John was very helpful with getting my car repaird however the experience initially was awful I bought my car at ford in Auburn CA ford fusion car was still under manufacturer warranty. When I test drove the car it had a very hard shift they told me its normal. I contacted ford sacramento to ask if this was normal now that the warrant is almost up and they said no bring the car in. Went on a drive with the shops floorsman he verified the hard shift. They kept my car a few days when I got my car back it still had a hard shift nothing changed they told me they cleared the computer and the car drove normal. That was false they also put on my paperwork that they set the tires to factory settings which was also false my back tire was down to 29lbs of air really low. Took my car back they had me go on a drive with the transmission tech which tried telling me that is normal I said I been told it's not they kept my car for a week put me in a loaner vehicle and when i got my car back what do you know medal debre in found in the transmission filters Coyle sticking and the drum assembly was completely damaged. My car drives like normal now thank you. Very disappointed that they tried to do a quick fix and push me away and because I fought back they detected a huge problem.
