i would rate 0! The customer service will hang up your call directly if you trying to make a claim! Besides, don't ever think about to get a claim successfully from them. they got millions of way to reject that!!!!

One of the best shipping companies use used. My international shipment got to it's location on time and whenever I have questions Hasan is always super quick to respond and help me out. Good for high volume and low volume packages and makes my life so much easier .
