I took in my Kia Sportage in for a couple of minor problems. I'm still under warranty so of course take advantage. It was minor problems like my Sunroof wasn't closing properly. My A/C was making a whistling noise etc. I took it in thinking I would be taken care of. Sandra . P
Was my service consultant. She will lie to you everyday by giving you fake updates and that they found he source of the problem that it's getting fix and the item that needed to be ordered was back ordered .I was patient it's not in me to complain every single day about things I have no control over I gave her the benefit of the doubt gave them all the time they need as long as they fix the problems that was wrong with my vehicle unfortunately it took one entire month to get my car back and to top it off everything was still not working I asked SANDRA what the hell nothing got fixed or anything and she just had the worst attitude ever. Nothing to say about these actions or anything nobody has nothing to say. What should I do!? I'm so frustrated that this happened to me I have no idea what to do who to talk to or anything it just seems like the dealership don't give a crap about you so if you want the same crappy service that I received make sure to go. I'll make sure I'll never go ever again... Thanks SANDRA PENA FOR SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't deserve to work with people.

I visited Fredy Kia with my mom, she purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento. The salesman Brian Martin was very accommodating and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. I appreciate the time and effort to satisfy my mom. I was very pleased with the customer service. Will definitely purchase again from this dealership. Financing process was very quick. Total time spent buying the car waa 3 hrs.

This is the worst experience I ever had a dealership. I had an appointment but never met the sales advisor I spoke to. I expected the sales advisor with the interested lease car to be there when I arrived, like most dealerships. Instead a sales rep for used cars approached me and tried to sell me basically a used car, 'new' with 7,000 miles. Not an organized dealership. It took them over 20 minutes to find the car I was looking for, it had been sold. They promised to give $25 gift card but of course lied. Don't visit this dealer.

If you need a new car I strongly advise you go to Fredy Kia and see Isaac Walton. Isaac was very patient, straight forward and extremely passionate about finding the perfect car within my budget. I drove into Fredy Kia in a old busted up 2006 Toyata Metrix with over 150k miles on it and Isaac helped me trade in to get a great deal on a 2020 Kia Rio with almost $2k OFF in rebates and 5 years of free oil changes!

I called and set up appointment to bring my car in to see about a recall that is happening with Kia s. I was given an appt time and told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. So i planned my day around this. I get there and I am told I have 3 other cars waiting in front of me and i would possibly be out by 6 pm. I stated i was told how long it would take and that i could wait there. The gentleman told me I was not told this. I said i planned my day around this. I have to be somewhere and they should not tell people one thing then when show up tell them something else. He said well your not important enough to move ahead of everyone. That was not what I wanted. I wanted him to understand i was frustrated because i just drove there and was pretty much told oh well. I will not be going back to this service department ever!

I had my worst car buying experience with this company at the 59 location from spending 3 to 4 hours for like threee days straight sitting in their office getting no where. I don't have the best credit in the world and they hit my credit 14 times without my knowledge trying to find lenders when I finally got the car I had to return it because of something they messed up on their side. By then I had had it. Now on top of I've been getting the run around with them since december 2015 for my refund deposit. Every time I call the manager is not there or he is not in his office or nobody knows anything or I'm told to call the 45 location or they wanna take my name and number and I never get a call back.Very unprofessional staff, company or whatever u wanna call it. They have made my car buying experience terrible. It has been hell and I will never do business with these people again. Still to this day I'm trying to get my refund.

I messaged about a vehicle that I wanted and was told it was available. I also asked if they do in house financing because our credit isn't that great and was also told yes we do bank financing and in house. The salesman guaranteed that we were approved and he would get us in that exact vehicle we wanted so we put money down over the phone to hold it and 2 days later drove 3 hours to go get the car. As soon as we arrived the car wasn't even the same car that was on the website totally different car. They didn't have the one on the website but I decided to test drive it anyway. Didn't like it so I looked at a few others and found one I really liked and started the paperswork only to find out they really don't have in house financing and they could get us approved for a vehicle I absolutely did not want and a lot more money down. I ended up getting our deposit back and leaving. We have never been more unhappy with a car lot. We were lied to from the beginning and we are ok with being told no,we can't have that vehicle but have us drive all the way down there if you don't even know.....

They sold me a brand new 2016 Kia Forte that was scratched on the bumper. It was covered up and I only noticed it after my first wash. It's small so I didn't bother calling considering I live 5 hours away from the dealership. So thanks, Fredy Kia, for being upfront with your customers. Other than that it was an okay experience. The guy who sold us our car was very polite and professional. Just disappointed in how the scratch was covered up.

