I remember sitting with my mom in the finance office going over aftermarket warranty on a used car, months later something major brakes the service department said her car doesn t have warranty! I would not buy my next car here nor would I recommend anyone do business with them!
DON'T EVER GO TO FREDY KIA I HAVE GOT 2 DIFFERENT FROM THE SAME PLACE AND I HAVE BEEN SCREWED OVER PLENTY. THEY SMILE WHILE MAKING DEALS BUT IN REALITY JUST PEOPLE WITH NO CONSCIOUS. I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE I KNOW GO THERE
I found the perfect car, would be 5 stars if I was able to get the color I wanted. Sam helped me through it all and offered me a great deal to make up for the alternate color. It was a long day, but good personalities go a long way in getting you through all that mess. I love, love, love my new car!
I went to and had an amazing experience! I walked in and was introduced to my salesman William Little by April (who was very polite) and he immediately started asking the right questions to get me what I wanted. I walked in honestly thinking it would be a long hard process but it was not because I had previously worked with other dealerships who given me the run around and could not get me what I needed! He was awesome! From beginning to end I was there for only 4 hours tops! He was honest and forth coming about everything! Rich, the sales manger, got me an approval within the first hour and a half! The rest of the time was spent getting insurance together, paperwork signed, seeing finance and getting the car washed to drive off the lot! Anthony in finance was very straightforward and didn't waste my time in finance either. The warranty information and service information explained well also. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Fredy Kia!

Beware! All this place wants to do is sell you a car. Frank the salesman was great but the post buying experience has been TERRIBLE to the 10th power! I have brought my car in twice for service because of the vehicle settings being set incorrectly. Each time I have driven to the dealership that is 30 minutes away from where I stay, I have been told that it is not time for my car to be serviced! Waste of my time from work. Please think twice before you end up with lemon service. One word of advice BUY A HONDA
Was told I couldn't test drive a car unless I promised to buy that day. Lost my business permanently. If I do buy a Kia, it 1000% won't be from here.

I had received a price quote online and had even confirmed the quote by Rafel Chavez and his collegues couldn't honor the quote he gave me, instead they kept saying they (being the dealer) misquoted the vehicles price when it clearly had not changed within the two hours I had spoken to Mr. Chavez. Yet, they insisted that the vehicle was raised up by $4000 from the quote I was originally given. They made me waste 40 minutes getting to their location from Katy to SE Houston only for them to tell me a load of lies. Do not trust the quotes they ATTEMPT to tell you over the phone. Not trustworthy, Mr. Chavez and his collegues are not the salesmen I would ever want to have sell me or anyone else a car. Very dissatisfied and equally disapppinted.
And even after the fact that i left, the price was still the same that i originally was quoted, not the amount that they continued trying to tell me! They are not to be trusted. I will be reporting this to higher ups, and I will not look to this dealer again.
The absolute best car purchase I ve ever had. Salesman Mario Paniagua is the most informative and caring person I ve ever had the pleasure to deal with while making my car purchase. Mr. Fredy the owner is a real gentleman and leader in the auto industry. He made the auto purchase an amazing experience for myself and my wife. Worse car dealership I have ever dealt with. Called almost 3 days straight, no one returned my calls or voicemails. Sam never would answer my text messages or call me back. When he did, he was on his only day off and then said he would have someone call me, NO ONE ever did. Then finally when somebody decided to answer my 1000th phone call the vehicle we were wanting to purchase was sold. Not pleased at all and will not ever purchase a car from you guys again or recommend this place. I live more than 5 hours away, that's why I couldn't just drive over there. Wish I could've gave it 0 stars!!

Called Monday and spoke to April Torres to make sure that they still had the truck available that I was interested in, it was available and at that point they were asking $53,995, when I looked at the ad this afternoon to get an appointment for tomorrow they had bumped the truck up to $59,900. April really didn t have an answer just that they raised the price. That s super shady, and I would not recommend a dealership that conducts business in this manner.
Absolute worst experience with a car dealership that I've ever experienced. Was told over the phone that we were approved for financing on the truck we wanted, but when we got there (after a 2/hr drive), the truck wasn't eligible for financing. Then the salesperson went to a different lot and brought back a substandard alternative. No thank you Fredy Kia, we will not be recommending your dealership to anyone.
I was initially greeted by Alfonzo a newer salesman he reassured me that I would be taken care of even though he was new. He found a more seasoned salesman by the name of Joshua to move forward with the process. Joshua was a godsend honest, knowledgeable, and handsome. With the assistance of Alfonzo they were able to get me into a 2016 KIA Forte for only $500 down. These guys are awesome!

