This is an amazing company offering very deep shipping discounts with all of the courier services. We use them for our online business as our primary shipping provider. The platform is very simple to use, and their support team have been great the few times we have needed them. You can buy and print shipping labels any time, arrange for packages to be picked up, order shipping supplies, etc. Really good service that I would recommend to anyone.

Our company Greenwall Solutions Inc. shipping backyard products, since 2007. Greenwall Solutions used different companies over the years. Last year we decided to try using Freightcom. Within 3 month we switched most of our shipping requirements to Freightcom (a few thousand boxes and crates per year) . the service is Great and the price is fair.

We contacted Freightcom because we wanted a better shipping solution than Canada post. We were surprised to learn that not only are we able to save 15-30% off Canada post rates but our shipping times have been decreased from 4-6 weeks to 2-4 days. The shipping time is the biggest benefit given our niche as some customers don t plan to send their gift 4-6 weeks in advance.

We worked with Adam, he was able to help us with finding the cheapest shipping solution, implementing freightcom into our Shopify store so we can deliver live rates to customers and ease our minds through the transition. We've been using Freightcom for about half a year and I can firmly say that their service is highly recommendable. To easily be able to check rates from different courier services makes quoting shipping rates a breeze.

Best place for LTL shipments easy to compare and get best rates with timely delivery. Great customer service always getting answers for all of my shipments related any issues.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Constant miscommunication with these guys. The claims specialist Aisha is the worst. Extremely passive aggressive through email, and condescending over the phone. I ship LTL freight 50+ times a year. God forbid when something happens to get damaged and Freightcom insured it. Took 150 days to get a straight answer so I could pass it along to my clients.

Every once in a while I will give Freightcom shot, and no matter what, I ALWAYS end up regretting it. If you like misquotes, failed communication, and being treated like a child.. This is the company for you.

Don't just take it from me, look at some of the other reviews who also mention Aisha, and the company.

I did business with them only once, but the service was impeccable without any hitch. The price was good and the deadlines were respected. I will do business with them again without hesitation.

Edit: They have updated their website. Shortly after I submitted my review, someone reached out to me and within 4 weeks implemented a new system for Live Chat - it was never there for billing and that's why they were useless to me.

We have been using Freightcom for over 6 months, prices are great, customer service (Robert T.) is great however there is room for improvement.

The people answering Live Chat are essentially useless and I end up contacting Robert 99% of the time. There should be a way to request a live chat with your contact.

Once you log in, you get this (see screenshot) outdated look. Any quotes you do are not automatically saved.

I'm still rather new to Freightcom we haven't used them a whole lot but they are wonderful. If they fixed the appearance and some functionality of the website I would probably give them 5 stars!

FreightCom is a great product. The Team has created a convenient tool for small, medium and even big companies that covers all their shipping needs. The selection of carriers is amazing, the prices are surprisingly low and I honestly had to use the Tech Support and Operations just a couple of times just because I screwed up with my shipments. I highly recommend FreightCom for shipping inbound/outbound domestically in Canada!

Shipping companies lost lots of my packages. Zero claims processed, I waited 4-6 month. sent many Emails to the rep, and submitted all necessary info by email and on freightcom website. No response
then after complaining. they said you haven't submitted anything!!!

I DID upload invoices for "cost of the goods" and notified the rep and the customer service about that. after one month, they were GONE"

very bad customer, service we got a package stolen on a truck in november 2017 we are now in april 2018 and we haven't get paid we are told they didn't get all the money for my 400.00 package

I must say Freightcom should be EVERYONES go to for all your shipping needs. They have a staff of excellent people who go above and beyond to help with all your needs. I get my rates so quickly and the team always responds to ALL my emails. The pricing is amazing, I will never use any other company going forward.

They have the cheapest bad fastest shipping i ve ever seen. Hassan has been super helpful and has walked us through many of the difficulties. The customer service has been exceptional! Everyone I have dealt with has been very timely, helpful and accommodating!

We were quoted for "express service". It took more than 48 hours for the shipment to be picked up. The company refused to offer us a discounted rate for not being able to meet their pick up time. I would not recommend using them as their customer service is very poor and they are unable to fulfill their commitments.

Amazing and reliable shipping service. I ve been using it for months now for my business @heat.ca to ship products and it is much cheaper and faster than all the other shipping services out there. This has completely revolutionized the way that we ship for our company. The competitive rates and online process have made it very simple for us to use. We ship all across Canada and the USA, anything from small case shipments up to multiple pallet shipments. Everything is easily tracked online. If you need an update that you can't find you can email or use the online chat facility and a Freightcom representative will find out by calling the carriers for you. There are of course the odd shipping teething issues (anyone that works in logistics will know that this never goes 100% accurately EVERY time) but Freightcom are usually helpful when trying to find solutions.

As a new entrepreneur looking for a shipping option, I did not know much about what to look for and how I needed it to integrate with my website but when I spoke with Suzanne she was kind and not overpowering with sales. I began using Freightcom a few months ago for an online business, shipping approximately 25-30 packages per week. We have had no problems at all, and the prices are great. We had mainly been using Canada Post prior to this as we are not located in a market with ChitChats, or Stallion. This has saved us and our customers a significant amount of money. We are able to sell our items for a higher price and lower shipping amount so we are making more sales as a result. Had one order that was lost, which was the responsibility of the courier, but Freightcom has made the claim process simple so they simply gather some information and handle it from there. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.
