After shipping with Freightcom and paying in full ...

After shipping with Freightcom and paying in full for their service, we we billed an additional amount of $130. It was stated that the weight was different then estimated. However they could provide no proof of this. And when asked for this proof, their response was to send my account to a collections agent.

I would have no problem paying this if it were indeed a true charge, however with no evidence provided, I refuse to blindly pay a company money just because they say so. The bill simply read " amount due".

I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
