Company is a Disaster

I honestly wish I read these reviews before dealing with this company. It has been nothing but a complete disaster and dissatisfaction dealing with this company’s Claims Manager - Vanessa she has been a horrible mess, ignorant and disrespectful. Our company lost a package and till this day we have no resolution from this company or a response from this useless manager.

You will save a lot of money and grief not dealing with this company. It’s the worse experience we’ve had.

This company is useless.
It’s been almost one year now since I filed a claim for a damage shipment and they just keep giving me the run around.

The don’t care about your shipment, they ignore you and give you nothing but excuses. Claims Manager is of no help, she rude and disrespectful.

Trash company. It has been close to a year waiting for them to refund a claim and they are still investigating it. Whenever I contact them, they keep ignoring me and never escalate matters.

Repeatedly called me and did not leave messages. Called back multiple times in a row until I finally answered to tell them I don't do phone calls.

Have used eShipper for several years. We love eShipper. It offers us huge discount on shipping cost, especially the multiple parcels shipping and international shipping, saving us lots of money. (Aramex is our favorite international shipping courier. We sells industrial tools.) The number of our orders are not very many, but each order often has multiple parcels and is very heavy, sometimes more than 75 kg. The other shipping couriers do not offer us satisfactory discount. We can only rely on eShipper. We would like to recommend eShipper to the other small or middle-size business.

This company has been a LIFE SAVER for me!! Best rates in the industry by a mile! Amazing customer service! No contract, payment is processed order by order! They are partnered with all shipping companies in Canada so you always have a ton of options to choose from! I have literally saved a huge amount of shipping expenses ever since I heard about E-Shipper!

Rates are good but sometimes a bit less expensive on ShipTime. But you d better to go with ShipTime because if you do a claim, good luck! Even if you take their insurances, they ll tell you the company refused the claim for reasons like the parcel was delivered 3 months later. Don t need to say that my customer was refunded 2 weeks after the claim because I don t give a bad service like they do . I still have 3 unsolved claims one dated from February 2018. Two are lost parcels and one is a damaged product. They do anything they can to make you abandoned your claims like asking you same documents many times, offering much lower amounts that what your parcel was insured for. I had one claim with ShipTime and it was solved to my entire satisfaction within a week! I spend an average of at least 1000$ a month with E-Shipper in the past, but they just don t care. Also, expect your weight and dimensions to be reassessed mostly every time up charge for the slightest discrepancies, never the opposite. Also, their site is very buggy, I ve sent emails about issues a few times but no answer, they don t care. Avoid at all cost!

Worst place to work. Non existent training, their computer system was a mess, inbox full of tons of angry customers.

Finally! A 3rd party shipper with excellent customer service, accountability, and desire to go the extra mile.

Took two days to ship 1 pallet shipped at 1pm yesterday and it s 12 now. Still waiting

We have been using this service for a couple of years now. Out of no where out packages started getting invoiced again after the shipment was sent. This went on for months. I kept asking to talk to someone who could look at this and they said they were sending it to my sales person. I never got a call back and then one day my sales person reached out to me on something totally different. She said she never got the messages and was surprised that I had been this unhappy for this long. I thought maybe there would be something she could do but no. While her intentions seem genuine at first by the end she was just like "Sorry, nothing I can do" . They kept saying that we were putting in the wrong weight but we didn't we used the exact weight on all our shipments. For example we shipped a large base that we normally ship via freight but due to time restrictions needed to courier it. We used the exact weight the airline uses when they weigh it on their scale to calculate the cost. Yet eshipper's companies decided that wasn't accurate enough and billed us hundreds of dollars extra. Then they broke half the shipment and did nothing about it. Another example is we sent a t-shirt in a small box which weighed no more then 2 lbs. It should have been about $20 to ship but instead we got a revised invoice stating the weight was 9lbs!!! WHAT T-SHIRT WEIGHS 9 POUNDS... It was a size small and made of very thin cotton. When we called we were told (yet again) we were SOL. We moved back to Fedex who have been stelar to deal with. They never revise our invoices and they actually have customer service people who care. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, they will just invoice you later for whatever they want and there is nothing you can do.