Yesterday was awesome at Fredy Kia!!! I purchased a used car that I love and the customer service just put the icing on the cake. Tucker ( the manager) was nothing short of amazing... he definitely made sure I was taken care of and actually worked out a awesome deal for me which of course everyone wants. I can definitely tell why he is in the position he s in and the salesman Nelton was so kind and hospitable.. made me and my girls feel comfortable and was super patient with us which is always wanted and needed by a customer. I was only there for about 3 hours but left super excited. And I will definitely refer my family and friends there! We thank the entire staff for their help!

Not helpful at all. All they want is your money and push you out the door they sent us home with a Silverado and the horn did not work . Went back the next day and they found that the battery was bad replaced and fixed horn . Does not come with and electric remote key we asked several times for one the be ordered and nothing with it not having the remote key it is draining the battery again now the battery is bad again. I called all day today to speak with a manager and all I get is the run around and leave a message or I will have the manager call you and nothing we haven't even made our first payment and we have issues and no one to help us. Very fustrating. Customer service is horrible. We are having to come out of pocket for a battery when a new one was just put in beginning of march

On August 5, 2019 We purchased a Ford Fusion from Fredy Cars. When we got there we were not greeted properly. The guy wanted us to sit down and sign paperwork before we was able to even look at cars. But my husband was not going for that so we got up and proceeded to leave. As we were getting into our truck that's when we were greeted again but by Edgar. I must say his energy was amazing, very friendly and he made you want to buy from them. He walked around with us told us about their cars and they had a very large selection. They stuffed us with sodas and chips. Our daughter was satisfied and so were we. Thank you Edgar and David for your amazing service and bringing us into your family!

Called to ask about a particular vehicle, they said it was available and that i had to schedule an appointment to test drive it and if i was interested in purchasing it. So i scheduled an appointment, keeping in contact with Natalie for three days about said vehicle. Day of appointment i hear from her just making sure you re still coming today to test drive? I said yes! i drive over an hour to this dealership. They take me inside and we talk for over an hour...... still have yet to see this car. Then they say oh well we don t have it. What a waste of time, i had my toddler with me and it was just a mess.. why waste my time and keep my family sitting in there, y all knew the whole time that car wasn t there!

Where do I even start... I tried getting a car here when I was 18. The most horrible car buying experience ever. The salesman was a joke and took us all the way to the north side to buy a car from a lot that had nothing to do with Kia from a friend of his! He didn't tell us that's where he was taking us either. My mom (who I have only seen mad a few times in my life) was so mad. I said I'd never set foot here again! Well fast forward 5 years and me and my husband had bought a Kia. (Hell no, not from this place) Our alternator went out. Under our warranty we can take it to any Kia dealership. This is the closest one to where we live and its very hard and expensive to take a dead car farther. We made an appt. with services and dropped off the car. They said they'd have a diagnosis that afternoon and would contact our warranty. Okay fine. My husband had asked about a rental because he still needed to go to work. We have a son at home and twins on the way and they never gave him an estimated time on how long they'd have the car. No rental. No ride home. Had to Uber home and has to get rides to work if he is lucky. They didn't call us, so I tried calling them for 3hrs every time I called the line was busy. Till they closed and then the call went through but of course no one answered. I will be calling a lot tomorrow because they still have my car. I've heard a lot about how horrible their customer service is but hoping that this can be resolved easily. I will come back and edit this with the end of my story.

It Friday nd no headlights then I tell that I'm in the car headed there nd then the so call manager tells me they close at 5:00 and it's 4:20. I was called in by one lady (I had an appointment I might add) and she referred me to another gentleman which I literally waited on for FORTY-FIVE MINTUES! So needless to say I left (and I stay all the way in Spring). The customer service is horrible and do not get scammed by the sale call (you know the one about coming in to purchase a new Kia if you trade in yours. It s just a way to get their new reps some business).

Called to see if they could refund us our money or help us with the problem since clearly it had problems before we bought it and pretty much was told they didn t care. So now this family of four is out $6000 plus more bc we have no choice but to attempt to fix said vehicle!

