Love this Marriott. Perfect location and awesome staff.

I work there every one is super nice the food is great the people are great the whole place is awesome and the chef gets it done in the kitchen

I visited the FC Marriott for a work event recently and was very impressed with the hospitality and service

Stayed as a last minute stay since we had been up for 25 hours and did not want to make the 1.5 hour trip home, guest services were great i would rate them 5 /5 how ever for a Marriott it is very dated. The room was pretty small and everything in the room looked older defiantly outdated as well as the bathrooms came off almost a bit grungy from the outdated feel. Two major issues I seen were one after waking up in the morning realized there were MMs on the floor beside the bed which we came right in and fell asleep so it was there from before and the door was gaped so bad it felt like there was a light on by the door except it was the hall lights shining through, if we were less exhausted and paid more attention it would have been impossible to sleep.

Great place. My only complaint with Marriot is the scents of their hotels. The toxic fragrance isn't just poising their customers but I feel bad for the employees!! A company this big should look into organic natural products. The toxic perfumes are dead in this age. Other than that Marriot is always the best place to stay.

Needs many cosmetic fixes, it is a older hotel and just not up to the Marriott standards we have come to expect. The service and personnel were good though. Not sure why they wouldn't have the concierge lounge open on weekends???

Customer and front desk service was great. Shout out to Bryan. He was available and communicative. He had great community suggestions for us as we are not from this area. Room service was 2.5 stars. Other then a suggestion of putting more towels in the room, we had a wonderful night.

6th floor amenities were on point. Pool and hot tub both very clean and well kept. Would definetly book again.

The hotel was awesome! Room was great, pillows were fantastic, and the restaurant/bar was hella dope lmao. Totally coming here again!!

Rooms are very comfortable, staff is friendly. Breakfast is not the best though.

If I could give them minus I would! The worst place to stay . They did not clean the room because we checked in at 10 pm and when we asked why , they said we can stay somewhere else ! Have in mind that we are in pandemic and it s impossible to find another place and extremely uncomfortable to stay only for two nights in s dirty room.

Update : Bryan (supervisor at the Fort Collins)was very helpful during this whole ordeal .

We loved staying here very clean inside and out and comfortable we come to visit fort collins from gjct 4-5 times a year and have stayed at other place. But this one is by far our favorite and will return

Bed was comfortable but they didn't put any towels or soap in my room initially. They brought some up later though. I also heard another guest requesting soap the following day when I was checking out. I understand they can run out of soap, but the no towel thing was not acceptable.

Everyone has been very helpful for 2 people coming to town for a celebration of life for our brother/uncle. We were totally lost and give excellent directions. 5 stars for staff.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Great for business trips. Has a pool both indoor and outdoor, as well as a hot tub and a workout room. Has a bar and serves continental breakfast. Overall a great place.

After my sisters wedding venue went up in literal flames a week before her wedding the Marriott stepped in and saved the day. The reception was put together and went off without a hitch. Samantha was super helpful and the staff was great.

My wife and I have stayed many times and are always impressed with the cleanliness and service. All employees are well trained and really make us feel welcome. Also, we enjoy the top notch exercise and pool facilities.

Event room was clean, staff was friendly and professional and the good was great. There was easy access from parking to the event.

The room was lovely and our experience was stress free and very fun. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel, great service, Karissa from the front desk staff is awesome! I made a mistake with my reservation during a week when this hotel (and most others in the area) were completely booked due to large conferences/events. My reservation was cancelled mistakenly and Karissa went above and beyond to secure a room for me for the entire week when there were none at the time of my check-in.

Very clean and nice. Wasn't crazy about the evening offerings at the Concierge Lounge, so went down to the bar. Excellent Street Tacos!! They are much larger than your typical street taco. Excellent Customer Service all around!!

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a shopping center with restaurants and a brewery. TV's have access to Netflix etc. Convenient to businesses.

I loved it! And I'm picky. The staff was really nice and the hotel had a warm and clean feel to it. I'll definitely be returning. And the food was better than the food I found eating out!

We loved the suite and the price. Very comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool wad nice, connecting the outdoor pool to the indoor pool but the water was a bit cold. The breakfast was amazing.

