Frieghtcom is the Trivago of shipping services!
I love this service and use it for both of my businesses, County Computers and Apothic Vapes and includes an easy way to request adult signatures from their shipping partners on delivery.
My service rep, Jay Pizzo, has been quick to respond to any issues I have had (which have been few). And the biggest issues i have had were in regards to the lack of professionalism of one of the shippers (Dicom), which I have corrected myself by simply not choosing Dicom to pick up my package. No point trying to save a buck or two (literally) when they don't bother showing up to get the package on multiple occasions.
Frieghtcoms website is easy to use but if you have trouble, your service manager will walk you through placing your pickup orders until you are comfortable doing it yourself. And most of the time the rates these guys get from Canpar and UPS are competitive with Canada Post, which I used solely because of their seemingly low price to ship. CP now only accounts for a fraction of my shipping needs.
