My experience with Liberty Ford was a great experience but very time consuming ( that's why I didn't give 5 stars) I love my 2013 Ford Focus. Once you get past the little stutter in the take off the ride is smooth. I would recommend Liberty Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My salesman Guard was the best.

I was concerned about my car and if I was going to need to start putting a lot of maintenance into it. I am an essential employee and I was concerned with all this stay at home order going on I would not be able to get a good car that I would need that would fit my large family. Liberty Ford Maple took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I got want I wanted. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a car to buy here.

Phenomenal, all staff are extremely knowledgeable. My Salesman Brian Hill could quickly answer any questions without hesitation. I Had previously dealt with Cary Decapite. When I came in he was on Vacation and Brian Hill flawlessly stepped to the plate and unselfishly waited on me knowing Cary would get the credit. My initial visit to the dealer was during service on a focus and bumped into Cary in the showroom. After speaking with him for 5 minutes I knew I wanted him to sell me a truck. I Let him know I would be back in the spring as I was just kicking some tires. Greg Davis was forthcoming and easy to follow in his explanation of finance and warranty packages. He was able to offer another $750 dollars in rebates by taking the time to research our current vehicles and see that we owned a focus that qualified. Ford really comes through in the training of staff and maintaining dedicated group that really want to provide the best opportunity possible. Lorenzo found me exactly what i was looking for a 2099 Honda Civic in great condition. Lorenzo took his time, although, to his credit he had thwo customers there at the same time. Good thing he is young, cause he was running to make everything work, and he did. I love to see a young guy working hard to make things happen. Thats exactly what he did. Lastly, I was not just a number, he followed up by phone to check how things were going with the car. I just bought a car from Liberty Ford Maple Hts 4 months ago. Ever since then its been a complete headache. No one is friend, no one wants to help you, everyone expects you to know everything about cars like its your job! Now my car is overheating so I am unable to drive it. They wont give me a loaner car, but it will take them over a week before they can even start to look at what needs to be repaired. Thanks for being such a helpful company! Leaving your customers high and dry and paying money for nothing! So now I'm paying for the car, the repairs that will take about 2 weeks and over $200.00 in rental car expenses while I wait to have my car looked at. If i knew I would be treated this way I would have went somewhere else!

Don't go here all they want is your money, they don't care about keeping you as a customer.

Excellent buying experience! They helped me first class on a Sunday and worked a little late to get me into a vehicle. Jovan is the man and went above and beyond.

I would say that I am very satisfied with the service that I received on my very first time at this dealership. I took my Ford F-150 in for a power steering problem and Jenna Cafani was my service advisor. She handled everything for me in regards to the warranty company and any payments that needed to be handled. My truck is back to new again and I really am appreciative.

They told me a need a very expensive part and repair (over $2500). I then took it to two different independent certified mechanics who said the repair is not necessary. If I trusted them, I would have been out of a lot of money.

Vehicle service twice was kept over three week each time, Upon picking up vehicle, had to take it BACK the same day or next day for same problem

I drove an hour to see two trucks listed on liberty ford web site for a specific price. After test driving both and spending 2 hours with Nick the salesperson, i was told the truck listed for $31,227 with a $1250 finance offer could not be sold for $29,977. Instead after speaking with sales manager i could buy it for $41,000... Then when I asked why, he said it was an issue with their internet pricing... Check picture from web site below!!!

All my service and repair is done here. Great quality of work. Very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had an appointment at 7:30 to get a oil change they took my car drove it around to the back side of the service department about 15 minutes after I arrived I waited roughly about two and a half hours approached a service advisor asked them the status of my vehicle upon that I noticed my car being driven to the lift I asked if that was my vehicle he stated yes I asked why did it take so long he said he was short a employee I'm a understanding person I understand that those type of days occur but the issue I have is. one I wasn't told of this that it would take this long or offered a ride home or to possibly reschedule I've been there many times over the years by far this was the worst visit . And during the pandemic the last thing I wanted to do was sit around inside of a building with strangers for nearly three and a half hours.

