I was there for a charity event that the hotel generosity donates their space. The instructions were clear, the staff was available but not clingy. The space was ample. Parking was tough.

Food was great. Staff was very professional. Great event.
I had a wonderful / beautiful stay at the Marriott in fort Collins for the past 2 weeks. Very kind and professional staff here at the Marriott. The staff members that made my stay more extraordinary where Brian, Amber, Lindsay, Kelly, Mitzi, and Tracy. There is others but I forgot to get their name, I apologize. Thank you for making my journey to Fort Collins extra special.
Always a great experience here at the Fort Collins Marriott, Staff is very friendly and always has great recommendations for restaurants and what is going on in town.
Location and staff are great. The facility is dated but is in good condition. Bedding was excellent. Self service free parking.
Fantastic hotel with incredible service! Rooms were large, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the employees were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
Generally I would recommend this hotel. Unfortunately when we stayed the hot tub was out-of-order. When I called for the reservation I specifically asked about the hot tub and the lady didnt say it was broken. Also, someone throw a lit cigarette outside their door in the room next to ours so I woke up to the smell of smoke from the smoldering carpet at 2AM. The thought that it could have turned into a full blown fire had my service dog not alerted me, is very scary. To be fare, it wasnt the hotels fault.
Friendly staff but the rooms are starting to get dated.
We booked a reservation online, & when we arrived, they told us that they had the reservation, but did not have the room we reserved. They could not honor giving us the same amount of space without charging us a significant amount more, & the desk clerk said she could not call the manager until the morning, but could offer us other rooms for more $. We then told her that we were upset at the situation, & she tried to say that they actually didn t have any rooms available. This hotel will never get our business again. Long time Marriott rewards member- very disappointing.
The staff at the Marriott or one of the best. Always have a smile on their face. That is genuine. Grounds or well-maintained. The property inside the building very very nice
When I pay for a room with AC I expect to be able to set the temperature to whatever I please. If you like it cold in the summer don't bother staying here. Thermostats don't actually control the temperature below 70
Kendra and Sally were very helpful and sweet at the front desk while checking in late at night. Would highly recommended this Marriott based on their customer service alone! The hotel being nice is just an added bonus. Great experience!
The building is old but calm. There is a mall nearby and there is no inconvenience.
Their food is improving! Kudos to their new head chef.
I was at a corporate function. The staff was pleasant, and the food was great. We utilized a detached event room that was nice and clean. All around, solid experience.
Dated, but well maintained. Enjoyed a short weekend stay, staff pleasant.
Check staff was barely welcoming, my room smelled of men s cologne, was noisy, toiletries left a lot to be desired, when I mentioned concerns to the front desk the response was apathetic.
I've stayed at this location twice this year and have already booked another trip. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family.
Hotel rooms are standard for a Marriott, but it is not easy to navigate to - you're better off looking at Google Maps than having it direct you there - and the breakfast is spotty. One day it was great, the next it was overly salted and barely edible.
One of the nicest Marriott in the Fort Collins area. Really good location with restaurants and shopping nearby
Rooms are ok. Indoor swimming pool is heated and there is a hot tub. Many restaurants around the hotel. Free WiFi kept disconnecting on my phone. Don't know if it's due to room location.
Attending a business breakfast. Meeting was fine. Breakfast was horrible. No flavor, more of a heavy vinegar impact or something unpalletable. No service at table for coffee when the one thermos for eight people was empty and no water refills
Nice, clean hotel. The room was a little small, but it was in a nice area with ample parking.
The room was nice, a little outdated though. The location is good, just close enough to CSU campus and just a short distance from I-25.
one of the best hotels in Fort Collins...it could use a refresh, but it's always clean and in good repair. the restaurant has a great breakfast.
While the front desk greeted us warmly and were polite, they were rather uninformative. We had no idea what our package included (I.e complimentary breakfast, drinks, etc). It would have been nice to have gotten a little more information.
