JOHN MILES aka Smiles, Keith and the finance guy who wrote my contract .....THANK YOU SO MUCH! I could not of asked for a better team of people to get me through this process. I wanted something that was not on the lot and the next day they had it in the lot. Talk about above and beyond. The professionalism in the sales and finance department rate more than 5 stars in my book. They made sure I was completely taken care of, they were honest and genuinely happy doing their job.... so GLAD I was able to have them pop up as number 1 in Google search. You cant go wrong a Future Ford of Roseville.... take the time and look .... there are plenty of deals here.

Brought my 2015 Ford Focus in for a clutch warrant...

Brought my 2015 Ford Focus in for a clutch warranty repair. It was a quick process to bring the car in. The service rep went over everything and explained that because my car was still under power train warranty the clutch was covered no matter what. The next day they messaged me with an update on the car. They found a motor mount and a few other things that needed repair and were causing vibration when I was driving. They had it fixed by the next day and I picked my car up. I could really notice the difference with the new clutch and motor mount which made me confident in the work. I even got an oil change out of it which was a nice surprise. I would definitely bring my car back here.

The customer service reps at the Ford parts department are INCREDIBLY RUDE! They're lazy and didn t want to go through the process of giving my husband a refund for just ONE bottle of oil so they tried to deny us a refund! HORRIBLE customer service. AVOID FORD or at least their parts department on Madison Ave. in Sacramento.

Me and my son went and cancelled a service contract 2 months ago the cancellation paper says allow up to 8 weeks for processing have not heard anything from the dealership im pretty sure that's illegal and would not recommend doing business with them.

I usually purchase a new car every 3 - 5 years and have done so for the past 15 years. Future Ford is the first dealership I've brought my car in for service and didn't have to fight to get the warranty honored or get charged for a diagnostic just because the possible issue may be out of the scope of the warranty. My next car will be purchased from Future Ford of Sacramento.

Iv had in my 29 years of life I did not get low balled for my trade and I didn t get thrown some outrageous price for the new car from start to finish the deal was done in two hours Jacob and Nathan were highly professional and extremely knowledgeable if I hadn t got a truck a month prior I would have honestly gotten two vehicles in the same day with out thinking twice definitely will have my business in the future

After shopping around, I came across Future Ford. I came in contact with Travis Vicklund in the internet department. I was blown away by the knowledge he had about any vehicle. All my questions were answered and he helped me choose which vehicle was right for me! He was very professional. I had a recall on my 2013 Ford Fusion. I had my car towed to this location Future Ford location on Monday 7/2. I was told by a gentleman named Jose they would contact me on Tuesday late afternoon. I ended up calling them on Tuesday 7/3 requesting an update and was told they have not worked on the car. I asked them about a rental and they told I could rent but only for a day. I asked them what if it takes longer than a day.? He said I would be pay out of pocket. I told him that would not be acceptable since this is a Ford issue. He understood. He said he would contact me Thursday morning for and update. I waited all day Thursday for a phone call until about 3pm and I called again. Jose stated they did a diagnostic on the car and found a loose hose and said the recall was not the issue . They were going to charge me for it. I was told they would fix it at no charge. y car was fixed Friday morning. I wish there was better contact and better accomodation when a car is recalled the customer gets a rental no fees. When Jose was going to charge me $50 as a deposit hold. I felt it was not my responsibility and they would need to waive that since this was a part that was a Ford error. My car was completed at the end of the and I was satisfied.

I went into the service department to have my Fiesta serviced and decided it was time for an upgrade so I went to see Kelly Shepard on the sales floor. He spent hours with me trying to make sure I got what I wanted in my price range. In the end I got my Ford Flex that I have wanted forever and in the color I love and my price range! Thank you so much for making this happen for me Kelly! If you need a new car I definitely recommend going to see him!

I was dropping off my 2018 Ford F150 for oil change as he went above and beyond to find out if I had any recalls on my truck as well as I was dropping it off. Joshua was very helpful and I have no problem at all telling all my friends and family about how good Joshua and future ford of Sacramento! Good job guys

Made a appointment with a salesman (4pm) to go see a used vehicle. Upon arrival salesman left too attend someone else. Turns out the vehicle I had a appointment to see was sold. Drove 3 hours (Fresno to Sacramento) with spouse to see specific truck. Left when they finally said they had sold the truck. Later that day around 6:30pm salesman messaged to ask if I was going to make it to the dealer. Please don't waist people's time especially when they are driving from far to see a specific vehicle.

I financed 2018 Ford Fusion and already got Insurance for it but after a week I got a call from Ford dealership and asked me to give them the car back because bank did not approve it. It does not make a sense. Why did they give me the car and asked me to return it back to them when finance approved me at first. So I had the worst experience back there. I don t recommend anybody getting a car from this dealership. Be careful