brought an 2017 Kia Sorento at Fredy Kia in May of 2019. We when got to the dealership and test drive the car I really like the car. I decide to trade my old car in and buy the used Kia. After they did a summary on the payment, I decide not to buy it because the monthly payment was to high. But then KC who was the sales manager was able to get the price lower and he offer us free oil change for a year. So I brought the car had no issues until June 15, 2019. I schedule to get my oil change because I needed one and when I went to the service department they said they do not see any free oil change on my contract. Now when I was signing my contract they stated it was on my contract. So I talked to Robert one of the sales person that assisted me on the day I brought my car and he gave me an form to get an free oil change that day. Then told me, I need to speak with KC who was at the used car lot. So I gave my form to David who was very helpful, then I waited to KC to arrive. A couple of minutes later I saw KC walk in the door and spoke to him and said hello, I need to speak with you. He said "give me a minute. Then he comes out and sit next to me, and I ask him what happen to the free oil change you said we get for a year. He then stated I never said that. Now I lived 50 minutes from this dealership. I will never drive 50 minutes out my way to get an oil change that was not for free. So as we go back and for He then said " how about you tell your husband to remove the bad review he did because we lost my on that sales." I said "what does that have to do with me and my car" , he replied " your marriage , so call your husband and tell him to remove the bad review". Now at this point I was very upset. Customer Service is always treating the customer with respect and not have a vendetta on my husband because he had a different opinion. When you have a bad customer experience with one spouse , you do not treat the other negative because of the other spouse. I explained to KC , he was not dealing with my husband , he was dealing with me. I did not give him no bad review or any negative comment. But KC was so frustrated with my husband he took it out on me. POOR customer service , as well as poor judgement. My husband review is not the first bad review on Fredy Kia. There are several reviews about sales representative lying and being rude. If he does not know how to show good customer services , he is in the wrong job field.

Worst customer service and experience. Booked appointment week in advance and showed up and wasn't seen for 35 minutes. Anytime I call this location I am put on hold for a long time or transferred to voicemail. Sometimes people don't even answer just goes to recorded message. I've been hung up on a few times too. The person that was helping us in service department was no help at all. When car was almost ready for pick up they called and said they would call back in 30 minutes, over an hour goes by and no call back. Will never go back to this location! Do not have your car serviced here!

I just purchased a Kia Forte LX on Monday for my daughter. Since it's going to be her first car, we decided to go with something that is safe, reliable and affordable for her so we decided on the Kia. I was a little nervous about coming in because my husband was away and not used to visiting car dealerships without him. However, we decided it wouldn't hurt to try. First we called every Kia dealership in town, and got the runaround. We then submitted an inquiry for the Kia Forte LX, and got an immediate response from Mario , who helped us streamlined the process from A through Z. When we met him at the dealership, he had everything ready for us, and I've never had such an easy, fun and simple car buying experience before!

WORST car experience ever. I have never been talked to the way I was spoken to at this establishment. I ultimately asked for a breakdown with the amount the salesman told us he would sell the car for... And he kept returning with a sheet that didn't show the amount he told us he would sell us the car for. The manager came out and I asked for the same thing as before the breakdown of exactly they were offering... He replied with " they couldn't do that there and they can't break the rules for me". I work in finance and these people were seriously trying to trick us into paying more than they promised. We left, and the same manager came out and stopped us and tried to make a whole bunch of excuses for his behavior. We ended up going to Westside Kia. We asked the EXACT same thing, a breakdown of the costs and guess what?? They said sure no problem! We left with a brand new 2016 Kia Sorento. For a MUCH better deal. Save your time, money and stress and don't go to Fredy Kia. Drive straight to Westside Kia. You'll thank me for it later!

After going from dealership to dealership telling me I needed more money down, or we can not work with your numbers. Kerrenny really helped me. She took down all the information and was very friendly and conversational. She made sure all the numbers fit and was not trying to push a vehicle that was clearly out of my price range.
They were able to get me in a deal less than what I expected. I have bad credit and they were able to help me. Only bad thing is waiting to get approval. That will take time anywhere you go. But if you have bad credit or negative stuff on your credit history Kerrenny and Fredy Kia can get you into something. Be patient because they are looking for lenders to give you money for the vehicle its not thier problem with all the negative stuff on reports. It did take time but it was time well spent because I was able to get approved and into a vehicle. I will definitely come back and purchase or even upgrade my vehicle here. Only thing about this place is I was desperate for a vehicle and had limited time to get vehicle. They will not fix anything until sale is finalized. They want that sale so bad they risk the customer service of selling a vehicle. They will put you in a vehicle however do not be afraid to say no and look at your options.

My husband and I stopped in to look at 5 different used vehicles we saw online. Somehow, they weren't able to locate a single one of them, even though they all showed to be available. First salesman (that eagerly greeted us before we could even get our kids out of our truck) stuck us with a brand new person that had no clue what he was doing as soon as he found out we were looking to buy a used car. Very unprofessional and only tried to show us vehicles that were double what we were looking to spend.

Thursday evening I visited Fredy Kia and wanted to see a Sorento in person as the wife and I were hunting for a new vehicle to replace the constant headaches of our 2009 GMC Acadia. I had stopped at a few other dealerships prior to visiting Fredy Kia so I had other options on the plate, but within a few minutes of entering, I was greeted warmly by Charles Downey, Jr. Charles and I had an honest and very frank conversation about my needs and expectations in a new vehicle, and he called upon his associate Tommy Le to lend a hand in showing me the quality of a Kia Sorento.

