I began using Freightcom a few months ago for an online business, shipping approximately 25-30 packages per week. We have had no problems at all, and the prices are great. We had mainly been using Canada Post prior to this as we are not located in a market with ChitChats, or Stallion. This has saved us and our customers a significant amount of money. We are able to sell our items for a higher price and lower shipping amount so we are making more sales as a result. Had one order that was lost, which was the responsibility of the courier, but Freightcom has made the claim process simple so they simply gather some information and handle it from there. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.
