Overall it was a great visit. Besides an early mixup at the front desk, the experience was nice. Room was clean and nicely organized.

My father in law always stays at home this hotel for holidays when he comes and visits, and I've stayed one night, and had drinks and food at the hotel bar multiple times. I've always been very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff. The drinks are always very good and the food has been good as well when I've had it. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a place to stay in midtown Fort Collins.

I cannot express enough my gratitude for the Staff at the Fort Collins Marriott. My dad stayed there while visiting his brother who is Ill and was dealing with a lot of stress. I was able to stay in contact with the staff who helped to print out my fathers boarding passes and directions, etc... Every time I spoke with them I could hear the genuine smile in their voices when they offered their help. My dad said all the staff was amazing - I would like to especially thank Brian, Maya & Steven from the front desk. You helped calm my nerves from California - Colorado trying to keep my dad well organized and safe.

I would love to share a wonderful experience we had with the staff at the Marriott Fort Collins. My daughter was to be married at a ranch in Loveland Co, on Sept,13, 2013 and we were told the morning of the wedding that they were unable to accommodate us. We were stunned by the news and quickly began calling around for a venue to accommodate our group of 150 people. To our surprise and relief, the Marriott staff said they could help us. The staff was amazing and made our daughters wedding so peaceful amiss the chaoss. (This was the week of rain that Colorado hasn't seen in 1000 years according to the Huffington Post)
The staff and facility were beautiful. The staff went out of their way to keep all our hearts at peace, assuring us that they would take care of us and our needs. They were all super professional had great attitudes and smiles on each of their faces. They wanted our daughters wedding to be a success, as much as we did. What is so great is that they did all of this in a 2 hour notice. I also want to mention that the food that was served was fabulous and our guest were so impressed as well. They were in awe that the Marriot pulled this all together in a matter of a couple of hours.
Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts for such a unforgettable time.

Beds where very nice. People where friendly and helpful.

It started out poor because they had over booked and we were only getting one bed for four people. The next day they fixed our room situation and have gone above and beyond to make this trip better. They have been very kind and accommodating. Sophie, Courtney, and David really turned the situation around for us.

Stay at Marriott every year when we come to CO to see G'kids. Little pricy, but great place to stay - nice rooms, good food, great and free morning breakfast, helpful staff. Again, stay here every year, which is very positive statement !

It was just a hotel the Breakfast was realy disgusting.

Food was great quality for the professional event I attended. Flow of the buffet could be improved. Seems nicely updated overall, and spotted a nice bar on the way in.

I was there for Veteran Gala 2019 over Memorial day. Great food for a banquet dinner. The hotel was well maintained. I was there many years ago and it was not as good, good just not as nice as it was this time. Great experience.

I stayed in the hotel and mysteriously clothes that I left in my closet after we checked out disappeared. I lost a lot of faith in this hotel over that.

Hotel is a bit dated. 3 stars top. $7 water and inconsistent house keeping.

I wish I remembered the staff member's name at the front desk, she was very welcoming.

We stayed there for 3 nights during the coronavirus pandemic. We understand that this is a difficult time and requires a lot of flexibility. Zach at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond to be helpful. There was a night where there were no more towels, an elevator was out, we wanted to order food... we were so tired and frustrated. He immediately went out of his way to find us some. We were so impressed by his ability to stay calm and find a solution, also finding solutions to check outs, hot tub usage, and more. And on top of it, he made us feel a lot better with a late check out. Thanks again Zach, you saved the day!

I was very satisfied with my stay. From the time i walked in and was greeted and everytime after that the staff was very respectful. Love how clean everything was everywhere we walked around the hotel. I give them 5 stars

I thought this hotel was pretty ok. The lobby promised more luxury and updating than was found in the rooms. The beds we're super comfortable though and the pool was nice.

Stayed only one night for a wedding. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The wedding area was accommodating and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed for the buffet breakfast the next morning and it wasn't with the price we paid. The staff were friendly but the food was overpriced.

Might try to work some free buffet coupons when booking.

Great place to stay a night or two in fort Collins!

Over priced for what you get but the bed is super comfy. The hotel is pet friendly so that might be worth the extra cost if you're traveling with a furry friend.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast is separate from room cost but everything was great!

Great hotel. More than you may suspect but not overly so.

The folks at the front desk were very helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the services available in the lobby area were well maintained (this is based off of our experience with at the bar).

Loved all the staff.. Mark at the bar/ restaurant really took care of us, made a late night exception for me when I came down to order a few minutes after they closed, think truly that's the only disappointing thing I can think of is the night kinda wraps up at 11 for orders and the pool/hot tub at 10 but we still got the full experience and can say we definitely didn't want the weekend to ever end! Amazing beds, super clean rooms, loved the smart TV, Bluetoothed my cellphone to it for just the right jams all night. Shout out to the two attendants that were there during my check out! Giving me such a late check-out time and watching my bags as I waited on my driver, wish I would've got their names I do apologize but thanks again ladies

Needs a major renovation. Halfway s were warm for some reason, they also smelled funny, maybe like urine. I was on 5th floor, maybe the others are fine. The bar area and restaurant looked uninviting. Staff seemed friendly.

