We had a good time here. It wasn't perfect but food was great and accommodations were decent. Entertainment was ok. Pool was ok... while we were there 4 different people cut the bottom of their foot in the main pool so be aware.

Entertainment/Atmosphere:

Entertainment/Atmosphere:
I m 42 year old woman who traveled alone. Not for solo travelers or anyone older than 35 n single. They had activities listed on TV which weren t always accurate. They didn t have them posted anywhere else so it was difficult to remember what was happening and when and where. I took picture with my
Phone. They had nothing for solo travelers or singles to mix and mingle. Most clientele were couples. I enjoyed yoga on beach pool Zumba and pool aerobics and the beach fit challenge was a killer pole dancing class was fun. But I found myself not doing much most of the time. Shows at night we re good enough. Madonna show was fun and the fire show on NYE were my favorite.

On whole as a solo traveler I felt unnoticed and ignored. Cleanliness- resort appeared clean and in decent condition. But you can t tell the lack of quality products used in the construction and maintenance.

Beach was small n full of sea weed. They tried cleaning it but mostly useless.

Food/Drink/Service:
Food was good. Love the all inclusive aspect. My first time at one. Free room service was great but selection wasn t as good as in actual restaurants. Buffet restaurant was great. Moroccan and steak house were good. Italian was not good for me (chicken parm chic over cooked) but others loved it. Lobby bar was usually packed and service was terrible. Unless you waived a tip in front of them took forever for service. Pool side service was same. Drinks were tasty. Bell boys were great. All of the staff were friendly n most knew enough English to communicate.

Room: Loved the liquor on tap in room and free beverages in mini fridge. Cool neon pink light under bed was nice too. My first room was moldy (see pictures) and I asked to change room. I wasn t t offered anything for my trouble. No tub in bathroom. Their body wash n conditioner were cheap quality. Even though I was diamond club I didn t get the better room or free bottle of liquor as promised.
Mini fridge was NOT COLD enough but was always stocked each day.

Value/fine print.
I booked through BJ s travel. They claimed you got a $300 resort credit. Not exactly true. You got a bunch of coupons expired in 2017 made up of smaller increments. Like 2-$50 credits for spa but of course only to be used on expensive treatments.
They also said free calls from room to the states. Not exactly true. After charging me $96 for phone calls to Virginia they said only free if you dial specific numbers first....
Diamond club complete waste of money. The exclusive areas weren t really monitored or worthy of extra money. Save your money.
Free WiFi in entire resort was good. Greated with cold wet hand towel n drink were nice touch. I was there day after Xmas 2018 until New Year s Day.

Visit again? Maybe with friends or with a significant other but never alone again. Beach left to be desired. The wind was non stop n strong. Couldn t sit on beach most days wind was throwing sand in your face etc. maybe just this time of year. Perhaps if they do more with entertainment and for solo travelers I d reconsider. And not charge for phone calls when told it s free. And they need to not invite local merchants who accost the guests trying to sell their products. If they do they need to place them somewhere else.

Discussed all issues with the general manager as noted below:

NOT FOR RELAXING ADULTS...GOOD FOR SPRING BREAK TYPES

LOCATION: not in Punta Cana, actually located north of the town about 40 min from the airport. Taxi transfer is $70 round trip per person. The water is VERY VERY rough with large waves and not calm or warm.

BEACH/WATER: covered in seaweed. They have a crew of workers that remove the debris in the morning but unfortunately, it accumulates all day long. The smell of decaying seaweed is not pleasant. The water is VERY rough with large waves which only allow those with a brave heart wanting to paddle board or surf to enjoy. It is also cold. The hotel is building a cement breaker off coast to help calm the water but so far, what has been installed is not helping. Did not go in the water once...VERY DISSAPPOINTED

NOISE: This is not a resort for adults wanting to relax quietly at the beach, reading a book or napping. There is constant music and staff bothering you, trying to sell you spa products or get you to participate in an entertainment program. The music is the very annoying and does not allow for a restful stay.

POOL CHAIRS/UMBREALLAS: limited amount that guests claim early in the morning and occupy all day long even when they are not actually sitting in the chair. People are getting up early in the morning and leaving items on chairs so you cannot find any to use unless in direct sun light. Limited number of umbrellas as well.

