This has to be the most ridiculous joke! I m a resident at Bridle Path Apartments in Stockton California which is managed by these thieves called FPI management.
The place is a gated community with limited parking space because of the sensless policy that parking is first come first serve.Why should I fight for parking when I m paying equal rent as any other resident.Some residents have many cars and end up forcing others to park outside the complex.
I tried to do that and I was scared for my life because there s random suspicious people riding bikes inside and outside the complex.
I got home late from work and there was no parking so I parked my car near the entrance it got towed had to pay 300$.
And if you want a garage you rent it for 75$ a month!If this is not exploitation I don t know what it is.
You people need to assign parking so every resident can enjoy their money s worth!
If anything happened to me because I couldn t find parking and had to park far and walk when it s dark yet I m paying all that money for rent, I will take legal action against this damn management company!This is a main concern for many other people.
The management is just greedy and unreasonable!
Fix it!
