My credit was run without permission after asking them to shred my paper work. I have been given the go around for almost 5 months in my attempts to get the matter resolved. I was misled by the representative and it was ignored by the business center as well. Not sure anyone should work with an institution that leaves your paper work lying around instead of disposing it properly.

As a StateFarm representative I deal with car salesman on a daily basis. I had the pleasure of working with Kerenny she made the transition for our customer smooth and fast as possible I ll be recommending her to all my customers looking for a car!
Most horrible place, they say they want ur business, I found that not true at all, u can not even get a price on a vechical! They don't want too sell u a car unless u have big money an PERFECT!! CREDIT, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TOO ANYBODY!!
I had the best experience with salesperson Gabriela (Gabby) she was really patient with me. She went above and beyond to make sure I drove out with my dream car! If you re in search for a new/used car I highly recommended her!
2018 Kia Niro shows on their website for $19,770. After driving about 40 miles to their dealership, the sales manager says that the add is wrong, the same car is available , but for about $24,000! They have wasted over 3 hours of my time, gas and their time as well.
Terrible customer service in parts and service. Wanted them to look at an additional issue on my vehicle was told that wasn't possible even through they were going to keep the car overnight, which I didn't find out about until at the dealership. Employees were unfriendly and rude. I guess going above and beyond for your customers is not a Fredy Kia motto.
Blanka was very helpfulwould definitely recommend her. I have bad credit and I did not have a lot to work with on a down payment and was still able to go home in a car
Poor customer service. The managers never return my calls and when i showed up in person i was disregarded. This was about a week after purchasing my vehicle. I realized that my car was missing some items all cars come with.about $400 worth of product i didnt receive but i am paying for. The back and forth went on for months. I still dont have my product. Then today rolled around... I asked for the service department i trying to schedule maintenance on my vehicle and when i brought up the free oil chmage program the lady said it didnt exist. I tried to explain to her my service agreement when i purchased my car and she refused to listen to me and transfered me to her manager. Whomever manager Val is he was very unprofessional. I couldnt get a word in. He answer the phone saying first of all we dont do free anything. And proceeded to say that i should understand that. I asked if i could speak and explain what i was trying to do. He was disrespectful and was whomever the service desk secrectary was. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor and was told it was the owner.i left my contact info I hope he contacts me cause almost everytime ive tried to do business with these people theyve been unprofessional and disrespectful.
I had a very bad experience with them, I got a car there and later on they told me to return it because I didn't make enough money, they are very shady I don't recommend anybody to go there!
The body shop there has had my suv for 3 weeks to repair, and when I call it's always after lunch we will call you back. Well it's 2:16pm I guess they are still at lunch because I haven't received a call.
I had a bit of a peculiar situation in purchasing my car today. Your sales associate Joseph Lacy made everything hassle free and handled everything in a very professional manner. I will always recommend your dealership and service to any friends who ask me where to purchase a new car, because of the hard work Joseph put into helping me and my brother today. Cars would be selling like hotcakes if all car salesmen were as good as him! Thank you.
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! I literally had a phone conversation with Frank at 8 am. At 2:30pm I was on my way to the dealership. Frank had gotten me financed, PICKED out my car worked out a deal I hadn't seen in years ( I mean I could pick up cans and pay my car note) Took me to get insurance, had my car detailed and handed me the keys!!! Sadly car dealers/sales people get a bad rep at times. Because he listened to me he came through soaring. He said to me " I wanna help you and I will handle it"...He did just that and whatever he asked of his team they supported his taking care of me.( applauds to my loan specialist Mr. "Schaumberg" himself) The time I spent at the actual dealership was painless great staff, very professional. At least stop by you can trust Frank.
The staff was friendly and courteous. They made the car buying experience easy. They have a great selection of cars in syle and color. The financing was pretty simple. Two thumbs up to Joshua Pullin and new car salesman, Alfonzo.
I came here looking for a vehicle. Once I arrived I told my salesman what I was wantin and my budget.
Mario then took me towards the Kia Sedonas but realized it was really hot for me and my kids so he actually had us stay in the shade as he ran the car through the car wash and got the van nice and cool.
That won me over right away. On top of that he is a super down to earth guy that is very knowledgable and helpful in many ways.
I highly recommend Fredy Kia and Mario Paniagua. Thanks you guys
We done in house finance, took our vehicle home the same night, and had to take it back for inspection, and get the GPS put on... now the oil pan leaks bad! It wasn't leaking the night we took it home! And because it's as is, they won't fix it. Also, if you try to call to for them to take the payment from the stored card on the day it's due, they will not answer!