FOOD: poor quality and terrible service. The breakfast and lunch buffet is a mess, very picked over and unhygienic. Hotel is working on a policy to not allow guests to save seats.

ROOM: had a king bed in building # 7 which was quiet and cleaned very well.

Funnest vacation so far! Check in times take forever at all resorts in Punta Cana! Not sure why ... but we stayed at Chick hotel for the past 5 nights! Amazing food and vibe! Def recommend upgrading the alcohol and buying a Grey goose bottle at the pool! Best coffee machine too in the coffee shop... best pool foam party! If you re a fun person you will love this place! Uvero beach wasn t as nice as Bavaro beach but at this hotel the pool makes up for it... friendly staff and very clean facility! Highly recommend it to all adults up to 45 years of age... sexy place! Room service (quality of food) was not good but it was fast and great service! Too many people trying to sell u stuff at the beach and inside the resort kind of annoying! Other then that...Definitely a fun party hotel for sure!

My trip to DR was planned well before any negative press, but my wife and I decided to keep our plans and focus on the majority of people that arrive home safely from DR every day. I'm not the richest man in the world but when I take a vacation, I try to get the best of everything, for those few days. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences at an all inclusive, that I've ever had. The decor is eye candy. The property maintenance team should win an award. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating, and the most important thing regarding all inclusive, the food was AMAZING! From breakfast to midday bar snacks, to every dinner there, I truly enjoyed my meal, and I'm a critic. I did not drink from the mini bar but I had my fair share from all other bars, with zero issues. A special shout out to Carlos and Yulia at the swim bar, Thomas who catered to the diamond club services, and Patricia who managed the diamond club.

was there for my anniversary sept 5th never been out of the country, was kind of worried about the travel heard a lot of stories...but for the most part the resort was nice, had to change rooms 3x for air not working, bathroom door missing but the was minor, they did accommodate us gave a suite that was really nice. get make to the states sept 12th I could have stayed another 7days. get a call today from my bank someone has taking my info from my card and charged over 3000.00 on sept 22nd I never not 1 time used my card, I couldn't believe what just happened (puzzled) trying to think what could have happen! changing rooms 3x the staff or cleaning people, well there it is they only give you 2 towels to dry off no wash cloth and every time they would bring them we weren't in our room. I really didn't think to put my purse in the safe only money & passports . Oh before that we get to the hotel and start to unpack and all of my husbands jewelry was gone. So disappointed

Good resort with clean beach. Service was a bit slow a couple of the first days we arrived but it seemed it got better during our last days. A lot of the staff members were really friendly and helpful.

My wife and I came Back from a 5 nights 6 days stay at this hotel and was very very disappointed with this resort and Management. At check in we wanted to upgrade to the Diamond Club however was dismissed right away even without the concierge checking if there was any availability. She gave us our bracelet and told us the direction of our room.

The first night my husband when to put on the lights in our room and almost got electrocuted since the entire switch went into the wall, we complained to our building guy and the hotel manager and nothing was done as we were promised someone will fix it. Basically all this resort care about is you buying into their timeshare and if you do they will either upgrade you to a nicer room or send you another one of their property (when suddenly they have available if you buy the timeshare and didn t have when we wanted to upon check in).

Only when you think your vacation will get better it gets worse. We ordered room service for breakfast the next day and the food came cold and tasteless, the milk for the coffee was spoiled. We left everything and went to pool for a nice relaxing rest of the day as we ordered food there and found hair in my wrap. At this point I didn t think anything would make this trip worse until we went to dinner and waited 1 hour and 10 mins to be seated at the Italian Restaurant after literally screaming at the hostess they sat us and service was just horrible. I ordered chicken parmigiana and there was no chicken just batter. The next day we saw the hotel manager in the lobby area who asked how our stay was going so far we complained about our breakfast, dinner and hair in our food however he did not care and said again to us if you buy the timeshare we will upgrade you. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! Bottom line is that I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. This is no way to treat your guest even if they are not part of the Diamond Club or interested in buying your timeshare.

