I really appreciate Roy Koshy helping me set up my shipping account and taking the time to walk me through the entire site so I understood everything.

I was originally expecting to figure out everything myself but having Roy personally call me right after setting up my account and walking me thru the whole shipping process was a very nice and appreciated surprise.