The facilities are nice and the staff is quite friendly.
Clean and comfortable. Staff is awesome, very accommodating.
This location is full service. The rooms have new carpet, wall paper and the carpet is updated but dingy in the high traffic areas of the room.
The bathrooms are clean but the tubs are dated.
When I arrived I was given a room with an excellent view. But after turning back the sheets and seeing hair in them, I called the front desk. They were very apologetic and moved me to a cleaner, smaller room with no view.
The staff here is fantastic. The room service is also very good. I like that it's close to downtown and right near shopping. I would stay here again.
Unfortunately this is by far the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. Three hours past check in time and they can't check me in yet. One elevator working. Employees are Not very accommodating...like it's my fault they are having difficulties.
Great front desk staff and bartenders. Comfy rooms.
I have stayed there 3 times and have yet to have a bad experience with the Hotel. Love the bedding! Also love the patience the staff showed. Each stay seem to bring on a different experience, outside of the hotel. Very helpful with directions.
Nice room and great bar. Haven't spent enough time here to find anything wrong with it.
I attended an event here and did not stay the night. Beautiful space!
For international travelers, go to Marriott hotels in Finland. This one in Fort Collins is terrible.
Always a pleasure to stay here. Nice pool and hot tub. Adequate rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Nice enough hotel, a little expensive for what it is, but the breakfast buffet is $17.00 god damned dollars a head.
Friendly staff, clean room, and reliable wifi. A wedding was going on so it was noisy with DJ music until about midnight but over all great stay.
Had a lovely experience here. Comfy and clean room. Happened to chance into a free upgrade that got us on the 6th floor where there was free breakfast and lunch included on weekdays. Food wasnt amazing, but it was a pleasant surprise. We had an issue with our room AC and the maintenance staff responded and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. No complaints.
It was beautiful great time great sleep good staff and clean highly recommend
Very nice lobby, co.fy furniture, great service at the bar
We attended a banquet held at the Marriott, and the food was excellent. The wait staff were very helpful and courteous. I also found the ladies room to be pretty and clean.
An older, much older Marriott hotel. Needs massive remodel but clean rooms and bar area. Staff very nice
Great rooms, great breakfast. We were on concierge level and was well worth it. Great hot tub and unique indoor/outdoor combo pool.
Nice meeting spaces. Quiet nooks to take breaks during training.
I wanted to book my wedding and reception here but Sarah the event coordinator never returned any of my phone calls! We set up an initial consultation in January but after that she never responded to my attempts to reach her about the contract she said she'd write up for me, and even after trying to reach someone else in charge she gave me the runaround for 2 more months. When she finally did write up the contract she wrote it wrong TWICE even after I tried to get it corrected. No apologies, just excuses, and I'm still waiting for details on it 5 months later.
Very Expensive breakfast ($17 per person per day, out upgraded room didn't have a refrigerator. Hotel looks good for business events but not for your everyday person. Would not pay more that $140 a night perhaps.
This Marriott is the worst of them. Gave a room with a deadbolt that was broken. The staff REFUSED to do anything about it when one guest was passed out in the room and the other 3 were locked out at 1am and were forced to sleep elsewhere. Had there been a medical emergency, someone would have died. On top of that, there was no attempt to move rooms or a night comped on the overall stay. They knew about the deadbolt on the first night. So 0/10. Do not stay here until corporate fires every last person in this hotel and replaces them with people who can actually do there jobs. All management here needs to be blacklisted from working in a hotel ever again. Not trained to do a better job next time. Fired and blacklisted. I can only hope this hotel gets struck by lightning and burns to the ground, because that's all it deserves.
This review is on behalf of the friends I had staying there because I could not house them all myself.
We recently visited the Fort Collins Marriott for our daughter's 6th birthday sleepover. David L. and his staff at the hotel were amazing. We had such a fun time in the pool area and great breakfast at the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Our family had a great time and will be returning soon. This Marriott is a must for Fort Collins hotel stays!