To begin with, the staff are very courteous and helpful.
He serves you everywhere and even on the beach which is very good .
Why 5 stars for service and 3 stars for what I deplore the most
1) beach was not beautiful for 2 weeks, medium sand
2) room good, but starting to look tired in 3 or 4 years in my opinion will need to be partly redone
3) they want to sell you travel smarths every day and they promise you a lot
Explanations
Were at their presentation, before going he had promised us that to go just listen
He would give us $ 150.00 us to spend at the hotel. And guessed what nothing was wrong with all
He told us he would give us 4 nights and 5 days with that just to listen to their performance
And guess what false promises all over the place
He presents you with a formula to become a member and he tells you that its in Canadian money,
We asked to read the contract, it is not stupid
In the contract its well said clause 3 that everything is done in us dollars
When I told them to the sales managers, he said he would change it !!!!!!
But the contract is already in French and nothing is clear, do not be trapped by its dream sellers
It started with a fee of $ 32000.00 and in 10 minutes it was up to $ 16000.00 plus 8 weeks of vacation without touching your points
For all this I give a 3 star
He promises you sea and world and in fact his fair your $$$$$ that he wants
Do not get fooled
Take the time to count in canada travel prices are cheaper
P.s the travel smarth company is owned by sunwing
And the hotels too ?????

The facilities were great. They do reasonably well at a gluten-free diet. They have somebody specifically there to accommodate dietary needs. Her name is Stephanie and she's amazing. However on at least two occasions, one of which was a meal with a previously with no issues, we had food that contained gluten.
The supervisors and Stephanie do an excellent job to make sure you have a wonderful experience, however language barrier is an issue with food restrictions. Not all words have a direct translation, and perhaps we were a bit overconfident because of the help we were getting.

Everything was quite clean, conditions of pools, live entertainment all amazing. For an adults-only resort I was sad to see them close pools at 6pm, and wish they did more to make after 10 pm exciting.

I wish they gave us a schedule of events upon arrival, we didn't see the planned schedule until we happen to be on the other side of the resort where it is posted on a single wall. You pay a premium for this resort, either a printout of entertainment events, or an email with the information upon arrival would have been lovely.

I also hated that they allowed inside the premises near the pools to sell stuff. These were not Hotel staff but outside venders.
The vendors were often aggressive, and reduced enjoyment significantly. The few guests that I knew that purchasedanyting we're upset because they realized how much higher the price was as a result of getting it from the venders. Overall I was reasonably happy with stay, but it would take a pretty good offer to make me want to visit again.

constantly harassed by vendors and time share employees. I don't go in vacation to be constantly bothered by people trying to sell me things. This place is otherwise very nice but this just ruins the experience

We arrived for our honeymoon for six days in January. Upon arriving staff ignore us, the diamond club was a complete joke and waste of money. We were told our room would be ready when we arrived, finally after 45 minutes of waiting our room was ready with no wine or fruit basket as promise and paid for. Our so called butler Rolando was useless, we had to rely on other staff for our needs. Our room was never clean, toilet was broken, called daily for the room to be clean. We paid for a honeymoon package which we never received. I mention daily to staff and management about the honeymoon package and my wife's birthday and want something special for her, finally our last night there, we got our honeymoon package. Absolutely horrible resort. Spend your hard earn money somewhere else.

The CHIC in Punta Cana was mostly good but not a 5...

The CHIC in Punta Cana was mostly good but not a 5 star and the Diamond Club is definitely not worth the extra $300+ we paid EACH. For beginners, the $300 credit is a bunch of bull. We could not use it because the $50.00 coupon my husband and I got had to be applied towards a $185.00 massage. Come on guys - we can get massages in Texas for $50.00 or less! The other coupons are $10 coupons you can use towards wine bottles! Our manager, Luis Martinez was super nice and super helpful -he was about the only one we could rely on. House keeping is kind of slow and forgetful - they don't refill your Kleenex or Splenda or even toilet paper! You only get two towels per day. Ordered room service one night and they never showed up with my order nor did they answer the phone when I called to check on my order!!! Yeah - not the best. Restaurants - Buffett is okay and the Steak House is pretty good - oh - I recommend the sushi place - not so much for the sushi as for the Ceviche - great ceviche! The Beach had a red flag every day the whole week. Be careful with the vendors in the lobby area - they grab you and don't let you go. I bought over $120 worth of trinkets and my little grand daughter busted them almost immediately - made me wonder just how sturdy those supposedly silver chains really were.

Just returned from my impromptu vacation @ the CHI...