Middle of the road Marriott with very nice check-in, bar and restaurant, but the rooms are old and tired :(

A little pricey for how small and awkwardly spaced our room was. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and accommodating. It was up to date and had no glaring issues with rust spots or otherwise. Ordered breakfast and the egg white frittata was delicious. Also made me chocolate milk even though it wasn't on the menu. Overall really nice hotel and staff.

It doesn t looks like full service Marriott. One elevator is always out of order and the other one is always busy. Front desk staff for some reason never give me lounge access even though I am Platinum Elite.
I really don t know the reason.
This is the only Full service Marriott on Fort Collins along with Autograph collection Elizabeth.

Hotel is very clean, staff is courteous and professional. The kitchens food is very good. While this is not a 5 star hotel I thought it gets 5 stars for how well it does what it does.

Everything one would expect from the Marriott. Service was really top notch. Kids loved the indoor pool.

I was at a graduation party and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Terrible. I decided I would go there for my birthday party with my mom and three bffs. We ordered two rooms and got the key to ONE of them at 3. It took them until EIGHT PM to get our other room done. That's 5 hours. Not only that, but the breakfast server was extremely rude, and one of the other breakfast servers threw down the tongs you use to get the bacon AT my mom and audibly grunted in disgust. NOT ONLY that, but they charged us more than what they said the price would be. Eventually we got a refund, but then they stole
400 DOLLARS off my mom's card on VALENTINE'S DAY. We ended up with not only 0 dollars in my mom's account, but -65 DOLLARS MISSING. Step up your game Marriott, and get a new, more responsible staff. The one reason why it at least gets a one star is that Marc at the bar is hilarious and kind.

Had lunch here with a colleague. The service was good but the food quality was average. The price was very high for what I ordered.

Went to the wine fest. The marriott was very clean and spacious. The restrooms were well kept and the staff was very friendly.

The room I had here for one night was relatively large, but it had a really poor floorplan. There was a bunch of empty wasted space in the room, and the bathroom was ridiculously tiny. It seems like they could have used some of that space to make a better bathroom. My room wasn't nearly as clean as it could have been and I found some trash scattered about the room. The knob to activate the shower didn't work exactly right so most of the water was still pouring out of the faucet into the drain while I had the shower on. The parking situation was also frustrating as the front lot is very tiny and many of the side lots are explicitly marked for other nearby businesses. You can park on the side,but if this hotel we're to get busy, I would expect the parking lots to fill up completely. All in all, the price wasn't horrible, but I expect better from the Marriott brand. I won't be staying at this one again as it was kind of disappointing, just lacking the usual put-togetherness of Marriott hotels

I had the pleasure of staying at the Fort Collins Marriott when I was the keynote speaker for a 4-H Western Region conference in the hotel. I was impressed and pleased with the customer care and service from the catering, restaurant, and housekeeping staff! My special request for meals were met with understanding, satisfaction, and personal care. Our room was clean and comfortable and the manager went out of his way to listen to my comments and acknowledge his staff!

This Marriott is unlike any I've had the pleasure of visiting. I have visited many Marriotts across the world and non compare to the warmth and care of the staff. They have a joy about them that is contagious. The front desk staff, barista, house keeping and Jerod the IT maintenance guy. The beauty of Ft. Collins is enhanced by these remarkable individuals.

This is a great clean and cozy affordable hotel, with excellent customer services. The desk staff couldn't be more helpful, and I hope I will be coming with my family in future!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly as always. Rooms were up to date. A nice area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

To make you feel like you've done something wrong it's super super cold intrude the rooms are old in the showers just the water trickles down very uncomfortable place

Had my company Christmas party here. The staff for that was professional and fantastic.

American style hotel, a bit tacky in some details, a bit dark and retro, but all in all clean, with large rooms, adequate common areas, good gym, breakfast also. Positive judgment.

Rooms are a little older but clean. The bar has happy hour specials. The location is in a great part of FT. Collins, close to restaurants and entertainment options like a movie theater.

Excellent video audio interface panel to thr TV monitor in the room. I applaud the initiative to accommodate the technical individuals out there. The bathrooms were very small in the rooms. There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, or cups to put hot drinks in.

The service was great though.

Friendly staff, great location, you can walk to the redeveloped mall in two minutes. The restaurant in the hotel had interesting selections, the meeting rooms were comfortable.