Well we had first called after setting up apt. Online to ask some questions, they didn't have our names in system so they were supposed to do so, but then get put on hold, then transfered over and over atleast 4 times then supposed to have gotten transfered to Manger, then got hung up on 3 more times, and then called back and no ever answered over 5 times.
Finally got everything taken care of for apt. And talk for a week and half to the same sales person every time, everything was good to go just come in and finish and we show up to apt. Mind you still talking to same sales rep even 30 mins up to apt.
Then get there and guess what. We get sent off to somewhere else they couldn't take care of anything for us, then not answer questions or calls . Trying to figure out what was going on.
Nope they just blew us off not knowing why. The sales person we had been talking to wouldn't even show their face.
Never have I ever seen and sales place anywhere behave in such a way so pathetic and careless
My salesmen Brian Martin and Cedric Miller were amazing! Brian approached us before we even reached the sales floor and inquired about our wants. He and Cedric directed us to the car of my dreams and shortly we were rolling off the lot with a shiny new baby. They made our experience memorable and I am so pleased that we went with Fredy Kia.

Tyrone and Mr. Willie were amazing!! My credit is far from perfect and honestly I didnt expect to walk out with a new car that day but Tyrone and Mr. Willie worked their magic! I was actually expecting to possibly get a older car with alot of miles. I walked out with a new car with low miles! When i left I felt that Tyrone really cared about my needs and not just about making a sale. This was such a great experience.
My car buying experience was one of the best experience I had have by far. My salesmen Ricardo Flores listen to every like and dislike I had. Was there every step of the way didn't leave my site till all the process was done. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Ricardo Flores is top of the line sales men.

After having gone in on Saturday for a simple oil change, I was left without a car tonight because I was left on the side of the freeway with a smoking car and oil spewing out of the engine. It saddens me that the service department did a careless job on my car. I hope that they respond as they should and fix this stressful situation they have put me in. I will keep everyone posted.
Very poor customer service went there with my boss they called and told him his car was ready that he bought the day before it took them over an hour just to find the keys then had to wait another 30min for them to wash it and put fuel because it was empty

They are fraudsters. They display one car for selling, and show you some other one for sale when you visit their office because the car you wanted to buy has been sold. And this happens when you enquire about the original car's availabilityvia phone immediately before leaving home for visiting their office.

LOVE this location! I didn t think anyone could top Archer but I ll definitely be coming back to have my vehicle serviced here. The ENTIRE staff is warm and friendly and i love how they make every guest feel welcomed.
I thought alot before actually leaving a review for the simple fact that my salesman did an awesome job made the process really easy and simple. Answered all of our question and was very patient thru the process. Has some trouble with the financing department that extended the process but that was no problem with neither me or my husband. Thursday morning I receive a call from my financing bank that they were having trouble verifying my employer explained to them when my Manager would be at the office to be able to verify. I remind you this was thrusday morning Thursday afternoon about 2pm I get a voice-mail from Moises stating that if I don't return the call by 6 my car would be "turned off". First off I work late hours, was my first time receiving a voice-mail from them , and last but not least I had already talked to my financing bank. So just for future reference Moises I'm sure any other customer would be very appreciated if you call the bank first to confirm before you call a customer threatening to "turn car off". For this reason I will not give more then one star, and will not be referring anyone to this dealership. Thanks for all your help nick!!