We had a great experience. Our salesman Nick Knightly was very helpful and patient in helping us find the right car for us. Thank you for making the process enjoyable.
Awful service and run around by salesmen and anyone else that works there. If you want your time wasted just go to this dealership, they will be happy to assist you with being unprofessional, calling you to come back and forth just to waste your gas, let s not forget if they feel nothing can be done the salesperson stop answering your calls. These are all the qualities of a poorly ran dealership!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere. Went in to get a steering wheel coupler replaced that was recalled but the would not replace it because I had an alarm on my car.
My experience here was horrible the salesman by the name of Demetris Green was just horrible he didn't know what he was doing one minute everything was fine and the next it was a problem after submitting all my paper work I nevered received a call and if I called him he told me he would call back and never did experience was just horrible point blank period.
If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Beyond being harassed for a date by one of the managers, they had me re-sign my contract three times due to errors and oh we got you a better interest rate and proceeded to open multiple loans under my name for the same car. I ve called with no returned calls, gone into the dealership multiple times just to be given the run around with absolutely no resolution. Now one of those loans is about to default under my name because they have not closed it, even though I am paying my payments on the correct loan. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
Update: manager, Daniel, seems to be able to get some things moving along on fixing the issues I e encountered. I will update my review and stars accordingly in a few days.
WORST DAMN CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! I got a 2005 jeep Laredo! THE PASSENGER WINDOW WONT GO DOWN THERE'S A CD STUCK IN THE CD PLAYER NOT ONLY THAT MY PASSENGER AND 2 BACK DOOR HANDLES ARE BROKEN REUBEN IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST THEY PRESSURE YOU INTO GETTING A NEW CAR ITS SAD! HE TOLD ME HE WOULD ORDER THE PARTS FOR THE JEEP ON MONDAY AND HE WOULD CALL BACK...IT'S 2 WEEKS LATER NEVER CALLED... EVERY TIME I CALL TO TALK TO HIM HE'S "BUSY" NEVER EVER GO HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE PUSH OVERS THE DAY I BOUGHT THE CAR HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE SERVICING THE CAR...MADE ME WAIT OVER 3 HOURS...NEXT DAY THE CHECK TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON THE OIL CHANGE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY CAR WOULDN'T START TWICE JUST HORRIBLE!
I am beyond thankful for Fredy Kia and their workers Leslie Libby, and Edgar. I was in need of a car and the same day I walked in was the same day I drove out. I want to genuinely thank Leslie for making sure I was well taken care of; she literally did not stop texting me until I was in a vehicle and her persistence and sense of urgency meant a lot to me. Special thanks to Libby for her loving hospitality and a huge thanks to Edgar for getting me approved for a vehicle both affordable and reliable.
Bought a new car here about a few days ago and I m so excited with my new car. Thanks to Craig Foster for helping me through the process. I highly recommend this place.
The best attention and the best service... I highly recommend them! If you go to the service, ask for Mr. Alfonzo, is the best! I m happy with Kia and with Fredy Kia...
Thank you so much to Nathaniel for helping me purchase my 2020 Kia Sportage! He s the best salesman and provides the best costumer service! Very pleased and satisfied!
While I was pre-approved with my Credit Union for a decent APR%, I was around $5k upside down on my previous car, didn't have a down payment, or very good credit, and to add icing to the cake, my CU would ONLY finance UP TO 100% of the invoice amount (meaning no negative equity roll-over). So, I really needed a better car, and had had my eye on the Optima for several months. I wasn't really looking at buying brand new, but realized that going new was the only way I'd get rebates, which is what it was going to take to balance out my $5k negative equity. I went to 4 other dealerships, and Fredy Kia is the only place that got me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Salesman was very helpful, but to be honest, if I wasn't so on top of things (did my research and knew what was up), and if I would have let him, he probably would have cleaned me out or at least tried to. My only real problem is that I purchased car on 3/30/14, paper plates expired on 5/30/14, and they have not come in yet. Emailed my salesman with no response, and I'm waiting on them to overnight me a new set of paper plates until new set comes in. We will see... My advise, don't buy from ANYONE without doing your homework, I don't care who you are man, woman, both or neither, don't go into a dealership just asking to be SOLD TO, do research, know what you want and what the price SHOULD BE, and know what options are available for what price and on what trim/ models. ANY dealership will screw you, and if they say they won't they lie.
