Everyone here was so helpful in every way. They let me know all my options to purchus a new vehicle. They even got me into a better car than I thought i could get. They were friendly too. This will be my families to go place when ever we need a new car. Trust that they will be helpful and straight forward throughout the whole process. The who time working with them, they put me first and not to many dealerships are like that. When I finalized my purchus, they made me feel so good by having the whole staff there clapping,beeping horns and congratulating me. It was great.

Jeff Novak, CR manager at extension 2498 provided a very personalized and unique effort during the car shopping experience for me, making personalized videos of the car. My experience here at Liberty Ford was amazing! My first time buying a car, I walked in with my eye on a Subaru, went on a test drive, and that was it! My salesman Lorenzo Martino was very kind and super helpful, making sure I knew as much information as possible about the car and the company. He was very professional and down to earth. Everyone here from Lorenzo to the finance manager assisted me to the best of their ability and made sure that I would be leaving in my new car! Highly recommend!

The used car I looked at was twice the price of recommended price in Kelly Blue Book
I liked the car and willing to overpay for the car plus tax. Then Lorenzo said: Oh by the way you have to pay fees also! I then said goodbye.
I sold used cars. You can usually negotiate at least a $1,000 off any car. Fees are a way of running up the price. Freight fee Dealer prep it is balony!
If you have lots of money come here they will take it off your6 hands.

Loved our Experience GREATLY!!!! We went in a few months prior and we were trying to get a car, but we had a difficult time because I am self employed. So verifying my income was sort of tricky. Though we weren't a big money buy or people looking for some brand new car our salesman Lorenzo helped us every step of the way, he worked with us for almost 4 hours. Unfortunately that day I didn't have all the right paperwork for the deal to go through, but Lorenzo was patient & very accommodating. Fast Forward a few months after we got all our paper work in order, we arrived and found Lorenzo. He cheerfully helped us again every step of the way and we got our family a much needed new vehicle. He exceeded all our expectation for the deal, warranty and gap insurance!!! I would recommend him to anyone. Thx you Lorenzo Martino!!!!

Absolutely, the BEST experience I ve ever had at a dealership! Drove nearly 7 hours to pick up a new car I just had to have. Talked to salesman Matt the day before I headed there and he couldn t of been more honest about everything there was to know about the car, good and bad. 20/5 star rating for him if I could! Extremely helpful and easy going the entire time. Especially purchasing a vehicle during the times were in. After we signed the papers and were ready to leave we noticed one of the tires was defected, no fault to the dealership as they were brand new. They went out of their way to get another tire for me, which wasn t easy bc it was a Pirelli, that day and get me back on the road! The tires had to end up being replaced once I got home and they even fronted the bill for that without a question. They truly did what was right and I d happily drive back to Maple Heights to purchase my next car just bc I would know I can trust them 100%... so Matt, Reggie, and everyone else that was so helpful in this purchase, THANK YOU! You guys really are the best!

I feel comfortable going there for service of my 2012 Ford focus. This is also where I purchased my automobile. They help keep it in decent running condition and at 119k so far, there have been minimal problems. Thanks Ford Manufacturers, and Liberty Ford Maple Heights from sales to service!

What an amazing car dealership!! I've never seen a showroom quite like the one they have at Liberty Ford. They have quite the impressive inventory! (I had to keep my hubby away from the Shelby!) My issue was resolved there was a mis understanding and once it was explained to me I felt good about the solution.

New to Cleveland and needed my Ford repaired. I took it in for a oil change and ended up need much more work. The car is old so I was surprised. They needed a few days for parts and work and ended up only taking a day and half. I was very happy and able to make it down to Columbus for Mother s Day. The car is running great knock on wood and the staff was very nice, took time explaining everything, but not going overboard where I felt like I was being sold. I will go back, hopefully just an oil change next time. :) great staff and service team!

My husband and I went there to see if someone can help us to get a better vehicle so we can have a reliable car and Jovan Smiley was the best salesman we have ever met when purchasing a car. We told him about our situation with a different dealer and he help us get a better car. We are definitely going back there and they were really friendly I would recommend them to anyone!

I have never had such excellent and caring service that I received from Brian Hill when I went in the other day looking for a vehicle. I came back to Liberty Ford in Maple Heights because I had purchased my last vehicle there and have been extremely pleased with it this whole time and the excellent service I have received whenever I have been back for anything.
Brian this past weekend went out of his way to make everything comfortable from explaining and answering all my questions to going through all of the paperwork. He did it all as if we were sitting at the kitchen table over a cup of coffee. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the service and really love my purchase and absolutely would recommend Brian and Liberty Ford of Maple Heights to anyone and will!! I also had my other vehicle that I had purchased serviced there and was extremely pleased with everyone involved in the service department also!!

