer have The transmission issue and I wouldn't be worried if my car was going to stall. Well I want to give a huge thank you to the future ford of Sacramento team they did do right by me this time. I usually don't post stuff like this but with all the help and the pushing to get me a better rate and a beautiful brand new car they changed my look on Ford. I told my self I would never buy from them again but when I got a call from Brian he changed my mind and I gave them another shot. so I want to thank Brian OBrien, Jeff, Justin, and Derek for pulling out all the stops to get me into a beautiful car. Thank you for your continuous help and understanding.
My experience with Jose Soto and Danny Thomas was amazing they were able to get me approved for a brand new 2016 Ford Focus go see them for your next purchase
Came in because I needed help with pairing up my new phone to my new Ford focus , he was very helpful and professional recommend David Braley for any car questions.
Wasted 2 days buying a car here. Then When I needed warranty service I was refused twice, had to go to Folsom and they helped me. These people don't respect anyone .
I ve had a few problems with my Ford Fusion. First my steering wheel was loose and now I have a oil leak. Will rethink buying a ford next time. At least Jose in the service dept made sure everything got finished.
Thank you Brian Deleon for helping me look for a new car for my husband. Your customer service and knowledge about the cars helped me be less stressed throughout my car search experience.
Anyone looking for just the right car needs to go to Future Ford of Sacramento and ask for Frank Roman. My husband is a picky man. I was trying to convince him to get something with good gas mileage and he was looking for something with speed. Well, thanks to Mr. Roman we were able to find both all in one awesome Ford Focus Turbo ST with 31 miles to the gallon!! My husband is very satisfied and so am I. THANKS FRANK!!!!!
I cam in for a test drive on a f150 Armen was very professional very nice he took his time I did not feel rushed like some other places and he was not trying to show me something I was not interested in. He knew what I wanted and showed me a selection of what they had. All in All good service.
My favorite neighbourhood dealership. Keeps future American pride with current amazing stock models and making top of the line vehicles affordable to nice people. Great, friendly, knowledgable sales team. Financial advisors are very professional and helpful. I have had my previous vehicle services there also for many years, and intrusted my own and my family's comfort and safety on the road 100%. Great place!
Service was good and were honest that I didnt need new brakes. The only thing is that they didnt tell me that my battery was corroded until I looked at the paperwork when I got home and didnt ask to replace it either. I would have gave them 5 stars if they at least mentioned that
Future Ford of Sacramento and my salesperson Kevin Ross helped make my new car buying hopes become a reality. Kevin really listened to my concerns and needs and absolutely connected me to the perfect car. It was truly stress free and easy. Thanks so much, Kevin, and Future Ford of Sacramento on Madison!
I couldn't be happier with my recent purchase here from Brent Leavitt. He was a huge help. I have never had such an informative experience buying a car. He was not a salesman but a teacher. I will definitely see him again.
I was looking into cars a few years ago and I really wasn't that impressed with the sales section of this dealership. However, the service department has really taken care of us on multiple occasions and I appreciate that enough to give Future Ford a 5 star rating. In comparison to the service department in the Roseville dealership this place blows them out of the water.
I always go to Future Ford for all of my auto needs on my Ford. I have always had excellent service and recommendations. Kevin took care of me this last time on Thursday and I really appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy that I am always given.
I bought a 2015 Ford F-150 last Saturday. Unfortunately the truck broke down that night on the way home from the dealership. Truck broke down two more times within 3 days. Lots of lights flashing, lost all power and engine started shaking. It was a bit scary being I had just bought the vehicle. Dave took care of this, and made my truck a priority. Brought it in one morning they provided me a rental, and the truck was fixed, throttle body replaced, and was ready for pick up that evening. I was happy to see the dealership was just as concerned about this as me. That's excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned!!
Asks for Katie and Dennis! they are amazing. they make it so easy. getting into my 2016 Escape was a piece of cake! on top of that the whole dealership staff really takes care of their customers
This place is HORRIBLE they RIP OFF all of there customers they really do trust me i worked there They also make the salespeople write FAKE google "positive" reviews for cash buyer BEWARE no kidding
The GM bought the owners old house (honestly who does that) this place is kiss ass central if your not drinking the kool-aid your DONE
BUYER BEWARE !!!
I hope they see this and dan tellez is a "manager" and "professional" and ONLY has $1000 in his bank account hahahaha lmao broke *****