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR MAKE SURE YOU GO TO FREDY KIA. WHEN WE GOT THERE OUR SALESMAN BROOKE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED US GET THE EXACT VEHICLE WE WANTED. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
For a first time buyer and not knowing exactly what I wanted, Mario was very helpful with everything I wanted and more. Great customer service and very helpful with whatever questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend you go to him when visiting Fredy Kia, you will not regret it.
Very bad service like most dealers they want to sell you what they want not what you looking for I was interested in 3 Kia Sedona that were showing on the inventory but magically one was already sold the other one was the bosse's wife personal vehicle and the last one had a down payment from someone else but when I talked to a Ronald person finance guy 4 hours early those sedonas were available and told me to stop by. Waisted my time and money for some people that don't know what lies means
This place was great to work at. I miss it sometimes. But Im glad I left and got a friend a job who needed it. So far the company will always do great without me. But I won't say I regret it. It was a pleasure working there. If you Need a professional yet friendly person who can HELP YOU ASK FOR CLAUDIO he is EXCELLENT and will fight to get you the best car Deals.
Seth was my daughter's salesperson and he was wonderful! Entire transaction was pain-free and headache free...we did not get the runaround. Our transaction was not long and drawn out...we were finished in record time.
This place left such a bad taste in my mouth..January 31. I went with my coworker and friend where she and her husband purchased a 2011 GMC Arcadia..she mentioned to the salesman CRAIG FOSTER that I was looking for a 2nd car CRAIG FOSTER stated that there a 2009 GMC Arcadia they just got in from the auction if I was interested it was going for 9.000 he drove us to the mechanic shop where he said they were getting it ready it was dark so dark where he used his flash light from his phone assuring me that everything would be serviced and ready for me on that Monday started the paperwork with my credit history I knew I didn't have to put money down...at the end of paper car war listed at 12.000 I had already told him that I wasn't paying over 10.000 for this vehicle..made an adjustment putting it back at 10.000 arrive at what I thought was financing his name is MEL where again the price was 12.000 again I picked up my things stated I'm not going back and forth with you guys on this price so back down to a little over 11.000.which also having the payment at 272.00 then 222.00 a month before leaving...at the end of the night it was after 9:o'clock where we exited a side door where nobody bothered to walk us out...
Monday January 3rd MECHANICS BANK called to verify my information asking me the question of my income of 90k I replied to him that must be some mistake my Annual income is not 90k a year He stated he would check to see where the mistake was made Apparently he contacted MEL again what I thought was the finance department bcuz he called I mentioned to MEL about the annual income that MECHANICS BANK quoted he stated maybe there was some mistake he would get back with me FRIDAY JANUARY 7 was able to pick up vehicle where again CRAIG FOSTER tried to explain the mix up on my information monthly payment 170 now upon leaving CRAIG FOSTER handed some paperwork stated this the information just tell JCS the new bank whats on the paperwork. WRONG drove the vehicle over the weekend and there was noticable problems transmission smell of steam coming from the vent tires after he stated that would put new tires (Discount Tire) they were over inflated front passenger window wouldn't go down hesitating while driving turning the steering wheel whining sound Simple thing like mats I did Pull the carfax MONDAY JANUARY 10 MEL called asked was I coming in to sign new paper work so that when I started to question was my paperwork corrected not starting 90k and the amount of years of my resident also that I was listed as a manager on my job..that was not the truth when I keep repeating the word FALSE INFORMATION he said it was just a mistake there was nothing false about it..but I made the comment FRAUD he started to do the blam game that he only put in what the GM or CRAIG FOSTER gives he only been there 4mos and don't know what's going on..but I spoke to MEL the day after MECHANICS BAND called me. Apparently told CRAIG FOSTER That I was upset about the information on my application CRAIG FOSTER called right away..I stated I would talk to him when I get there I knew I was turning in the vehicle at that point.
ARRIVED AT FREDY KIA AT 4:30PM CRAIG FOSTER meet us sat at his desk to tell him I didn't appreciate that the information that was given was incorrect after I told him everything that was wrong with the vehicle. The conversation went back and forth til I stated that what he was doing was fraud falsifying information. Said I dont know whether MEL THE GM THAT I NEVER GOT A NAME CRAIG FOSTER WAS GETTING COMMISSION KICK BACK OR CUT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. It when he unleashed stated that he have 4 HOMES AND JUST PURCHASED A 70 THOUSAND DOLLAR TAHOE. Yes you have good credit but dont make enough for a 11.000 vehicle he keep using the word DEBT OUT. Which I didn't believe well if you would have told me that in the beginning we wouldn't have to have wasted so much time..told he I wasn't desperate for a car. hummm on a salesman salary maybe FREDY KIA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO HIS EMPLOYEES.