My experience is always outstanding with maple liberty ford. I have been a loyal customer for two years now and thank you to my wonder sales consultant jovan smiley whom made all possible, I love it. This men give me his word and kept it. Thank you so much, you gave it your all and the outcomes were to die for. You are extremely special and the company should be pleased to have you, along with Greg whom has always had My back when I knew I wouldn't be approved anything. He has always been by my side pushing for the numbers and fighting for his customers. Can't forget about Dan the finanica services guy, last but certainly not least. Just purchased a Ford Explorer Sport from Lorenzo Martino. He was very accommodating with my busy work and family schedule. He even brought the vehicle to me to make sure it was the one I wanted before we moved forward. Lorenzo is still responsive with some questions and follow up items after the sale is complete. Dealership is large with many choices and clean. Recommended.

LONG STORY SHORT!!!! I just went in for a test drive last Monday at 12:00 p.m by 6:00 p.m I left with my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander!!!!! I'm still in shock!!! It was ALL GOD!!!!!!!!! Lorenzo and the rest of the guys were exceptional!!!! They weren't pushy or aggressive yet they were upfront. He called today to check on me and the truck!!!!!!! I SOOOOO APPRECIATE THAT!!!!!!

I stopped at Liberty Ford Maple HTS, Ohio without make an appointment for an oil change. They took the car in for service and were done in less then one hour. They were super fast and provided excellent service.

Well, they fixed my ride twice really good recently, but I (admittedly) mistakenly thought another issue I had was related to one of those repairs, so I took it back. I let them know that the noise happened at highway speeds on turns and whatnot and they said they'd look at it and test drive it. About a half hour (and $75 for the diagnosis fee) later they sent me on my way saying they can't find anything nor did they hear anything I heard but said "oh your wheels and tires are bent/bad/wobbly" which was clearly incorrect as they are all new and I had all of these things and more checked out elsewhere when I left. So, I called back to set up another appointment and went in and dropped my car off and dealt with a young lady who took care of me as the guy Aaron I spoke to/ dealt with prior was a bit stand offish this time and kinda handed me off to her . In his defense, I'm sure he was very busy. I told her what was up and how I was unhappy that I felt like I paid to be sent on my way and then she went and got the tech and he once again said he didn't hear or find anything, so I took him on a test drive and before we left he says "so you wanna take it on the highway this time?" This led me to believe he did not fully test drive/inspect it as I told them the issue I had was on the high way on turns. So, after 5 mins of driving, I easily duplicated the noise and he says it's coming from the front but maybe it's your tire which I assured him I had a full inspection of what they thought it was the day prior. We get back and the the young lady at the service desk said they'll inspect their prior repair and do a full inspection for diagnosis (which I thought was done prior). I get a call later with the issue saying its the ball joints and she throws this crazy number at me for over $930 (and that's w/o tax etc) because it comes with control arms (which I didn't need) and said weren't sold separately which is not her fault as that's what's in her data base I guess. She says it will be done in about a day before I stop her. I call back as I had found the joints for $80 for two elsewhere and told her I was going purchase myself and have installed and that I would be returning to get my car soon. I show up to get my car and the young guy Aaron is the listening while the young lady and I speak as she is preparing my papers. As he leaves, he as this smug look on his face and makes a smart-alec comment. Like dude I've been here basically 3 times I know my car and I knew something wasn't right and seems you guys half checked it the first time , but still took my money. Although the diagnosis fee was waived the second time, the quoted repair price was insane and I'm not sure if it's price gouging or taking advantage of the customer. I would later get the repair done else where for around $170. Liberty does good work and even did a trans for me once, but sometimes service dept seems a little iffy in terms of some of the customer service they provide not to mention very pricey. As good of a job they've done on my two big repairs previously , I feel this may have been the last time I come in for service at this dealer.

I have been going to Walt Bailey at Liberty Maple Heights for 7 years now to buy my cars. He has always looked out for me and treated me like family. He calls to check in on me, to make sure the car is what I wanted. He has addressed any questions or concerns quickly, focusing on what is best for me, the customer. My most recent car he found for me, called me to come test drive it, and helped me with rebates and specials to get me the best price.

The rest of the crew that I have come across have been pleasant and helpful as well from the service department to the finance department. I can't wait until its time for me to buy my Mustang!

Paid for car nobody gave me the key went and sat down waited for another 1/2 hr walked outside found my car. Went to the service rep ask for my keys asked me don't you have them I said no went to cashier and she had them.