Im not one to leave reviews but I have to. Me and my boyfriend bought the retro style ford thunderbird from here because he always loved how they looked and I saw it so I headed up while he was at work to check it out, having called to say I was coming in to check it out. When I got there it wasn't at this location but instead up in Folsom. My salesman grabbed some keys to one of their used cars and we headed up to get it to bring back. The ride was smooth and I loved the luxury of a car from 2003. My boyfriend was at future when we returned and he took a test drive and did his inspection and all looked good. The buying experience was good, as good as it could have been at a dealership. But we were done at closing. The problems began when we went to take it home and the instrument cluster didnt light up when the headlights were on. Now that's a safety hazard especially for someone like myself who works nights sometimes. But they were closed so we went home deciding to call tomorrow. Luckily I was off so I was able to call and take it in. Even more problems. I was told to speak to this one man who works in the service department. I sat and waited for the longest time. He finally came, I told him what was wrong, he took my keys and went to check it out. Not even 5 minutes later hes back telling me I had to turn the brightness up. Now I'm not some ditzy chick. My boyfriend is a porsche mechanic who loves cars in general. My grandfather is a mechanic. I know some things about cars. More than an average female. I told him thats not it and explained that in the dark it doesn't light up the instrument cluster which means you can't see how fast you're going or anything. He finally gave in and we drove to the service area for them to check it out. I waited and they couldn't figure it out so I had to leave it overnight. Now they were gonna pay for an uber to take me home. I need a vehicle to get to work while they have my newly bought car but they didn't want to give me a rental. They finally gave in and gave me a gas guzzler but whatever. Now serious problems. They had my car for over a MONTH because they couldnt figure it out. I made my first car payment without having the car in my possession. Before dropping to car off the first time, my boyfriend noticed many things that got overlooked during the safety inspection. The air filter housing was cracked. The tires were like 11 years old, which is so unsafe. And a few others that I just can't remember. Now this car has been in the Sacramento area its whole life. Its only been worked on at ford dealerships. It came with a huge carfaxed report that listed every detail and maintenance that has ever been done to it. I felt safe when we bought it but now finding all these things that ford has missed terrifies me. Got it back. Its good for a month and now the car is overheating. The thermostat exploded inside itself basically. My grandpa opened it and it was all in pieces. Those cars, that should be replaced at like 100,000 miles. It was not. More money into the car. We fixed it. Went back to them like look, this car has had all these safety issues can you take it back, we trade it for something else you have but they wouldn't. Well they said we could get a fiesta. For, I think $100 more monthly. No thanks. We like cool cars, I would have settled for ordinary, but a fiesta is ugly. We got a oil change package and while my boyfriend didnt want to use it after we saw how bad their maintenance was, we didnt have time to do it ourselves. So I took it and and it came with a multipoint inspection and tire rotation. Cool. I waited and when it was done I got a list of things that were wrong that totaled over $1000. Funny thing is that they're things that wouldn't be that bad in the 6 months we had the car. Especially the 5 months since we got it back after they had it for the month. So they tried to up well me on something they should have fixed to begin with. I just want them to take the car back for what we still owe on it and be done. This has been horrible and I want it done with.

I came in Armen greeted me with a smile complimented me on my car. I told him I wanted to upgrade to a newer car he asked me what I have in mine that I like I told him. Tgen he asked me what I wanted in a car. He found me the perfect car perfect color. I ended up owing too much on my car so we couldn't come to a deal. It was haste free no pressure. He told me in beginning that regardless I buy or not he wants me to be 100% satisfied and I was. I will be coming back when I'm in a better position to buy and Armens going to be my guy for sure!

Since the day of purchase of a certified pre owned vehicle we have had a bumpy road with this dealership. It seems that the different departments don't know how to interact with the other departments all under the same roof. Knowledge of procedures or protocol seems non existent. Too many times did we hear " we have no record of that" or" I dont know what your'e talking" about yet we have a document from the dealership outlining what's to be done and by whom. For a CPO vehicle we found far too many blatant issues to be addressed. Decent enough people but...

I never thought that buying a car need not be an ordeal. However, I told my friends that you will need Paul, Dean, Tyler and a fourth gentleman who I apologize I could not recall his name. I have had a sad experience with another local Ford dealership.
Paul called me and said the car I wanted was in the dealership and gave me the financial details over the phone. So I went and took the Fusion energi without spending a quarter of my lifetime at their dealership.
I am sure I will be getting the same pampered attention when service days come. Lastly though, I hope you could improve your coffee service.
Other than the coffee though, these four gentlemen were fantastic to say the least.

I was there at the future ford dealsership on madison ave last month where i was welcomed very warmly by D.J. Singh. He made the entire process very easy and smooth. I never felt any pressure the entire time I was there at the dealership. He helped me find the right truck that i was looking for and worked out a perfect deal which suited my budget without any hassle. I love my F-250 that i drove off with.

The first salesman Jeff did not take care of my problem. All he did was sell me a car.He told me to have my car reprocessed and take a hit on my credit .I brought the car back. The second salesman was Eric Chambers and sales manager Shane Weirick were what Future Ford should be all about . They cared for me as a customer and took care of my problem with the 2014 Fiesta that I brought in to this dealer eight times. To bad I had to trade in that car and go deeper in diet because of a transmission problem that could not be solved. I've been with Future Ford for forty years and at least six cars. Ron Ackerman

Had a myriad of issues with my F250 with 250k on it. Decided to take my chances and go to Future Ford since I knew I needed the best mechanic to figure this out. Eric Hammon happened to be available and I let him know right off that YouTube and myself had it all figured out. I just didn t want to throw parts at the trucks problem and I did take videos of the issue . Eric really went to bat for me and had his best guy on the job. I trusted him and I was not disappointed.
