Jovan Smiley was very knowledgeable and informative working hard to locate the vehicle I was interested in. All my questions were addressed in a professional manner without any pressure. In addition, while the closing process was lengthy, the warranty review was complete presenting multiple options for vehicle service for the expected life of the car. I would purchase another vehicle in the future from Liberty Ford Maple Heightss. Thank you for making my first car purchase a little easier. Great job!

Very good experience, they were courteous at the desk and at the payment window. Oil change with tire rotation is an excellent deal and fast. Would have given 5-stars but not sure if they really did the multi-point inspection.

Horrible.
We drove 3 hours to see and most likely buy a 2015 expedition with 47,000 miles for $26,000.
Our salesthing Bryan tried too hard to control the process. A lot of lies. Very awkward and annoying.
His manager stepped in right away to try to control the sale even more. We hadn't agreed on the price yet , hadn't received the offer on trade in, yet. But, they insist on us committing to agree on ridiculous numbers to submit to the bank. Basically treating us like idiots , which was very disrespectful. They came to us offering a $615/mo payment for 72 months! We ran away.

I've had my car serviced by both their service department and their collision center aand theu are really good about keeping you informed about your vehicle and where they are at in terms of service/repair and making sure you are aware of estimated repair times. Also if something comes up they contact you in a timely manner to let you know what's going in. I really appreciate that about their customer service.

The wife and i drove just over an hour after work to look at a 2019 ford flex sel awd. After arriving at the biggest car dealership i have ever been to lorenzo found us and showed us the three they had in stock, we took it for a test drive and lorenzo explained every feature on the vehicle, everything about the warranties plus the extended ones. They worked very hard and fast to get it financed for us considering it was already 9pm, they were very friendly even allowing our grandchildren to play in the cars. The finance guy was terrific explain how much each extended warranty would cost and asking about each one before we got it by the time we were done it was around 10:30pm. So in closing when i buy another or anybody i know needs a new car i will recommend Liberty Ford in Maple Heights.

Although I was simply browsing; I was able to extensively walk around the used car inventory. The salesmen Steven Bissler was a great help and ran through the competitive pricing. Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!!

for the most part i love my 2014 ford focus, but i am not 100% satisfied with the performance of the engine. the constant shudder when i come to a complete stop and begin to accelerate is quite annoying, dailey. the service writers say it is just the design of the engine that has a clutch/automatic set up. the service department says there is nothing they can do about the shudder (as they call it). so i guess i will have to live with it until, i dump it. no more focus for me.

I had been looking for a new SUV for only about 2 weeks. Although I had owned 4 Ford's in the past, I was leaning toward a Kia Sorento at the advice of a friend. While on my way to my appointment with Kia, my husband decided to stop at Liberty Ford. After comparing the two vehicles, we were sold on the Ford Explorer. I told the saleman, Elonzo Harvey, what I absolutely wanted in my new SUV and I ended up buying the 1st one I test drove. I also menitoned up front that I did not like pushy, and that I had no problem whatsoever with pushing back. I can not say enough about LF and Elonzo Harvey. He wins Salesman of the Year Award, hands down. Not to mention, I had never leased a vehicle before, but after Elonzo explained all the benefits of leasing, we found that it was a perfect fit for us. I must also say, that I have been in touch with my salesman several times since purchasing the vehicle. I have never had a dealership call me after I'd driven off their lot, ask me if I needed to set up an appointment to go over anything I didnt' understand, or just simply to check in. First I. Just state that I have always been more than satisfied with the services that you offer. I would offer 4 stars.
My concern is the manner of customer service during this Critical health period. No on wore masks or sanitized their hands between customers. The computer that we has to sign in was used by all with no disinfecting. One hand after another. In paying forsevices the person also did not clean hands. Took charge card with bare hands. I would think you could permit and have a charge unit so customer could handle own charge card. Employees walked near without distancing.
I do realize that this is a business with many customers and employees but I truly believe you could manage more care at a time like this

The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. I bought a "certified pre owned explorer" that had handling problems after three trips to the dealer still wouldn't drive right. Finally had to take it to Liberty Aurora, and pay the $117 alignment fee to get it done right. Maple Hts. Liberty wouldn't even call back to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Save the aggravation and go to a different Liberty for your cat buying and service needs. Been 9 days now. I call every day to try to reach Jeremy in service but he won't call me back. Tried to get a hold of the GM he won't call back either. That gives you an idea of how there service is. I will call back again today and on Tuesday I'm just going to show up there and try to talk to someone about mu problem. If not maybe the customers I talk to will help me out.

