I've had fantastic experiences with them so far. We use them for small parcel shipping ex-Canada, mostly to the US. For LTL, our company ships almost exclusively out of Los Angeles, so Freightcom's rates wouldn't apply (although considering the direction the US is going by way of trade, this may all be moving to Vancouver soon, even though we're an American company, so we'll see). For small parcel, I find their website intuitive, their rates excellent. We only get billed extra if the actual weight of shipments were clocked in by the carrier as heavier than we expected, which is understandable, and fortunately, pretty rare. In all, they've become our #1 broker for small parcel, and we're very happy.