Just returned from my impromptu vacation @ the CHIC Punta Cana. The hotel is about 40 mins from the airport but it s not really a bad ride. Like MANY previous guests I absolutely feel in love with the pictures online. When I arrived at the resort I was extremely happy that the pictures matched the grounds and the lobby. Absolutely beautiful! Check in was an issue! Expedia is running a special $600 resort credits with booking. Hotel has no knowledge of this special and refused to acknowledge it after I showed them my booking confirmation. I spent my 1st 2.5 hours at the resort on the hotels phone with Expedia trying to get this rectified. Eventually Expedia told me to use my own money (up to $600) to upgrade my room & they would reimburse me. The hotel manager on duty arranged for me to have a cabana dinner for the inconvenience. I upgraded to the Diamond Club partial ocean view room. The room was very worn but still nice. It wasn t what you would expect for a 3 year hotel but the concept was impressive after looking past the kinks. The room had an awful odor, that I was told came from the humidity. Although the diamond club rooms come with a butler my 1st night there was no butler in sight. Nobody gave me a tour of the facilities and nobody explained the perks that came with the Diamond Club . Aside from the room view I did not see much that sets the DC apart from other guest. I feel extremely ripped off & disappointed. I met a few other guest who also had DC privileges and bragged about how wonderful their butler was. Their butler gave them a tour of the facilities, check on them throughout the day whether it was at the pool, spa or beach. He booked them for the spa, a private cabana on the beach and found them the food they wanted when it wasn t available in the restaurants. He Made sure their needs were met & went above and beyond to ensure they got their money s worth and had an enjoyable experience. I can count on 1 hand the # of times I saw my butler (only when I ran into him around the resort). They have special lunches that your butler has to arrange for you at the DC area on the beach. If nobody tells you you won t know. There is also a DC lounge that I learned about my last day from another couple that has an array of top shelf liquor, fruit, sushi & pastries. I would have like to take advantage of that too had I known. The food is okay. Steakhouse 7/10, Buffet 3/10, Italian 6/10, Mediterranean/ Tex Mex 6/10, Munchies Pool Area Bar 3/10, DC beach bar 5/10. Sushi restaurant wasn t open 3/4 nights I was there so I cant rate that. The grounds are GORGEOUS! Pool 10/10 (foam party was AMAZING) best pool day! DC pool area was very quiet, it has a nice Mermaid pool but could use some updates. Beach area is nice and clean & you don t have to worry about tons of vendors forcing you to buy things. The staff is nice & kind. DC butler Jonah DID look out for me when he could after he saw me being neglected by my own butler. He even arranged me airport transfer & he didn t have to. Overall I would recommend the resort because it is gorgeous and the people are nice, however... if you want a room with a decent view you will have to upgrade to the Diamond Club and based on my experience it s a rip off, not worth the money. The entertainment at night is also just okay.

The CHIC by Royalton!!! Unbelievable. One of the best places I have ever stayed at. At first, we had a small issue which was resolved right away to the point where the manager made his way to the pool just ask if everything worked out ok and If I needed anything else. The food is hands down insane I couldn t get enough of anything. Burgers at the pool chicken wings and oooo ooooo the Steak House was my top favorite at the hotel. The rooms are great we had a bigger room with a Perfect ocean view. Pool was a blast from foam parties to the Fitness Team one person that stood out the most was IVONNE (Fitness trainer) at first, I didn t want to do anything, but she said just 5 minutes if you don t like it leave. I loved it!! Plus how do you say no to that smile!!! Super fun and got to meet new people in the class. She knows her stuff I would honestly go back again to the CHIC for her classes. At one point she went out of her way to get me a water!!!!!! IVONNE Thank you so much for making my trip so much better!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Everyone there was phenomenal; I never felt like any of the employees were looking for tips, they wanted us to have a good time. I have every intention of going back some day, and don't at all regret getting the upgrade to diamond club (especially if you plan to do any real drinking, because they'll use the higher quality stuff).

My only suggestion would be to put plenty of research into your excursions. Because we paid more to get one-on-one time with dolphins, that was an amazing day, but the day trip to an island wasn't worth what we went through to get there and back to the resort. Do your homework and be sure to ask the guests you meet while you're there.

