Our small family business has been using Freightcom for about a year to ship small parcels as well as LTL shipments. We love the simplicity of their website, and their awesome customer service, but most of all we love all the money we're saving. When we first signed up we thought their pricing was too good to be true...there must be hidden fees somewhere, but happily, one year later we have never had any surprise charges beyond what has been clearly laid out from the beginning. We have recommended them over & over and will continue to do so!
