None can compare with the treatment I received from Liberty Ford Service Department!! Jordan walked me through my entire repair and took the extra couple of minutes to call and text to keep me informed. That is how relationships are built. To say I was pleased would be an understatement! Thanks Jordan and Liberty Ford.

Sales was nice, service was incompetent, lazy and rude. Assumed I knew nothing about a manual transmission rather than investigating the issue, which was clearly listed for the model of the car. I'd personally be embarrassed if I was working in a field and had so little knowledge of my trade, probably why they overcompensated.

Great experience at Liberty Ford, my mom had been accustomed to driving Fords. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful in the entire process, thanks James.

The worst experience ever. Regret dealing with them.

I was told my car would be finished by Friday but here it is a whole week later (Tuesday) where I m paying car rental fees and being told my car won t be finished today because they had a call off and no one in the clean up department! This is ridiculous! Anyone should be able to clean up my car or they should compensate me for the extra car rental fees!

These people have 0 idea what's going on. They cant understand a customer not one bit

Fast service on an unexpected problem, ie a flat tire. GARY is exceptional and is a big customer advocate. He made sure my tire was changed, that a new one was in stock, and a mechanic was available to put it on my car

I just bought my new escape at the maple heights location and I can tell you it exceeded my expectations in every way. The sales staff were so knowledgeable and professional, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

Went in to purchase a key for my truck, it was improperly made. Was a big inconvenience that I had to go back up to the dealership a second time to have the key cut correctly. :-(

I initially purchased a car for my wife a few months back, Lorenzo did such a great job in addressing any and all of my questions and concerns with earnestly and sincerity that when it came time for me to make a purchase he was the first person I called. Had an insurance claim from another shop after rear ended, that did not get fixed properly, brought it here and they were very very helpful talked with Sue service writer and Phil the mechanic great people. They substantiated the poor workmanship told me how to deal with the insurance company and get it taken care of properly.

Good job on airbag recall, too bad that all my quarters were taken out of my cupholder. Small thing but now I'm glad I took some expensive tools out of the trunk.

The service department at Liberty Ford of Maple Heights is always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure I am updated on how the service on my car is going and they are always very efficient.

They told me to make an appointment for a car wash. When I first bought my car it wasn't clean. I would tell you to go anywhere else to buy a car but here.

They did an excellent job repairing rear bumper. Can't even tell that I was rear ended. Their personnel was a pleasure to work with.

The entire buying process was great. Liberty went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted that offered the "deal" that I needed and had it to me the same day. Salesmen was very knowledgeable on the features available and how everything worked on my vehicle and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle, the deal, and how I was treated in general.

Service department is weak. Up-selling while not fixing the original problem is a common occurrence. Half of my visits are to fix /adjust previous repair visit.

Sorry. Liberty had its chance to address multiple service issues on at least 3 previous visits. This is one customer who doesn't like being treated as a fool., especially after 5 Liberty cars all being serviced exclusively by the dealership.

No, I won't be contacting LF to "discuss" my issues. I would have thought that 3 visits to your service department for bad brake installations would have provided you with ample opportunity to address the specific complaints.

Helpful customer service, fast and reliable service

Liberty Ford was very accommodating to my needs when the car had to be kept longer. I have no complaints about the service rendered.

I went in for 22500 servicing, the staff was very courteous and fast. I have bought two Explorers from Liberty Ford before my 'Stang and I have always been treated fairly. When I bought my Mustang the sales staff actually gave me a celebratory send off!. I have never been treated like that by any other dealer when purchasing a car. Liberty Ford is great and if I buy another car (I plan to keep my Mustang forever!). It would be from Liberty Ford as I have had a great experience with them. Shout out to Arana Lynch from sales, he made my purchasing experience fun and enjoyable! 5 stars!

Great team of competent, warm and customer oriented people. I have aftermarket tuner lug nuts and they are careful with them every time. The service guys here go above and beyond. I really enjoy having my Ford serviced here!

it was fast and easy ,if you want it done right then Liberty Ford of maple Heights is the place to go to.

I was really frustrated with the service department when I had questions about some work they had done for me, and I was just directed to the dealership in Parma (which is where I purchased my car, but I had EXTENSIVE work done at the Maple location after an accident). I felt completely brushed off, and shocked that I would have to try and explain issues to someone in a service department that had no history with my vehicle.

First week of having my first car home I was taking it to get fixed I keep taking my car to get fixed was told evreything was replaced with new parts and me and my grandfather have probably spent more fixing it then what we paid for I understand used cars may come with issues but telling me nothing's wrong and then bam all these problems this is ridiculous the dealership where I live now is not charging me for check ups but being told with out seeing the problem or a check engine light coming on they cant fix it the whole time this car has had electrical issues

This place did right by me. I live in Pittsburgh and saw the car I wanted on the web. If you have a chance to work with Lorenzo Martino please do he was great. Had had my car one day after making contact with the dealership. Lorenzo even took time out of his day off to make the two hour driver and deliver my new car to me at work!

I purchased a vehicle within an hour of testing driving it, I had financing already lined up and approved with a Credit Union. I waited hours for the paperwork to be completed when everything was finalized my salesman offered to deliver the vehicle to my home which I thought was very nice unfortunately it turned out be an empty offer, because two days later I picked up the vehicle myself. After arriving home I looked through the owners manual and papers hoping the keyless entry card that has the code on it was still with the vehicle it wasn't. I emailed the Sales Manager and left him a voicemail asking if he could provide me with the code, I left voicemails for the Salesman that sold me the vehicle as well neither email or my phone calls have been returned. I guess once you buy the vehicle and drive it off the lot that's where "service" ends. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I really can't say enough about the helpful team at Liberty Ford Maple Heights. Car buying is so stressful.. especially when you do not know if your credit is going to make the cut. I was referred to Lorenzo Martino by a co-worker, I communicated with him a few days prior to being able to get to Liberty Ford.. Lorenzo did so much to help me get into the perfect car for me. It took 5.5 hrs and he was there the entire time being patient, grabbing keys and answering every question I had. He didn't lie, he said he wouldn't go home till I was in a car that I was excited about. Thank you to everyone at Liberty Ford Maple Heights.

I came to Liberty Ford, Maple Hts. to get a flat tire fixed, as I always do I walk around the showroom to look at newer cars. Lorenzo Martino stopped me to ask about a survey (I think) he wanted to let me know how much my car was worth, well I had time to kill, so I said why not, not buying anything today. how wrong I was after driving two cars in the lot I liked them more than what I had which was a 2015 Edge. The car I wanted was not on the lot... But somehow one was just arrived at the lot and had everything I wanted. the next thing I know he gave me the key to the car. Everything had been approved I was shocked I drove home in a 2017 Escape. Lorenzo is an awesome salesperson he took care and pride in making sure I had just what I needed. Great salesperson. Oh I brought my daughter in a few days later and she bought a nice used car.

Great Customer Service. I asked a very simple question if the vehicle had heated seats. In hardly anytime I had a 360 degree walk around video in my emailbox from Lorenzo Martino . He showed the car was equipped with heated seats. We drove up afterwork and went home with the car

Ron at Liberty Ford Body Shop in Maple Hts did an outstanding job restoring our 1995 Ford Crown Victoria. Our car needed a little work as it only had 35,000 miles. Now it looks like it is brand new. My Dad and Father-in-law were Ford employees at Brookpark. We cherish this car and what it represents to our family. Earlier we had mechanical repairs by Don Lincoln at Solon Liberty. Great job Liberty.