Lorenzo Martino was incredible! He really took his time and made sure I got the best deal for my situation. I highly recommend Liberty Ford at Maple Heights. I was extremely comfortable buying my first brand new car here!

I m am totally disappointed with the service that I received for an airbag recall. Prior to dropping off my car for the recall I had never experienced any issues relating to the airbag. However, on the day of my service I received a call that my airbag light was on indicating a problem. The light wasn t on when the car was dropped off. I found this to be very questionable. Ultimately, costing me over $1100.00 for a free recall repair!!!

I was very excited to go drive a car I seen on line. It was exactly what I was looking for. I drove over an hour to get there. They even set up an appointment so someone would be ready for me when I got there. That is where the honeymoon ended. The salesman I was to see was busy. The salesman I got had no personality. I mean no small talk nothing. So awkward on the test drive. The car needed washed and vacuumed. I literally couldn't see through the dirt to look for dings or flaws. I was clear that the situation was stressing me out and I did not want to be there all day. I walked out when the salesman showed me paperwork with a 7.9 apr and a payment about a$100 over what i said i would pay a month. I know what rates I qualify for and that was an insult

They charged me well over $500 in diagnostic fee for exactly what I told them the problem was with my truck...the starter was bad. Now, I am no mechanic but I diagnose people for a living and happen to be pretty handy around a car as well. Why they wouldn't listen I dont know. Yet, I go back due to the fact that there are a few good people that work in the service department and it is the closest dealership to me. Sad that I can go to another Ford dealership in Summit County and they give me deals on parts and labor due to dealing with Liberty as they to have had bad dealings....smh. And I am a Ford lover!!!

Took my car in for the works package. Was overcharged for the works package and they didn't even rotate my tires. Returned my car without disinfecting it!If I could give a score of less than zero I definitely wood!!!

My car is running like clock work, after getting a oil change and vehicle check when I purchased the car on May 4th 2020. The plastic is still on my sunroof visor.

I just feel like I should have had to use my points for services that should have been done at the time of purchase.

I understand that we were pretty much in quarantine at that time, someone should have contacted me to come back in for services when it was safe again.

Bryan "Hawk" Hawkins is knowledgeable, efficient and fair! He's easy to work with and keeps his word. He's not pushy but he gets the job done. He even went the extra mile and returned my rental for me. Now that's service!

I love my car. I like the way the seat make me feel after being on my feet all night. I have had my car five years and nothing gives you more peace of mind or is more satisfying than when the car starts every time you turn the key.

Great service! Walt and Cary were so nice to work with and I love my Escape. They took their time with me in making a decision and made the leasing process as quick as they could. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did when shopping around for a small suv. The escape is a great value.

Tried to charge me for diagnosis that is a common issue with my type of vehicle. Technician go dirt and grease on my passenger seat, very disappointing with today's service.

Very nice experience with Lorenzo Martino, Sales...he was very patient with me, as I wanted a car that I like, but also one that would fit it my budget. He showed me every available option for the style I wanted, even those that were at other Liberty locations. He was very knowledgeable and even came in on his day off to finish the process with me. He gets 5 stars, the only reason I gave it 4 overall had nothing to do with him personally. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Reggie, the financial person was great to work with also and committed. The entire process was completed very quickly.

When I walked into Liberty ford I was at my wits end. We had been to multiple dealerships throughout the day from Massillon to Maple Heights. I was immediately greeted by John. I asked for a specific car they had listed on their website. Pete who was nearby asked exactly what I was looking for. He immediately said he had the perfect vehicle based on my description. Pete took us in the shop to look at a car that they took in on trade the previous evening. My daughter fell in love the second she saw it. It was not cleaned yet or serviced. We decided then we needed that car.