The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby, but that is about as far as it goes. The rooms are small and very outdated. The shower in our room was literally falling apart and the water hardly came out of the shower head. We received vouchers for free breakfast given the military rate stay. I'm thankful we had these vouchers because I would never in a million years have agreed to pay for that breakfast. Every employee in the area acted like it was an inconvenience, from huffs and puffs to arguments (between employees) about who to give the omelet slip to. The omelets came out literally crispy on the inside. All of the food on the buffet was not even luke-warm, and the service was awful. We sat for over 25 minutes with no water. We also ate dinner at the hotel one night and thought that the prices were completely uncalled for, given the quality of the food.
On Sunday morning there were multiple trays of food in the hallways from people who had gotten room service. It wasn't bad for a few hours and considering the idea that the housekeepers were in the hallway, I figured it would be gone soon. When the end of the day came the trays remained in the hallway, which then smelled like complete trash.
The check in and out process was painless, the front desk staff was wonderful and informative with every passing and confrontation. This is about the only thing I can say about this hotel that is positive.
Disappointed the jacuzzi was being refurbished during our stay. But pleasant experience. Good bed, nice room, small bar worked for us
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, great tasting complimentary infused water
It was very expensive, but would be worth it if the restraunt and bar lounge was open.. I know covid is a part of it, but I feel they are capable of doing it safe. Even if they only deliver it to the rooms. OR distance tables. So 150.00 is to much for the small room and semi hard beds.
Awesome! Let me start by saying I am in a wheelchair and everything about my stay was perfect! Zach at the front desk was extremely professional and curtious as he offered to help carry my luggage to my room from the parking lot! He also assisted helping me get completely situated in my room. Thanks again Zach! My room was perfectly clean and spacious for me to roll around and get to the bed and bathroom with ease. My stay was in July I stayed for 3 nights and with the whole pandemic going on I couldn't feel more safe at this hotel! I've stayed at so many hotels in the past and this has to be one of, if not the best stay I've ever had! Next time I'm staying in Northern Colorado, I hope to see Zach and will definitely be staying at this Marriot.
Nice hotel. Showed up on the 26th of December and was greeted with a smile. Clean rooms, hot showers and breakfast was tasty. Exactly what I needed.
Non-top barking from dog in the room next to us. Front desk offered to move US as if WE were the problem. Otherwise a great stay.
The only reason I'm giving this hotel 4 stars is simply due to the fact that there are very few staff who actually do their job and go above and beyond. When I stood in this hotel several months back... I've received excellent service from Lobby Aid night person and other staff, couldn't recall that fellow European kid's name... but he sure gave me tons of towels and bath amenities. Ah yes, I think his name was "Antony" or "Anthony"... he just like many other good workers deserves a promotion and raise. Otherwise every thing else in the hotel was decent in my opinion. Cheers lads!
I had an excellent experience at the Fort Collins Marriott for a corporate holiday party. The facilities and ballroom layout were very condusive for the 200+ people, along with a DJ and dancefloor. The entertainment (gambling based) was very entertaining and the working staff were so friendly and in good spirits. I would be more than happy to attend another professional event at this location.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room felt a bit dated, but was clean and well maintained
Clean rooms, great service and incredibly friendly staff!
Cleanliness is rugged. 150$ room. Unvaccumed floor (candy wrappers and more on the carpet) dirty walls in room, boogers, spills etc on the walls. Other than bad housekeepers it was a nice hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.
What to say.....Running water sound all the time in room 204? Just ok. Clean, very dark room.
The hotel was very clean and pleasant even during the pandemic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk supervisor Brian Hoistion was so helpful! He greeted me and my family every time we walked in or out of the hotel. You can tell he enjoys his job and what he does!! Thank you for the smile and greeting! This will be my first choice every time I come to Fort Collins.
