I had the best experience from them! From sweet Julia over the phone to the funny Chris that helped me with my paper work. When all the other dealerships were telln me NO they were able to get me financed into a brand new 2020 car. I am so happy that I made the call to them because Im very happy with my purchase! I would recommend them to anyone! If I could give 10 stars I would :) And I had one more team member that helped me but I forgot his name but he was awesome as well!!!!!!!!

Took my 2017 KIA SUV in to be maintenance and they messed it up worse also i can trade for a new one so they can increase sales. Per A.P.R.

Sales guys are great! However, the ladies that answer the phone in the sales area and in the service area are terrible. No customer service or professionalism at all. 3 of my 4 kias I bought from here and I keep saying I won't be buying another from this place. Bought a kia cadenza from Fredy in 2014 and it took 2 months to get the plates and never received any paperwork because the person that did our financing left. Just bought a brand new K900 (Bill in sales was great) but trying to talk to service about getting the short in the seat fixed, or the cracked rim, or the drivers side visor mirror fixed was like taking ice cream from a baby. No phone calls back, when I know some could do it, cause I sat in the service department last week for an hour and the ladies behind the counter just sat there and talked and the person who was supposed to be taking care of getting my car set up to be worked on was wondering around. Now they have a new policy that you can't get your second key until your plates come in. Which knowing this place, will not be for 2-3 months! How in the heck does that work when two of us drive the car. Totally inconvenient!!! NO, if, ands or bust about it, this will definitely be the last car I bought from Fredy Kia.
