I took in my Kia Sportage in for a couple of minor problems. I'm still under warranty so of course take advantage. It was minor problems like my Sunroof wasn't closing properly. My A/C was making a whistling noise etc. I took it in thinking I would be taken care of. Sandra . P
Was my service consultant. She will lie to you everyday by giving you fake updates and that they found he source of the problem that it's getting fix and the item that needed to be ordered was back ordered .I was patient it's not in me to complain every single day about things I have no control over I gave her the benefit of the doubt gave them all the time they need as long as they fix the problems that was wrong with my vehicle unfortunately it took one entire month to get my car back and to top it off everything was still not working I asked SANDRA what the hell nothing got fixed or anything and she just had the worst attitude ever. Nothing to say about these actions or anything nobody has nothing to say. What should I do!? I'm so frustrated that this happened to me I have no idea what to do who to talk to or anything it just seems like the dealership don't give a crap about you so if you want the same crappy service that I received make sure to go. I'll make sure I'll never go ever again... Thanks SANDRA PENA FOR SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't deserve to work with people.