Arana Lynch is excellent, uplifting and knowledgeable salesman. He made me feel like I ve known him for years. The fact that he allowed me to test drive the truck without riding with me was perfection because it allowed me to really test drive the vehicle. Your guys was quick,fast and to the point and most of all, you kept the deal you promised. Really appreciate you guys and your financial guy. Didn t catch his name was just as friendly. We came to liberty ford a couple weeks back straight from my Hubbys work. We had been considering buying or leasing a new vehicle in the near future after saving up some extra money. Something we saw happening in maybe the next year or so. We had just started thinking seriously about a Ford Fusion for one of our new cars. But on the way to work one morning (1am) my hubbys Acura died on him. This was NOT something we were expecting. We weren't ready to get a car we hadn't even begun saving anything for a down payment. We both work pretty demanding jobs of varying hours quite a distance from each other so having a one vehicle household was not going to fly. So the next day right after I picked him up from work we decided to see Jay. He's new to the dealership but he seems to be doing pretty good especially with getting people into a new car. I reached out to him in advance to make sure he was going to be there and gave him the cliffnotes of what had happened. I let him know that even if I didn't get out there with the hubby it was a huge priority to get another vehicle in the next few days.

Jay said "Stephanie, I will get you in a new car and you can drive it home tonight." Typical salesman talk, but lets give it a shot! So totally on a whim, a hope and a prayer we headed WELL OUT OF THE WAY to see if he could help us.

It didn't take long for Rob (the hubs) to find what he wanted/needed that would work for our family. I also got to check out some of the beautiful Ford Explorers. The Fusion stood out to us. Jay let us take it for a spin. Car Seats and all. We had a packed car and he made sure none of us had any unanswered questions.( even my 3 yr old).

He understood that we were in a very rough spot and wanted to help us. I knew I could trust Jay with the job. He was very genuine and honest(even for a salesman). The dealership was accommodating and very kind to my girls whilst they were "playing" inside.

Jay busted his butt and got a very good deal for us. Something we can afford and handle especially while taking such a huge loss on our Acura. Although the financer(?) person who was the main contact in financial department was pretty rough and persistent.

I watched Rob pull up our driveway that night in the new car Jay helped us get. We had been to a few dealerships prior just getting a feel for what we wanted to invest in. We wanted to make sure we got our dream cars. But it was so refreshing to go to a dealership that wasn't as pushy as what we had dealt with recently.

The people at liberty ford seem to care about their customers and treat them like new friends. I now know its not just important to get what we want but also to buy from the type of people that treat us like more then just a sale. This place deserves everyone to give them a chance (heck we drove from Brunswick). The quality of salesman and knowing you will leave feeling taken care of is fantastic.

So much better then feeling harassed and relentlessly pushed into something you don't want. Jay listened to us and then helped us get what we needed. Some people walk into a dealership prepared to fight a long battle of wits. Life is rough enough without subjecting yourself to that kind of environment.

I reccomend Liberty Ford and especially Jay Zupancic to anyone looking for a new vehicle. This dealership is like the beginning of a new era pretty much, salesmen want to sell cars.. People want to buy cars. This place works together with its customers because they understand that they have a common goal. Let them get you in a new car tonight. You wont regret it.

I always love this Liberty Ford. They are clean, friendly, and have a large selection being that there are 4 other stores. We used Cary.

my tires wasn't rotated stated they couldn't get them off. no mess with them since my last service Dec, 2018 so if they was rotated then whats the problem now? that's my questionj

So far after just speaking on the phone to get it in, I feel good about the choice of choosing liberty ford. I hope we can get what afford along with ongoing good customer service in the future.

I don t recommend. My vehicle had an appointment on Wednesday morning at 8am. It wasn t even looked at until Thursday. I was told Thursday the part was ordered and the tech would work on it Saturday since he is off Friday. Today, I had to call for an update. Then I was told it s on a parts hold and I ll hear from Mike Monday, since he is off today. This is the last time Liberty of Maple will be servicing my explorer.

I called yesterday, still waiting on the part. Advised Mike at 4:00pm, I would be in tomorrow at 7:30 to pick my vehicle up as I was taking it elsewhere to be fixed. He explained that he would check with technician to make sure my door was put back together. I received a callback that my vehicle was together and parked out front.

When I arrived this morning to get my explorer, Mike was nowhere to be found. My keys and invoice was on the counter of his station. Another service advisor had to take care of me because he MIA. Not to mention my door was not put together.

Its funny that it took an actual dealer almost a week to receive a part for fix my door lock. When the same part was ordered through this exact dealer and was delivered the next day!! Liberty Ford of Maple Heights is a JOKE!

Bought my car everything worked out perfect i totaled out my car and ive been waiting on important paper work to send to my gap insurance ive been up here muliple times and also I call they never ever ever return my calls that why I have to come up here they dont do what they say they gonna do unless your buying a car they really dont care unprofessional I will not buy another car from them

This is one of the best dealerships I have been too! They were fast, friendly and very professional. They knew what they were doing and had a lot of prep work done to make it fast. They worked hard to get us a car, even when it seemed impossible, they pulled through and even dropped the price of the car. Walked away with a 2016 Dodge Challenger!! Alex Yearout was an exceptional worker and even put overtime in to help us out! The financial manager also worked hard to get us in the car! Thanks again Alex Yearout!