Our stay was great until the last night when we realized housekeeping was going through out luggage and STEALING from us! Literally UNZIPPING our luggage and going SHOPPING. I first noticed shorts missing on the second night and thought I may have left them at home. My sister thought someone ate her candy and we brushed that off too. THEN the last night we were there, a shirt I KNOW I had went missing!!!! A shirt from my sister s luggage went missing too!!! We did all the right things, contacted guest services, provided statements, our luggage/room was searched by security, everything. America (or Amerika?) said we would hear from her within 72 hours. That was 168 HOURS AGO. I tried to contact them via email, no response! Their housekeeping STEALS from your LUGGAGE while you re getting WASTED (or so they think) at the bar/pool/etc. FOLLOW THROUGH and rectify the situation like you PROMISED CHIC! You already have THREE METHODS to contact me!! Here s a fourth.

To future guests - If you do decide to go to this resort, LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME. I thank God I left my engagement ring at home and only brought fake jewelry. Also, the beach they re on is full of seaweed. If you re looking to spend time on the beach, go elsewhere.

Just got back from a week at this resort everything was beautiful. From the time we got to the resort it was welcoming. We had the diamond service our Butler's JJ & Rolando made sure everything was taking care of. The food was great we tried all the restaurants drinks where kind of weak. The hype team was the best they kept you entertained all day & night, black panther always kept it going. I will defiantly go back.

Nice place to visit. Food is ok and staff are friendly. The only downside is the staff that try to recruit you for the time share seminar. They advise you they have a free gift for you but it comes with a visit to the seminar. Having experienced this at other resorts we declined and were subjected to rude and cold behaviour from one member who was supposed to be our concierge.

The CHIC Punta Cana is a relatively new resort but that being said, is a very trendy and luxurious place to stay in Punta Cana. The rooms were quite excellent and dining and entertainment were very good. Service was excellent as well and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We went in April where weather was just perfect between 25-30C and we were fortunate not to encounter any rainy days in the 7 days we stayed. The resort was most definitely not stingy with their ingredients, whether on food or alcoholic drinks and one of my personal favourites was their Coffee shop. The only criticism I might have is that the staff, although helpful do not always understand English as much and more complicated inquiries about resort services and special requests typically make them confused. The scheduled workshops and resort activities are sometimes also difficult to locate and not many staff are aware of where workshops are located at all. That aside, there is little to fault the resort over and I would recommend staying at the CHIC for adults who enjoy relaxing.

Congratulations Hotel Chic that gave us 7 wonderful days with my sister, my affectionate greetings to the kindest and most affectionate people !! Berkiss! Carmencita !! Maradonna! Flower!! Frank !! Cease! Alexander! Fabio! To the chef of the Pizza! and perhaps I forget many more who made our lives happy. A hug to all. Loreto Jarpa and Paula.

For the amount of money spent to stay at the location you can defiantly get more for your money else where! This resort is very small with limited options available(restaurants etc.). A positive is this resort has is nightly entertainment and a decent view of the water however no water activities. They lack in customer service and guest service will even give you a hard time to use the phone to call for air port transportation! Only other positives I can think of is they do maintain the outside property landscape well. This resorts has a lot of negatives about it.

To start with WE HAD NO AC for two days!!! it took hours of sitting with management (4 Hours) for them to finally get the employee to fix our air conditioner. The employee came to our room the first time and was not able to fix it and just left. After our room became very very vey humid and unbearable is when I returned to the front desk to have them send the same guy back only to have him have our air conditioner blow very low air and turn on and off for the rest of our week long stay. The resort refused to upgrade or change our rooms for a working AC. Not to mention when we first arrived they tried to place us in a different room then the upgraded suite we paid for! All the rooms are located away from the pool and beach unless you're staying in the building with the swim out pool. All staff barely speaks English which is fine however when you're placing order at a restaurant and they keep getting the order wrong it can be frustrating. We also witness staff smoking weed while in uniform which I find unprofessional. There is also a building staff member from a outside company that is located at each building who will bother you to sign up for a seminar so he can make commission. The rooms looked amazing in pictures and very modern however in person the room is filled with cheap furniture, torn wall paper and broken shower doors and dirt in the jacuzzis.

Only 5 star thing about this resort is the SPA everything else I would not recommend to family or friends and defiantly will not be returning.