UPDATE: Amazing, the reply from eShipper is to blame the customer. This is perfect.

Love working with e-shipper - have been using them for my commerce business for over 2 years now and they are great! Very straight forward to use and customer support is excellent. Gagan is who I mainly deal with and she is super helpful. Highly recommend.

Eshipper makes handling claims super easy and efficient. Vanessa is the best from claims, she addresses all issues for you in one phone call and unlike dealing with purolator or ups directly that give you the run around. 6/5 stars if i could.

Shabbir and his team have been amazing. He got shipments out this week that used to take weeks to coordinate. Every time he e-mails me to let me know something is ready to ship I am blown away at the turn around time. Shabbir is so detail-oriented and focused. You can tell he loves his job and strives to be the best at it. I am more than thrilled. He has more than met my high expectations.

High-level customer service is hard to find, especially in the shipping world but Eshipper has shown us and our team at Blacksaw.co how it's done. Beautiful work! I would highly recommend working with these incredible people!

I have used eshipper for 13 years for my 3D products online business. First of all the negative reviews below are inaccurate and suspicious. They appear to be envious competitors attempting to bring the rating of this 5 star company down. Second of all try it for yourself then judge. They do not make you sign any contract NOR do they hold you to any minimums. It simply is an easy to use online solution that offers very competitive pricing on shipping locally and abroad.

eShipper is a great company to work with, we've been using them for a little over a year now. They have amazing rates and great integration with eCom platforms. My whole experience with them has been really awesome- their customer support is amazing, if you have an issue simply just send an email. I cannot recommend them enough!

I found EShipper online about a few months a go needing help with international shipping. From the initial call, Gagan was amazing to work with. Down to earth, patience and determined to work with me to get me rates that I needed. If I had a question or needed help, she was there and on top of things. Even though it was the holidays and I am sure she and their team were swamped, it felt like I was given special attention which speaks volumes to their customer service. I am and will be using these guys for a while.

From the company contact regarding when the items that were to be picked up right to when the driver collected the pallet to be shipped, every aspect of this company was very professional, courteous and helpful. The driver, Ean Clarke, observed all covid 19 safety protocols and was friendly and thorough from the time he arrived till departure. Trusting the balance of the deliver is as efficient and professional. This mode of shipping large items is definitely the way to go.

Shipping hubs like eShipper face serious competition in all facets of the business. The one service albeit extistentially posed is that of damage and loss insurance. Most clients assume that any loss or damage if so insured will be covered with expediance. This assumption must not be taken for granted. In particular with eShipper. eShipper offers their own insurance- a paid option . This option carries no more weight than that of a common carrier when a claim is filed. Twenty nine days following a claim with all documentaion requested in place , the damage shipment remains sitting at the front off one of our offices . No adjustment or inspection has taken place as of the date of this review. eShipper has offered nothing more than sophistry and rhetoric { logistical/tactical excuses } for it's non performance . In summary, If insurance of goods is of no importance . May I suggest that eShipper be considered as an adequate shipping hub.

wish i could give lower than a 1 star. there website is always down and when there is a problem no one can help . for example i had a lost parcel.it took close to 90 days to get a refund. after 20 odd phone calls. it almost feels like a kid set up his own website and all his family answer the phones. cheap rates poor service. AFTER I LEFT THIS BAD REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED BY THE OWNER TO SEE IF HE COULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE. HE PROMISED I WOULD BE REIMBURSED AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. THIS JUST SUMS THE FIRM UP . Great solution for rate shopping - recently had a slight hiccup (not their fault - it was an issue with one of their carriers) but they made it right.

