Edit: They have updated their website. Shortly after I submitted my review, someone reached out to me and within 4 weeks implemented a new system for Live Chat - it was never there for billing and that's why they were useless to me.

We have been using Freightcom for over 6 months, prices are great, customer service (Robert T.) is great however there is room for improvement.
The people answering Live Chat are essentially useless and I end up contacting Robert 99% of the time. There should be a way to request a live chat with your contact.
Once you log in, you get this (see screenshot) outdated look. Any quotes you do are not automatically saved.
I'm still rather new to Freightcom we haven't used them a whole lot but they are wonderful. If they fixed the appearance and some functionality of the website I would probably give them 5 stars!
