What went well during my experience in leasing my ford vehicle was the amazing service given to me. As I walked into the dealership with feeling overwhelmed with life, I noticed that I wasn't in the mood to look for a car or even consider what my next move was. Walt Bailey, gave me such great service that he just didn't Lease me a Ford 2018 Escape but helped change my troubled mood into a winning mood. Mr. Walt Bailey, made sure to ask me if I needed anything to drink, and he remembered me three years ago when I first leased my Ford Escape back in 2015. Mr. Walt Bailey, seems to have great skills in working with his coworkers because the pleasant atmosphere between the transition to signing papers with Steven Bissler went smoothly. I enjoyed Steven Bissler professionalism and how he encouraged me to get the extra warranty package on my Ford vehicle. Mr. Walt Bailey, thank you for providing me with the service that a Queen would want.

my recent expirence at Maple Heights Liberty Ford was just absolutly amazing. The sales rep (dereckb H.) was very knowledgable helping me pick my new car (Ford Fusion Hybrid).
than when i was done signing to get into my new car they already had it back in the detail department where it was getting detailed to PERFECTION! all the guys were super cool, and when my car was ready it was brought to me personaly by the detailer (Gee) and they wished me the best with my purchase.

I call in for an appointment and usually get one for the next day, or even, sometimes later that day. Whatever work is required is done promptly and correctly the first time. The personnel are knowledgeable and friendly, and do not push unneeded services on me.

I purchased a preowned and ceritified 2010 Ford Escape from this location in January 2012. Every summer, including this hot day, the A/C fails. I bring it in each summer to this location and they "fix" it and charge me again and again for 5 times. (One Summer, the A/C broke twice.) Don't go here for service. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I'd get another Ford vehicle again.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Greg Davis and Randy Smith were the most professional staff members I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you are even slightly thinking about buy a car, new or used, you have to stop in and see them. Talk about giving me the most money for my trade! It was better than I could have expected. I went to take my vehicle in to have it serviced and to my dismay it needed quite a bit of work. Their systems were limited due to an outage in Michigan so they couldn't see my warranty. I remembered that Steven my sales rep had been calling and texting me so Bill the service tech went to find him. It was an amazing experience even with the systems limited to what they could do they were able to put me in a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT with all the bells and whistles I could have imagined. This is my 3rd lease from Liberty Ford in Maple Heights and I'm sure it will not be my last. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new or leased or even used vehicle go see Steve B. and the team at Liberty Ford in Maple Heights.
