The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby, but that is about as far as it goes. The rooms are small and very outdated. The shower in our room was literally falling apart and the water hardly came out of the shower head. We received vouchers for free breakfast given the military rate stay. I'm thankful we had these vouchers because I would never in a million years have agreed to pay for that breakfast. Every employee in the area acted like it was an inconvenience, from huffs and puffs to arguments (between employees) about who to give the omelet slip to. The omelets came out literally crispy on the inside. All of the food on the buffet was not even luke-warm, and the service was awful. We sat for over 25 minutes with no water. We also ate dinner at the hotel one night and thought that the prices were completely uncalled for, given the quality of the food.
On Sunday morning there were multiple trays of food in the hallways from people who had gotten room service. It wasn't bad for a few hours and considering the idea that the housekeepers were in the hallway, I figured it would be gone soon. When the end of the day came the trays remained in the hallway, which then smelled like complete trash.
The check in and out process was painless, the front desk staff was wonderful and informative with every passing and confrontation. This is about the only thing I can say about this hotel that is positive.