Loved loved loved this place, the room was comfortable and clean...but the people who work here were by far the best. I feel bad for not getting the names of the staff im about to mention but if you were working on the morning of 4/20/19 between 7am and 9:30 am and match the description of the following people... thank you so much for your hospitality. First my waiter he was a skinny gentleman late 40's early 50's... he was fast and so efficient he basically guessed my order for breakfast and was spot on... there was a kid dressed in black checking trashes outside... head a nose ring wore leather bracelets... pointed me in the right direction for a pack of cigarettes ( I ran out in the middle of the night) then offered me a cigarette (American spirits) ....and lit it for me...

Location is good, rooms and service are great, but I just can't get over having to pay $12 a day for Internet service...

Smaller rooms but decently clean. Carpets might need an update. The website says they allow 24 hours between guests in each room, but that doesn't seem to be the case since we waited for them to clean our room before our early check-in.

For a Marriott Hotel this is mediocre at best. The lobby was nice and renovated, but as someone who works in the service industry, the hotel is poorly managed. Expect very slow housekeeping and a wait for your room to be ready when checking in. Does a poor job of holding the Marriott standard. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

We travel from the West to the east and stop in fort Collins every year to visit and stay at the Marriott, no other place has a Starbucks in their place plus it's convenient,clean,and comfortable just like home

We got in late, so were so grateful to the bartender who arranged for room service delicious late suppers! Nicely remodeled older, so larger room. Staff was great.

Am I sure I want to live or retire here? It's getting big, build & build more! Plus get stop by trains everyday! Stress everyday oh another train! No overpass so Here I wait!

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean comfortable rooms. Pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar & starbucks coffee! Everything you could ask for. Great hotel!! A++

I booked on hotels.com so I got a really good deal which averages to about $50.00 a night. I have to say that is about what this place is worth. The rooms are small, the bed choices are standard and King and with 4 people that is not a great choice. The guy that checked us in was rude and condescending. Our tub would not drain so we asked for maintenance. The guy dug out a big disgusting wad of hair and left in the toilet for us to see when we returned this evening. Apparently they are not cleaning the rooms if you stay multiple nights. This is probably Covid related but a heads up would have been good information. I would have made my own bed and picked up some fresh towels before I rode the elevator up 5 stories. I realize that Covid have effected our lives but this does not excuse poor customer service.

Nicer (Elizabeth) and cheaper (Fairfield, courtyard) Marriott's in ft Collins. Centrally located

Not really a good value for the money. Just seemed like an average place, though with our pets, we were put into a dog friendly/handicap accessible room that wasn't too updated.

For $150 a night I expected more. There s no free breakfast the cheapest thing was like $9 or $6 for a Starbucks coffee but the guy serving just stood there and acted like I didn t exist, the rooms were clean but very small and out dated. The elevators take forever to open and move from floor to floor and the way they re located makes it a long walk to your room if you have rooms 35+. Also something worth noting the parking is horrible. The rows are too close together as are the parking spaces and there s trees on every row ensuring a nice bird poop covered car in the morning. For $79/night I could have stayed at the days inn and got a free breakfast and much better service and a comparable room. Likely won t return

I was here on business rooms are great Hotel Bars great price is good. What really made my stay was the excellent Hotel staff I think his name was Jacob really did an excellent job good people.

Beds are super to soft and pillows are feather weight bad for back and neck whole body to be honest. Food for breakfast downstairs is tooooooo expensive when pancakes can be thrown like a freebies, Room service is your best bet but expensive. There is no airport services but you can call Green Ride. We had a view wonderful view of the treetops.

Overall the hotel was nice...typical Marriott. However, we were very disappointed in the desk staff. We finished our business quicker than expected and called the hotel to see if we could check in early. We were told our room was ready, so we headed right over. Upon arrival we were informed that no, our room was not ready. I was livid and finally got the rather unhelpful staff to find an available room for us. They argued that we were checking in early and they didn't owe us anything. I pointed out we wouldn't have driven over if they told us our room wasn't ready in the first place. Ridiculous.

Attended this venue for a wedding. Rooms were clean and pleasant and the handicapped rooms provided proper accomodation. I used the fitness studio during my stay and found the equipment sufficient to compete my regular workout routine. The pool was nice and had an indoor and outdoor pool which you could swim to either part of. The proximity was close to both CSU, downtown Fort Collins, and general shopping. The wedding service was great and the staff was attentive to the events needs. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very old business traveler hotel. Needs MAJOR remodel to update this incredibly outdated hotel. Rooms small, old and bathroom are awful.

Hosted work event here. Good space and the food was decent. The cake and cheesecake desserts tasted like they had been stored in the freezer too long and had freezerburn. All of them. Maybe should have someone local prepare these. Companies are not going to balk at spending a few extra dollars on this.

Was charged 4 times the price of original room. Be careful staying here, bugs in room and I Still am working on getting my money back. Zach was very rude and kept making excuses as to why the manager was not available. Bryan was very helpful, Zach made me very displeased.
