brought an 2017 Kia Sorento at Fredy Kia in May of 2019. We when got to the dealership and test drive the car I really like the car. I decide to trade my old car in and buy the used Kia. After they did a summary on the payment, I decide not to buy it because the monthly payment was to high. But then KC who was the sales manager was able to get the price lower and he offer us free oil change for a year. So I brought the car had no issues until June 15, 2019. I schedule to get my oil change because I needed one and when I went to the service department they said they do not see any free oil change on my contract. Now when I was signing my contract they stated it was on my contract. So I talked to Robert one of the sales person that assisted me on the day I brought my car and he gave me an form to get an free oil change that day. Then told me, I need to speak with KC who was at the used car lot. So I gave my form to David who was very helpful, then I waited to KC to arrive. A couple of minutes later I saw KC walk in the door and spoke to him and said hello, I need to speak with you. He said "give me a minute. Then he comes out and sit next to me, and I ask him what happen to the free oil change you said we get for a year. He then stated I never said that. Now I lived 50 minutes from this dealership. I will never drive 50 minutes out my way to get an oil change that was not for free. So as we go back and for He then said " how about you tell your husband to remove the bad review he did because we lost my on that sales." I said "what does that have to do with me and my car" , he replied " your marriage , so call your husband and tell him to remove the bad review". Now at this point I was very upset. Customer Service is always treating the customer with respect and not have a vendetta on my husband because he had a different opinion. When you have a bad customer experience with one spouse , you do not treat the other negative because of the other spouse. I explained to KC , he was not dealing with my husband , he was dealing with me. I did not give him no bad review or any negative comment. But KC was so frustrated with my husband he took it out on me. POOR customer service , as well as poor judgement. My husband review is not the first bad review on Fredy Kia. There are several reviews about sales representative lying and being rude. If he does not know how to show good customer services , he is in the wrong job field.