I was in a car accident and the other person was at fault. David and staff at the collision center were amazing! They looked and examined my bumper to find damages - they saw damage I didn't see like a second bumper part, tailpipes, behind the bumper - I felt the job was thorough.

Since the other guy had Nationwide Insurance and that Liberty Ford Maple Heights is an official Nationwide-certified garage, my parts are covered for life. So any part related to this accident is covered should I need service.

I bought a very nice, low mileage VW Passat from Mike Z. He respected my time and did not play any typical car salesman games: he showed me exactly what improvements he made to the car after they bought it and we came to an agreement on price very quickly. No "I have to talk to my manager" games: he is empowered to make decisions! Also, Alex took a genuine interest in me and my family. This was a different experience than I've had at other dealers. Very impressed.

Wow, great dealership! JayZ got me such a sick deal on a new Focus, which I absolutely love! It's sexy and fast and I could even put a waffle maker in there if I wanted to. Which I do want to do....but won't do, because hot batter would be painful on me while driving. And I know I would spill it, because I'm a klutz. Did I mention my car has all kinds of air bags and ABS and other fun safety stuff? It also has ambient lighting! Thank you Jay Zupancic and Mike Press for putting me in such a cool ride. Lorenzo Martino was a really helpful. He along with other staff worked all day to get me a more reliable car that would get me to and from work safely. The car I had died on me and I had to go to work the next day, he told me to come on in and they will get me a new car. After talking for awhile, Ford jumped my car, brung it in to the dealership and then I drove away with a new car. I'm sending my sister to him so she can trade her car in as well.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox in October of 2018. When I test drove it and decided I wanted to purchase it, I discovered a few mechanical issues. (Noises coming from the wheels) I spoke with the sales manager and I told him if he was willing to correct the issues I would purchase the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was approximately $10,500. A few days after I purchased the vehicle I dropped it off to be serviced and the technician said the noise I was hearing was a wheel bearing and to my knowledge they replaced it. I continued hearing the noise so I called the service dept again. I brought the car in and they said they took everything apart and greased it very well. Again, I still heard the noise. I took it back a third time. Keep in mind I'm still hearing a roaring noise as well which is the wheel bearing. The service dept said it was some type of rotor and that the part had been ordered. When the part came in I took the car in to be repaired. Again, I still heard the noise. At this point I was told there was nothing else they could do and that they had done all they could do for me. So one day I get in the car and the hands free options disappeared out of no where. I took the car to the Chevy dealer to have it repaired and to have them diagnose what the noise was coming from the wheels. (This cost me roughly $200) I was told I needed a wheel bearing (which Liberty Ford claims to have replaced) and also a lower control arm and ball joint. When I called Liberty Ford back and spoke with the sales manager he was Not willing to do anything else for me. I then called to speak with the service manager who was very kind and told me to bring the car back in. I showed him the estimates and what Chevy said was the issue with the car and Liberty Ford was not willing to fix the bearing or the ball joint and control arm. However, this particular time the noise I had been hearing was no longer being heard. The service manager told me since the ball joint, control arm, and bearings is not what was making the noise that they would not repair those items. Not even a month later that awful noise that I was hearing is back. I am so frustrated. Chevy quoted me roughly $900 for the repairs. I would not refer Liberty Ford to my worse enemy. I have been ripped off. Who pays over $10,000 for a vehicle and has to pay hundreds more in repairs. I have been trying to contact the general manager to see what can be done. It's not fair...