Worst customer service I purchase my care over two months ago not to mention that has been in the shop minority of the time and I ve had to pay ubers to move myself around my plates expired on 10/27 and today been 11/05 they still have not received them and they ve give me the run around for everything
My first time going to Fredy Kia was amazing. I have always heard good things about them and now I know them to be true. My salesman was Brian Martin a*k*a Blavk Jesus, performed a miracle getting me approved. With my bad credit and multiple repossessions, I thought I was doomed. But don't sleep on Fredy Kia cause it wasn't just Brian by himself working to help me. The guy in finance was wonderful and so was the receptionist Julie and an whole host of others. The whole Fredy Kia team were warm, nice, considerate, helpful, and most of all professional. I am sending my sister there next week. I encourage anyone who is looking to find a car go over to Fredy Kia you won't regret it!
Service department is so slow. Made an appointment. Taking over an hour for an oil change and still have no car and no one here to give me an update.

worst car business. and employee rights forget about it. they rip off employees of their hard earn pay and they will hide deny things to no end. The owner is a liar and will try his hardest to keep commission to himself. they will also wait until the last minute to pay their employees. they are rude and disrespectful. Go elsewhere because they do not care about the clients they care more about the money.

SCAM ALERT! I can completely relate to the previous reviewer. Exact same thing happened to me. Stay away from this dealer!! False online advertising and the internet sales guy Nile tried to lure me into coming into the dealership on false promises and lies. Once there he tagged on additional $3k in mandatory dealer fees ! Really? Do we look like fools to you? We didn t fall for their bait but I regret leaving my kids home and making a 45 mins drive each way for this scam. Their sales tactic would completely take advantage of people who don t do their research. It s sick and sad to see such dishonest people in the world who only care about what goes into their pockets and take advantage of unfortunate people and rip them off. Stay away from the sales guy named NILE. I wouldn t be surprised if all the sales guys have been trained in the same way by this dealer. WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME. The car I went to go purchase wasn't even on the lot when I received the call the night before to come VIP and check it out then on top of it the general manager won't even answer the calls when I call him to ask for a solution
The worst dealership I ve ever been to. They listed a dealer discount of $2502 but once we started the paperwork they only gave me a $1200 discount. The sales manager Rodney stated that since I didn t have a trade in I only got half the discount. I told Rodney over the phone prior to driving to Houston to buy the car that I didn t have a trade in. I ve checked the website and haven t found anywhere that says you have to have a trade in for the discount. Also they wanted to charge about $1000 for dealer add ons, which includes several hundred for windshield protection. They stated that if the windshield got chipped or broke they would replace it. I advised that I didn t want it because insurance covered that, but they told me that I had to buy it. When I told the sales manager Rodney that I didn t want the add ons he got up and said that we re done then and walked off.

Came in looking to just view the used cars. None of the cars have any prices listed on them, and the employee that was with us could not tell any prices either. When we went inside to look at the prices, they tried to get us to fill out the credit applications, without telling us prices still. They also continuously pushed trying to get us to test drive We made it clear that we only wanted the pricing, and they immediately stopped being helpful at all. We left shortly after.

Lamar helped me do something I didn't expect to do: walk away with a new car! The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I was in doubt about being able to get a new car, but Lamar ensured me that everything would be just fine. This was hands down the best car buying experience ever!!! I love my new car.

I just had to write this review, I was greeted by Pedro Garcia, who gave me great customer service, he was professional and kind, and most important he listen to me in what I was looking for in a car. Could not let the day go by without saying thank you.
Horrible service department. Grand total of 11 issues with my 8 month old bought new car and is going to have to be in the shop for an extended period but can t seem to get a loaner car. Started on a waiting list of 5 for a loaner and have been waiting for 3 months now!!! Was told I could pay for my own rental and maybe be reimbursed. Yeah key word maybe. Each time they want to keep the car for 3 weeks and when I pick it up they say they ve got to order more parts and I ll have to bring it back again. It s a never ending cycle and at the end of the day I m driving a new car with a laundry list of issues still. They said there s no way at all I could speak to the dealership owner. Corporate has been of no help. The 5th Kia I ve owned and because of this dealer, the last. Never again. Takes 3 hours every time I get just an oil change with an appointment. Oh and forgot to mention they slid $2,000 worth of extended 1 year warranties on the car for everything you could imagine after I declined all but gap insurance. Didn t find that out until I went to refinance the car and of course they re non-refundable and no the extended paint warranty doesn t cover the etched pain in the roof rails or the paint chips growing larger all over the hood. Piss poor service.