We were informed that the car would need to pass their service department inspection and need to be cleaned up. We would be able to accept delivery the following week. About a half hour later Pete took me aside and told me my daughter would be able to drive the car home that day. They brought someone in to clean the car after service gave it a clean bill of health.

The memory I will hold dear for a lifetime is when I was able to hand her the keys and tell her she was driving it home. The smile was a mile long she continued to smile on our 30 min ride home from the dealership. I could see her glowing smile a few car lengths ahead. Thank you Liberty Ford.

I highly recommend this place to whoever wants to get into a car. I recommend that you talk to Matt the salesman. Really great attitude about things and a general happy tone to himself. I recently went there to return my lease on my 2017 Ford Fusion SE and I was met with very friendly customer service from him right from the start. Although I was originally there for another salesman named Walt Bailey who wasn't there at the time and I was a little hesitant because I was with Walt for a very long time but I thought I'd give Matt a shot and he didn't disappoint. Now Given my situation I don't have the best credit score around. So with that being said I did walk out with the same 2017 Ford Fusion SE but they helped me get into another car (the same car in this case) with a not so good credit score and so I appreciate them for doing that.

Good service they got me in and out they gave me a rental and my car was down for a couple days I like them.

My Sale person truly made my experience great. A friend of mine contacted Lorenzo Martino (my sales person) and had him contact me directly. (best referral ever). Lorenzo contacted me right away, no pressure and simply wanted to help me find what I WANT. I was very busy so we handle everything over the phone. He made it easier for me since I didn't have time to stop by the dealership. I expressed how I am working on my credit, had visited other dealers and was approved for vehicles I didn't find interest in. At Ford Liberty, the team was able to find me a program, lender to help me build my credit and got me a beautiful Ford Fusion. This meant a lot for me because this car was a surprise gift for my wife. It was a dream come true for me to be able to surprise her with this vehicle. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. David Soto was extremely professional, patient, and got things done!!! Several other dealerships were unable to work with me since I have an existing car loan open, but they were able to get me into the car I wanted with no problems. I am giving one star because the salesman I worked with was amazing, kind, and we connected outside of the new Ford Fusion I was looking to purchase.

Everything was great and I was honestly considering purchasing the vehicle until the manager came over. What a @#$%. First off, he bad mouthed my current car, 2011 Mazda3 saying that those are hard to sell. Okay, whatever, you are used car salesman, I get it, you have to do that to get me to trade it for low. Then he became argumentative when I told him it is in the shop getting the clutch replaced and had the audacity to argue with me over why I purchased GAP insurance on a certified used vehicle. You know why? BECAUSE ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Even after I told him I am very happy with my bank and would not be interested in financing at all, he insisted on making me later for my dinner date by going over all of my options. I tried telling him I'm not worried about my payments, I am only worried about how much the bottom line is on the car, he continued to talk condescending to me and argue with anything I said.

NEVER will I go back to this store. Still looking for a 2015 Ford Fusion SEL if anyone sees one :-)

Stand by there products. Let them do oil changes for me periodically on my Ford

Purchasing the car was smooth and easy. The salesman was great. we would certainly recommend to others. The salesman didn't play any games. He was able to get me in and out. The longest thing was waiting for them to test the battery, but I'm glad they did because the car needed a new one and they put the new battery in and I was on my way thank you to my salesman Adam Grossmyer and the Business manager Greg Davis.

Liberty Ford in Maple Heights were very patient in getting me out of my bad lease situation and into a great purchase. CJ answered all of my questions, didn't give up on me even though it took 2 days 6 hours a day. CJ and Greg who did my finances were great!

We turned in our F150. We were assured we could get financing for a lease. They gave us the paperwork and we returned a few months later, when the lease was officially up. We were told that we could not get financing for another lease because the employee lied. We were there all day and left with a used decent Escape. They told us that our last lease payment was made. We received a phone call from Ford Credit today and were told that the payment was never made.
Don't trust them.
