I have been in the transport industry for 8 years and I can understand the mishaps that come with moving freight. We had a major issue and I must say the the CSR Megan Harris was most helpful. patient, professional and on top of the situation. Every day for 2 weeks she kept me updated and help rectify the situation. She has become my go to girl because if I need anything done I know that it will get done. I look forward to continuing to work with her :)
