We lived in Ageno from November 22nd 2019 to end of May 2020. We rented an apartment and had the worst service one can imagine. Following were the issues and the property manager Cindy Guzman did very little to help us with repairs. Then after we left the apartment to move to a house we received a bill for cleaning service. We left the apartment in a clean and very good condition, yet they wanted to spoil our credit and sent the cleaning charges invoice to a collection agency. The apartment manager was not cooperative in helping us with repairs. We had following issues:
1.) Sink in bathroom was blocked drainage for over 2 months
2.) The ceiling over the A/C filter housing has a large hole ever since we moved in and was never repaired.
3.) The tub drainage had a blockage for over a month
4.) We did not have any hot water in r in the kitchen for over 1 month
5.) The dishwasher did not work and the heating element was non functional from day one since we moved in. It was repaired after 4 months
6.) We had 2 garages and they were incorrectly programmed such that the garage doors would open up on their own and neighbors would come and tell us.

Many times we requested repairs and Cindy ignored our requests. When COVID issued occurred she stopped responding to emails. Then when we ended our stay we received this long cleaning bill even though we left the apartment clean. She did not attend the final inspection to check how clean we left the apartment. The service is horrible and I would encourage others to not rent an apartment at Ageno.