The hotel is too cute. We love it. Anyone going to Punta Cana should go to Chic by Royalton Hotel. I recommend it. Super fun, good service. It really was an unforgettable experience. Hopefully we can come back soon

We booked six nights in a swim-up junior suite at the CHIC Punta Cana expecting a luxury experience. Based on what we paid and our expectations, this was the worst holiday stay we ve ever had. We even elevated the our problems to the hotel management which did little to help.

Mildew - When we checked into our first room, we were overpowered by a pungent mildew smell and we immediately were moved into a second room. The mildew smell was still there but not as overpowering as the first room. The air conditioner never cooled the room enough (we were vigilant about keeping the patio door closed to keep the air running) and the sheets were always damp which made for an uncomfortable sticky night (and we are from Florida so we know sticky). The furniture was warped from the dampness and the drawers did not close well and the ceiling was bubbled - but we could overlook all of that. The room literally sweat from the dampness. Every day, we would ask for housekeeping to come in and spray disinfectant. But after a couple of hours the smell was back. On day 2 the toilet backed up. Horribly. It was fixed but made us concerned about using the toilet in our room. On the third afternoon we came into our room and the mildew smell was now mixed with SEWAGE. We thought maybe it was a dry trap and ran water in all drains and opened the doors to air out the room. It helped but returned when we closed the door. Later we that night we asked the hotel for a solution and they moved us one room over. This is now our 3rd room. We were not asking for anything unreasonable. Just a room that we could comfortably breath the air in. Our third room smelled better and the air conditioner worked better and we thought the drama was over. But, it wasn t. We found that the sink had been completely broken from the countertop and water ran on the floor when we used it. So, at midnight a plumber finished fixing the sink and mopping up the floor. Yes, the mildew smell overpowered us again the next day and then now the sewage smell was coming in this room. After bringing the hotel assistant manager into the room to explain the issue, they ended up having housecleaning come in to disinfect and brought in an ozone machine which helped.

We are now home and find that everything we own reeks of mildew odor, including our luggage, will need to be aired out and disinfected the best we can. The smell persists in our clothing even after washing. Very expensive waste of our wardrobe and luggage.

General Condition - The hotel is in need of a complete renovation. There were many things wrong with the three rooms we stayed in: door handle broken, shelf leaning, peeled paint from humidity, stained furniture, telephone not working, etc. It was shocking that the sink was so obviously broken in our third room and nobody cared to fix it before a guest complained.

Service - While we found that the service was generally good, there were many disappointing things. This may be due to the all-inclusive nature of the resort and that the help usually doesn t receive tips but that s not acceptable if CHIC markets itself as a luxury resort. The worst incident was during dinner one night. We ordered a bottle of wine from the menu. When we tasted the wine, it was off and vinegary. We told the sommelier we could not drink it. He tasted it and said it was fine. We then asked for the manager. We then waited around 25 minutes for the manager to show. He promptly looked at the cork, tried the wine and said, Yes, the wine is bad and apologized. Never any additional effort to make our experience better.

My wife and I are frequent travelers and have been to over 75 countries now, so I feel I have a good base of experience staying in hotels. And usually, we choose well. In this case, we were completely fooled by the slick marketing presentation on the website. This was done years ago when the hotel was fresh and not so tired.

Please avoid CHIC and book another luxury hotel in Punta Cana if you want an odor free experience.

Very nice hotel! The area was very well maintained and the staff tried very hard to keep everything clean.
Room also great! The cleaning staff brought towels and cleaned them several times a day. Minibar refilled daily. Fresh towels every day.
Food was by and large very good. The breakfast is in my opinion very American.
The staff is very nice and tries to make everything perfect.

Would definitely go again. It was a very nice vacation.

Great resort only complaint is several things will cost extra if you want them like certain hot tubs and beds. Most of the staff is friendly bartending can be inconsistent but the amazing beach pool and room more than make up for it. The resort is a bit smaller and less crowded than I imagined but that is a plus. I highly recommend going through Orbitz to get a cheap deal on the diamond club.

I just got back from this hotel, and I must say, I loved it!! We booked the diamond club swim out suite and it was well worth the money! It was so much more than I expected! The food was so amazing, the drinks where delicious and the service was top notch. Our room was beautiful and well tended to. All the staff there is extremely accommodating and friendly, they really go above and beyond. The beach area is OK, the water wasn't the best this time of year, but they still kept everything tidy and manicured. Not only have I already started recommending this resort, I plan on coming back.