After test driving the Sorento, I was very sure it was the vehicle I wanted for my family. I knew it was only a matter of having my wife join me at the dealership so she could confirm my suspicions -- this was the vehicle for us, and the one I drove was robust and full enough of features we could be satisfied with.

I arranged with Charles to meet him again on Saturday morning and this time I would bring the wife. Charles even called to confirm my appointment on Friday evening, and I assured him we would be there.

On Saturday morning, we met Charles and asked to see the exact same Sorento I drove and looked at on Thursday (the color and interior were much to my liking, so we really didn't need to see another). My wife, upon viewing the vehicle and driving it herself, was likewise convinced and absolutely thrilled with the Sorento. We went back inside and Charles and Tommy helped us through the approval process, and we approved the numbers to get fairly close to our budget. They were both thorough and very interested in making sure our needs were met, questions were answered, and that our time was not wasted.

We were easily taken care of by Zane in the finance department and within an hour we had gone through the paperwork and business end of the sale, and we were given a final walk-through of the vehicle by Charles in the parking lot. He helped us get UVO set up on our phone and we had a really wonderful send off.

All in all, we had a VERY positive experience at Fredy Kia with Charles Downey Jr. and Tommy Le both, never once felt pressured or oversold, and have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about the experience. To top it off, we drove home in an absolutely beautiful Sangria-colored Sorento and we absolutely cannot wait to spend many more years with it. Both my wife and I are positively beaming over it, and we are deeply appreciative of the care and handling given us by Charles and Tommy.

Don't buy a vehicle here. I was referred thru a 3rd party who is helping out this particular dealership. The 3rd party was very polite and professional. Freddy Kia didn't help me get into a car, the salesman told me to go to Carmax and pay more over there, thats exactly what I did!
Upon a recent return to Freddy Kia, I spoke with several employee's who didn't have anything positive to say ( Red Flag ), the staff seemed a bit confused in regards to an appointment which should be routine for these guys. After getting back with the 3rd party company and being properly directed I was asked to look for the Manager Mr Daniel Shatte. A salesperson was professional enough to greet me and welcome me in. I had asked for the manager which he directed me to but the Manager was busy swiping on his phone and didn't even get up or personally greet me. (HUGE Red Flag). Now if you know anything about car dealerships its all about making you feel comfortable and welcome right? Well the salesperson had to cover that for his manager which I find so unprofessional. Prior to this I had spoke with another person in this dealership who tried to get me into a new KIA, but this salesperson started from scratch. ( Red FLAG)

Overall my 2 trips to Freddy KIA were not good, I don't recommend anyone to this dealership due to lack of proper training and very poor management. KIA does have a great warranty on their vehicles, this place does not deserve their business.

I just think they post wrong ads to attract customer. Because, I call them before going there and asked them you have those cars that you are posting on facebook ads and the lady on the phone confirmed me that yes we still have those items.
But, when I went there after 20 minutes nothing was there. They said we sold those cars. Even selling a car is not quick like that.
Secondly, they got my ID & social and fill a form with all of my details and said. Sorry, we sold those cars, but we have other options available for you and those cars was expensive.

I was eyeing a Silverado Kia had on their used car lot side. It was going ok until the price of the truck I was looking at went from $14,900 to $17,040. I was confused as to why. So I asked a break down. So this dealership ads a protection plan to all the vehicles that is roughly $3,700. It is not removable. So after being said and done I was given a temporary contract for me to take to my bank for a ridiculous amount $19,000!!! The sales person ponytail was good and so was Eli. How in the world does a price go up so high just so a bank can finance!! I will not step in that dealership again. Some of the sales personnel are not professional.

Please don't go to this location. My friend and I tried purchasing a car here and the Finance department decided to revoke our contract after a month. They claimed they couldn't get us on the phone despite the fact others from the organization called us just fine for customer satisfaction surveys. The salesman was very shady and was giving terrible advice about refinancing after 4 months! I honestly believe they allowed this absurd behavior for the salesman commission. I highly suggest getting a bank to sponsor your Car loan before, they ran my credit 3 times as hard inquiries and still don't have a car to show for it.

The person doing their online promotion was not honest, the car I wanted was available in the morning at 9 a.m. according to her and when I reached the dealership at 11 a.m., the staff (after making me wait for 30 minutes) told me they hadn't seen the car in a week.
Then they tried to sell me a car that costed twice the amount, absolutely terrible and misleading.

I said please let me know if there's any issues with the vehicle ahead of time because I'm driving nearly an hour to come to your dealership.
