Freightcom is a great way to get better shipping rates as a small business. Easy to use. No hidden fees. It's helped me out a lot. I find It especially useful when I'm shipping multiple packages or very large/heavy packages. In these cases, it's almost always cheaper than Canada Post.

What can I say about Freightcom except they are a small business game changer. If you run a Canadian business, you know one of the largest barrier to entry is the domestic shipping rates. Frieghtcom's shipping rates are the best I've ever seen. I use their ClickShip app integrated with our Shopify store for online orders, and use Freightcom for our LTL shipments. Christine is my account manager, and she is super helpful. To be honest, at first I thought there must have been a catch, because it seemed to good to be true. But it really is that great! I highly recommend.

The quoting process is extremely easy and you are immediately provided with numerous carriers and rates to choose the option that works best for your delivery. The shipping documents are print ready and easy online payment is made after the package reaches its destination.

We will continue to use Robert and his team at Freightcom for ALL of our shipping needs.

Best shipping company by far, low rates and Hasan is an amazing helper when it comes to pretty much anything. He responds quick and helps me out any time of the day. Recommend shipping with freightcom, the only shipping company I ship with.

They were great to begin with...until they started sending me invoices with charges I didn't make and threatening to go to collections if I didn't pay. Their rates are great, but there are plenty of other companies that offer the same service, without the dishonesty and harassment.

I love this service and use it for both of my businesses, County Computers and Apothic Vapes and includes an easy way to request adult signatures from their shipping partners on delivery.
My service rep, Jay Pizzo, has been quick to respond to any issues I have had (which have been few). And the biggest issues i have had were in regards to the lack of professionalism of one of the shippers (Dicom), which I have corrected myself by simply not choosing Dicom to pick up my package. No point trying to save a buck or two (literally) when they don't bother showing up to get the package on multiple occasions.
Frieghtcoms website is easy to use but if you have trouble, your service manager will walk you through placing your pickup orders until you are comfortable doing it yourself. And most of the time the rates these guys get from Canpar and UPS are competitive with Canada Post, which I used solely because of their seemingly low price to ship. CP now only accounts for a fraction of my shipping needs.

Hasan at freightcom has been awesome! From the very begining, he took his time to walk us through the platform step by step. We don't ship very large volumes but even then we have always felt prioritized and he has made himself available at all times for our questions and concerns. Just last night, I messaged him at 12:02am because I realized I had forgotten to include the unit number for a package to be delivered today. At 12:04am he responded assuring me that he will do everything to resolve this and by 10:30am the package had been rectified and delivered successfully!!!

In a world full of faceless logistics entities, Freightcom stands-out as an easy to reach, helpful business partner. They have gone out their way to be affordable for even me, an inconsequential e-commerce seller. I'm super impressed with the care and responsiveness.

I have been in the transport industry for 8 years and I can understand the mishaps that come with moving freight. We had a major issue and I must say the the CSR Megan Harris was most helpful. patient, professional and on top of the situation. Every day for 2 weeks she kept me updated and help rectify the situation. She has become my go to girl because if I need anything done I know that it will get done. Easiest shipping company I've used. Gives me the best prices with the fastest shipping. Whenever I have questions, I'm able to message one of the representatives, specifically Hasan (@freightcom.hasan). He helped me get started, and walked me through step by step. If I ever need help rescheduling a package, he helps me right away. Will continue using this service, and has saved me a lot of money & time with shipping!

Got a call on a Friday afternoon 3 months ago from a gentlemen that sold me the service of Freightcom, he proposed that i try them a few times for my small shipments to the USA, which I did and was extremely surprised. Excellent service, best prices for loads between 1 and 6 skids, accurate invoicing, fast deliveries. They also offers many options in their quotes in prices and amount of day for lead time which give's you an option to choose from. Do not hesitate to use their services, you will be satisfied.

After shipping with Freightcom and paying in full for their service, we we billed an additional amount of $130. It was stated that the weight was different then estimated. However they could provide no proof of this. And when asked for this proof, their response was to send my account to a collections agent.

I would have no problem paying this if it were indeed a true charge, however with no evidence provided, I refuse to blindly pay a company money just because they say so. The bill simply read " amount due".

