The facility was very nice and the staff was very helpful and kind. The only reason I docked it one star was that the cleaning was just ok. Nothing was nasty but when I dropped my phone by the bed, I could see M&M's all under the bed... The thing is that we did not have any M&M's the whole time we were there. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff.
What I expect from a hotel this place definitely delivers on. The housekeeping service is exceptional. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Bar staff is attentive.

I am by no means a world traveler, but do travel a few times a year. Proceed with caution in booking with the MARRIOTT. The only available rate on their website is NON - Refundable. Was not obvious to me when booking for daughter's college graduation, had a change in plans, and they would not allow a refund on a $300 per night room booked at 2 nights TWO months prior to the event. Enjoy my $600 MARRIOTT, I will never stay at your chain of hotels again in the future, and I will share my disappointment often!
Don't get me wrong the room was not and clean I think someone reviewed about the carpet being a bit old I completely agree. The bedding is super comfortable.
My purpose for coming to this hotel was to sleep. I'm in room 509 and unfortunately throughout the night I was being woken up. I don't know if it's plumbing that I'm hearing throughout the night or someone's snoring respirator but it was very loud and hard for me to ignore.
The place is nice, just hard to get rest depending on what room you get I'm sure.
Edit: A very polite gentleman took the time to address my concerns on the phone at the front desk, did not rush me like the previous individual, did not keep me on hold excessively, and reassured me over some previous miscommunications I had with them. I am now looking forward to my stay here this month. :)

We stayed here for our last night in Fort Collins. If you want a clean room, friendly service, and a beach location at a great price, this is definitely the spot. We would return. Also, the bar in the hotel is awesome. Thank you.
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I was not there to stay the night but even so the staff was friendly and helpful.
It's one the interestingly designed Marriott. Almost seems to in the middle.of a residential area, and kinda set away from the roads. It's rather spread out with an inside outside pool. Other than that, it's what you would expect from a full service Marriott. Pleasent staff with all the usual perks, decent concierge lounge, ok gym and lobby bar.
This location is a little run down. I am Platinum so I decided to stay at the Marriott rather than a courtyard that was a little closer to where I was going. I did this to be able to take advantage of the concierge lounge but this location closed it on the weekend. They did provide vouchers for the buffet breakfast. No free room upgrade was ordered for Platinum.
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly$30. Deposit for a service dog... Not so nice
Beautiful hotel, water noise from other rooms was a bit loud.
Good location and services... Exercise equipment is a little dated, trying to give you the good and an area to improve
The place is pretty rough, needs some serious updates. Cleanliness was not good, sheets obviously not changed, got another room. Furniture in bad shape, carpet is gross, elevators slow and dirty, broken ice machine, alarms that go off in the middle of the night. Trash all up and down the hallways.Wouldn't recommend, wasnt comfortable and didnt get much sleep.