In my search for a new vehicle I came across Fredy Kia and met Joseph Lacy. Joseph stood out from other dealers and representatives. He was professional in his approach and delivered to me everything I was looking for.
The salesman I was working with was a cool guy I was there at 5 hours 45 minutes signed all kinds of paperwork we connected with my financial institution the next day they sold the car that I signed for and insured without no hesitation, I felt betrayed at best and even today I feel like I should be paid for my hours lost but I'm okay I just did not understand the urgency they had already met their quota and Beyond just not the place at this time I feel comfortable doing business with.
Went to look for a kia optima and Richard Huitz helped me look around at all the cars. Very kind and helpful recommend anyone looking for a Kia to stop by here and ask for him. Will come again if I decide to get another Kia.
Do not believe the online price!! The online price for a 2015 Jeep Patriot was $7,200. They came in with a $9,200, plus ttl offer. Spent way too long to get to $1,000 OVER initial internet listing price. Nope.
Not a good way to do business, guys. Sketchy with fast food trash and greasy fingerprints everywhere.
Must see Frank Aceves. Awesome Sale Person. Listens to what you want and doesn't push you into what he thinks you want. Great knowledge of the Kia's he sales. Very happy with my buying experience.
Please please please do not shop here. From being a car salesman here I saw some of the inside issues at freddy kia. They hire people with felonies and dont do b a ckground checks. They also try to jack up the price on cars that you could get cheaper else where. Lastly, I heard antonio (fredy) say that he would rather run a corrupt business and make money, than run the right business and lose money. Please please stay away from fredy kia. Theyre full of false promises
One of the most unorganized dealerships I have ever been to. I went in with a very specific car that I wanted that was in my price range, I was very clear that I didn't want to go over that, after waiting about 20 minutes just to be greeted the lady takes me to cars that were way over my budget and what I wanted. Going through the finance I was told that the prices online that non of those hidden discounts applied to me so the price then went up 4k. I tried to stay in contact with them but was told that no one there knows how to use the dealership email so she then had me use her personal email to message about it. I love Kia, bought my car from another kia dealership though that was more friendly and better organized.
I wish I could rate it ZERO stars, went in for an oil change and tire rotation... ended up having to add an additional quart of oil AND!! They didn't even rotate all of my tires, I have a scuffed rim on the front driver side, and when I checked it was in the same place! They also "Forgot" to put my lugNuts on 2 of my tires( mind you I have Black rims) so I had to go purchase some. And when I called to speak to the service manager he said and I quote him "for the year and milage on your car, its burning to much oil or leaking"....... yeaaa ok buddy, I'm not sure if he thought I was Dumb or Stupid. Last time I'll ever go back there.
Everyone was so knowledgeable and treated my family and I like we were family. Robert Bryant was our salesman and he went the extra mile for us. He was very attentive and patient with us. I love my new vehicle. I definitely recommend Fredy Kia to everyone. Thanks again
Horrible, paperwork still not done and am not financed after almost a whole month with the car, they keep adding more things I need to do to be financed. I recommend going through your bank getting approved and going to get a car elsewhere. I will NEVER EVER do business with a new car dealership in my lifetime and if I finally get financed with the 2500 miles I already put on the car that isnt, I will never purchase another kia due to this experience
Met with salesman Nick Knightly. Helped me get the best price on the vehicle I wanted. I would defiantly recommend giving Freddy Kia a chance to earn your business. Vincent Gonzalez & Crystal Gonzalez
Horrible service department. Expect a 20-30 minute wait to talk to someone or sometime they will just put you on hold and it hangs up automatically. Forget about trying to get a loaner, my vehicle has been in the shop for 2 weeks and no loaner even though I was told They will check on it and figure something out I was told I would be contacted after 4 days to see what needs to be done, no phone call back. I called the second week car still not done, putting finish touches on it . Take you money somewhere else.
I contacted Fredy Kia on Monday about a Malibu they had on their website. Karina emailed me back saying they have the car in stock. After a few days she called me and said they sold it but they have a new Kia Forte on their lot that is on special sale. I was Leary about believing her since the reviews aren't all that great. But I gave them a chance and went to see her. When I came in on Friday I was greeted by Mario and Karina told me to work with him since he was the salesman. He showed me the Forte and the price and payment and it was omg so smooth. I was in and out in 1 hour! Usually it takes 3-5 hours to get anything done at a dealership. I am glad I got the online promotion price on that Forte. I highly recommend these guys.
ps. if it helps I was only interested because I got an email saying they are under new management and sure enough the people that was there 2 years ago are all gone except for 2 salesman. Big change Fredy good job.