I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I've had fantastic experiences with them so far. We use them for small parcel shipping ex-Canada, mostly to the US. For LTL, our company ships almost exclusively out of Los Angeles, so Freightcom's rates wouldn't apply (although considering the direction the US is going by way of trade, this may all be moving to Vancouver soon, even though we're an American company, so we'll see). For small parcel, I find their website intuitive, their rates excellent. We only get billed extra if the actual weight of shipments were clocked in by the carrier as heavier than we expected, which is understandable, and fortunately, pretty rare. In all, they've become our #1 broker for small parcel, and we're very happy.

We ve been shipping with Frieghtcom for over a year now and it mystifies me why anyone would use any other way to ship. Prices, choice of carrier/shipping service, the customer service from Freightcom themselves - its all superb. As a business in a rural location we use them to arrange pick ups and send shipping labels to our own suppliers and save $000s each year compared to the rates most suppliers quote. Highly recommended.

Stay away. First shipment was great, next 44 we e horrible. I was charged extra each and every time. When I tried to call, Jabir said he would get back to me.

Shipping art all over Canada used to be something that I put off as it was such a hassle and was so expensive. One of my artists suggested I look at Freightcom and to be honest, it's been a game changer! We have been a Freightcom Customer for over 3 years and overall have received amazing support from both there Sales and Support staff. Without there LTL and Small package delivery, we would rely heavily on using Canada Post through Shopify and our own contracts with UPS, Fedex...etc. The rates and service we get from Freightcom are the best we have found to date and complimented with quick speedy service when there issues. We also recently started evaluating the ClickShip integration with Shopify and planning on rolling out very soon based on its rates and ease of access for our customers. As an apparel wholesaler, we have been using the FreightCom service for almost 2 years now. FC offers superior shipping solutions under one roof. From a simple envelope via FedEx to any LTL shipment and beyond, all can be managed with a few clicks and with very competitive discounted price. Outstanding customer service and solutions through their platform makes it even much better than directly dealing with each transport company. Most valuable about FreightCom is: "The FREEDOM of choice for their customers".

As a frequent use of Flagship, I was excited to find Freightcom. After doing some price quote comparisons, I found Freightcom to be ignificantly cheaper than Flagship.

Today I attempted to complete a shipment of packages to a distribution list. I downloaded their Excel template and used that to input my addresses. I went through the process of setting up the shipment and when I got to the page to get the rates, I received an error message.

After 30 minutes on the phone with tech support, the issue was not resolved. Tech support ended up calling me back about 10 minutes after I hung up with the solution. Apparently there are specific steps you must go through to get the distribution list to work properly. I finally got it to work, only to find out that you can only choose the "Best Rates Available." It does not allow you to choose specific carriers.

I ended up missing the carriers pick up cutoff times and will be driving these packages to the distribution centre. A huge waste of my time.

I will continue to use Flagship. I don't mind paying the higher rates. Their online portal is much more user friendly and I have never had any issues.

Somebody at freigtcom used fake info and IP address to register on our website and spied on us. Last time it was Graham used "coangr" (you can find this user ID on redflagship pretending a user to promote Freightcom) registered on our website. All you info has been recorded. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Update to Problem Below: Jay from Freightcom has since contacted me, reversed all the additional charges made in error and cancelled the collection agency. I appreciate his response and we've attributed this to an over zealous employee in accounting. I'm changing my rating and instructing our shipper to return to checking Freightcom's rates. If you have trouble resolving any billing problems I recommend contacting Jay for help.

Beware quotes aren t reliable and disreputable billing practices.

After receiving a competitive LTL rate we shipped on 3/16/2018. Received a bill for $141.19 which we paid. It included charges for Residential Delivery - $11.50 and Limited Access - $11.50.

Over a month later on 4/25/2018 they re-billed us, charging additional fees: Private House (Residence) - $40, Limited Access = $11.50 again.and Residential Delivery Surcharge - $11.50 again.

I emailed Lee Richards on 5/9/2018 both invoices and asked why we were being charged again for things we had already paid? He responded I am having that checked, sorry, Lee and that was the last I heard of it until today.

We received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for the $72.05.

We regularly ship product across the city and the country and have found Freightcom to be extremely reliable. They offer a range of shipper choices that fulfil our business needs. Price is extremely competitive which is very helpful when shipping goods across Canada. Highly recommend them.