Before eShipper, we were paying ridiculous rates for shipping.
eShipper has since reduced those costs and simplified our shipping processes though their web based ship and track system.
Sales and customer service are always available and quick to assist when needed. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with eShipper.

I've used eshipper for the last 10 months. Its very easy to use and it is saving my employer a whack of courier expense. The folks on the Support Desk have consistently be super. They're knowledgeable, patient and very professional.

We deal with EShipper Exclusively, having a one stop shop for all carriers and knowing that we are getting the cheapest prices gives us both a peace of mind and savings of time when processing shipments. Also have to give a mention in regards to Carole and how great she is, she will always go above and beyond to do as we requested within minutes. She has made the processes between ordering materials and resolving issues as seamless as possible, without her we would probably be in dealings with another shipping company.

worst service on earth. poor customer's service .. AVOID !

Great option for shipping within the GTA , and getting lower rates for Canada post. The only downside is sometimes pick-ups don't actually show up, or the label won't be available after you've paid for it so you have to call and get them to resend it. A few times the parcel was lost and there was no follow up for getting the refund. Honestly, they are great so absolutely use them to save cost but expect minor inconveniences regularly.

These guys are great. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to save on their everydays shipping. Carole, my account manager is a great professional lady. Very caring and responsive to all my questions. In my opinion eshipper is the best shipping solution for small and medium businesses.

Update: Saw the response and wanted to follow up. I have been talking with support for over a year. No refund, no urgent follow up, dismissive of my requests. These generic response from them are trash.

there is parcel shipped via E-shipper, and it cannot deliver to customer. Then it is destroyed by post company. I claimed issue in their system, and they want me to contact Canada post. Canada post want me to contact them. their sales representative is disappeared. I paid shipping cost and insurance, and it is over 4 months. I havent gotten my refund. so slow and ineffective. Strongly recommend that do not use their service. there are many other options.

First time trying out E-shipper. During enrollment, it is not the most user friendly or intuitive, but the service is undeniably fantastic.

As the saying goes, even if the system is mediocre, with outstanding employees, the final overall experience is always good.

Pay the 3-5% more and go with Flagship. Horrible customer service at Eshipper. Sure the rates are good but all they do is copy and paste simple text when something doesn't go accordingly. Over the phone they will not seek resolve and they will not change anything. Even had an employee yell at me and threaten to close our account over a simple dispute regarding a 10 day delay on a shipment.

Your shipping system is very user friendly, and more importantly always available. We have done comparison shopping and find your e-ship system is the best both in service and shipping rates. Do continue to provide the excellent customer service. Our Account Rep Gagan is simply the best! She always follow through in a timely manner. We are indeed a very happy customer!

Go with another shipping service or just use your own courier account. If there's a slight hiccup in the delivery of your package, expect hefty penalties from eshipper. Our business once paid over $50 for a local delivery of an envelope that would have costed $14 if we'd just shipped directly though our courier account instead of eshipper. Also, expect your weight and dimensions to be reassessed every time. The couriers don't like eshipper and make it a note to upcharge for the slightest discrepancies. The aggravation eshipper causes is just going to lead you to an earlier death.

What started as a fall back solution to a Canada Post strike has now become a permanent solution to shipping parcels. Great and quick customer service, an exceptional and easy to use online software makes our productivity effective and expedient. With all this, eShipper is price competitive or better in many instances. 5 stars...well earned.

If I could post less than 1 star I would. The website is glitchy. Only works 1/2 the time. You have to put certain info in before you can put other info in, but they don't tell you that, you just have to know, or else it will glitch horribly. The rates aren't better than other places and you have to keep a manifest so it gets really complicated. I have processed shipments through here and the carrier has lost them, and Eshipper won't respond to me for me to get refunded, or compensated. I was told initially it takes 8-10 days to settle a claim and it has been weeks since then with no response. I have called, emailed, and updated the claims. What a waste of energy using their service.
