I'd give 0 stars if I could. Constant miscommunication with these guys. The claims specialist Aisha is the worst. Extremely passive aggressive through email, and condescending over the phone. I ship LTL freight 50+ times a year. God forbid when something happens to get damaged and Freightcom insured it. Took 150 days to get a straight answer so I could pass it along to my clients.

Every once in a while I will give Freightcom shot, and no matter what, I ALWAYS end up regretting it. If you like misquotes, failed communication, and being treated like a child.. This is the company for you.

Don't just take it from me, look at some of the other reviews who also mention Aisha, and the company.