Brian Martin was very very helpful and very very knowledgeable and a great guy, and I would recommend anyone looking for a new ride to come jump on board with Fredy Kia with the help from Mr. Martin you'll thank me later
I went there because I found two cars I was interested in and was hoping to drive away with one of them. I had April Torres reach out to me by email and I kept in touch. I went on 7/13/19 and a young kid which told us he's only been there 3 days helped us then another guy came in to help him. The second salesman told us what my max amount I was willing to pay cash was not enough because the ttl was about $2,000 so we walked away. The second salesman came outside as we were getting in the vehicle to say the manager wanted to talk to us. But by then I didn't want to consider buying from this dealership. I emailed April right after I left the dealership to thank her for her help and to tell her about my experience but I've yet to hear from her. I was recently diagnosed with leukemia and need a car to work to pay for medical bills that are piling up and thought I found an affordable car but I was wrong. This isn't the place for me, gotta keep looking.
For a first time buyer this was the worst experience I ve ever dealt with. They tried to sell me a car with the engine light on and told me to take it home and take the battery cables off to see if the engine light would cut off.....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!Every time I call I speak to someone different and no one seems to know what s going on I wouldn t advise anyone to come here to buy a car......they have been giving me the run around for the past days about getting my money back.......WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! If I could rate with no stars I would
After much research I ended up at Freddy Kia to look at 3 vehicles I had set my sights on. Karla Guerrero and Elizar greeted me and made the entire process a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend you see them if you plan on buying your next vehicle from Freddy Kia.
I am very glad I choose this dealer to get my brand new optima. James who was the sales person did a fantastic job, he was helpful and glad to answer all my questions and help me figure out what vehicle to get without getting out my budget. Also Manager Victor Cruz did an outstanding job, he is extremely nice and thru the process he oriented us very well, he explain all details. I am very thank full because I feel that I just not only got a new car, and a great deal but also now I feel free to come up to them with any questions or if I have any problems with the car. Hands down for Fredy Kia!!!
Man Edgar is the freaking BESTTTTTT he upgraded me in a fantastic vehicle..he don t play! Very attentive ASK FOR HIM when you go foreal ! Thanks Edgar you THE BEST
Unprofessional people I found a car on the website I called them and made a deal with April when I got there she sent me to Mike who increased the price $3000 when I called April over there and asked what s up with the price on line she hung up on my face so one star is too much for this place
We've been test driving cars recently. My husband drives a lot, but he's also a partially disabled vet and quite tall, so he doesn't fit comfortably in all cars/SUVs. First, the salesman was smoking when we walked up, and that was offputting because we had to smell it throughout our interaction. When we explained we already had financing, we were just getting a feel for the vehicle, he still wanted us to sit down and go over Kia financing paperwork despite us telling him that we were not going to buy the car that day even if we liked it, and we didn't want to pursue alternate financing. He said it was mandatory. None of the other dealers did this kind of thing. They asked us what kind of car we wanted to look at and made copies of our DLs before giving us the keys. Even after we went back out to the lot (after refusing to compete a "mandatory" credit check), he tried to sell us on the highest 2017 model which priced at 8k over what the comparable 2018 models were. We don't want a sun roof or leather and plus the 2019 models are going to be out in a few months. Why do they still have 2017 models on the lot? He wouldn't let us drive what we actually wanted to until he went through his whole pitch. And then during the test drive, he kept calling my son, who granted has long hair, a "she" even though he has a distinctly masculine name. "How's she liking that legroom?" "She's a he." "Yeah, but what about that legroom?" He got snippy with me when I asked about availability of safety features that has been standard on other models we'd looked at and said all of the things I wanted cost money, and KIAs were cheaper for a reason. I held my tongue on that one. I bought the same model KIA vehicle in 2012, and a lot of the features I was asking about that were standard on that vehicle. Plus his statements basically implied the cars were cheap because they're not as safe. That's not really a positive impression of the brand. Lastly, he tried the whole "you need to buy this car tonight because it may not be here tomorrow" schtick when there were dozens on the lot. None of the other salesmen we encountered while car shopping were SO SLEEZY. Historically, when we were shopping during the recession, everyone was thirsty, and it was a pain at every dealership we went to. It's very apparent that the other dealerships have evolved a more customer-friendly attitude and improved the experience of shopping for a vehicle. Fredy has not. Despite their bounce house, large selection, and faux bbqs, it felt like the salesman was trying to con us as soon as we got there. The one thing they've got going for them is the large selection. But we're not going to be buying a vehicle from there any time soon.
