My car buying experience with Liberty Ford was good. My salesman Casey was excellent in explaining the process to me and answering any questions that I had about the deal. He also did a good job of explaining the features of the car to me and even went so far as to set up my radio for me. Thanks again! Reggie in financing made the sale easy and did his best to work with me on an issue that came up which I appreciated. Altogether these gentleman made my experience pleasant and I will be referring customers to them for their car buying needs.

Usually my favorite place Unfortunately not all of the representatives are up to date on the on going issue with each individual vehicle,As a customer I had question that need answers and a OFFICERS had to stand close by even though My daughter or myself never became hostile or using any type of disrespectful behavior or tone.I wasn't offered a courtesy drop off so I don't think its offered at this location,My daughter was going to pay 30 for a drop off at work other Arrangements was made.The representatives did finally agree to here me and my daughter concerns.After she had to requested to be heard Eventually we was provide contact information in order to report my claim so if Ford acknowledge it I will be included inregards to the problem.
everytime i take my car in for service it becomes a nightmare
I went here since I has bought my last vehicle here. Told them what i wanted to be payment wise with my negative equity. First day i came in, Randy didn't seem like he wanted to deal with me at all. Was dealing with Justin who was great. Told me that my payment would be $100 a month more then I wanted. After figuring finances went back again and had the vehicle picked out only to find out they weren't willing to help me at all with my situation. I also had a recall on my clutch and still had to pay $100 deductible. I don't understand why I had to pay anything if it was a recall. Fought with the service department, but still had to pay it. Not very happy. I love Fords, but after this, I may be done.

I came to the Liberty Ford service department to have the 7,500 miles maintenance check. I was very happy with the customer service I received. All my questions were answered. I also like the online scheduling option for the service department.
I have taken my car to this location a couple times and every time I go the customer service is over the top amazing especially in the Service department everyone is very friendly professional and they go well above and beyond to satisfy the customers. This place is awful. Tge customer service is poor. I bought a car a month later the transmission went. It had a bad battery and a oil leak. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I inquired with Liberty Ford immediately after leaving another dealership that told me that they couldn t get me into a car with a decent car note because of my negative equity. My first interaction was with Lorenzo via email and since the beginning he was very professional, thorough and committed to getting me into a car I LOVED with a car note I could handle. Lorenzo was never pushy and shared with me all the options available to me. I also worked with Bryan Hawkins and he was just as amazing. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Liberty Ford and the gentleman I worked with. Im not sure what kind of financial magic they worked, but they got me into a brand new car with a nice car note. I would recommend Lorenzo and Bryan ANY day!

I had a leak in my car, I took the car in for service. Gary was off that day of which I was sad. But the other team members made me feel like family. The first day I was given a loaner car and the second day I received a shuttle ride home and back. My car was washed and ready.

The WORST WORST service I have ever received. If you have a choice please do not go to this dealership... They bate and switch. Very nice to get you in and promise you everything but the kitchen sink. They are liars and after they have your business you mean noting to them. God forbid you have a question and call back the next day, I've called serval times and no one in finance ever called me back I left several messages for the director of finance and he is just as bad as the finance managers. Jeff was working to help me find a vehicle in my budget and even offered to add a after market sunroof into the car as I was wanting one he wasn't pushy and listend to what I was wanting I didn't find the car I was wanting at maple heights but I did find one still at liberty Ford in vermilion they were nice as well and took my kids back and gave them pizza why we waited on the paper work to come in only issue I had with vermilion was that I didn't want the warranty added into my loan so I didn't have to pay more on my car payment and have to pay interest on that too so I wanted to buy it separate they told me it was 1800$ and would mail the papers when I received the papers the warranty was 2800$ so I'm just concerned if I had of put in my loan if they would have added another grand to the price of my loan as well thats exactly why I didn't want to do it that way ...but for the car I got what i wanted and we love it and was within budget thanks liberty ford

Terrible experience - Once they sold the car, they couldn't care less about me, even lost the title and were unapologetic about it - I had to get a new title myself at the BMV and pay for it myself. Got the run-around when I called and asked for accountability. Shame on you Liberty Ford.

I was having problems with my vehicle an appointment was made to talk to the general manager at Ford and we sat down and talked about the problems I was having and he really listened to me and he began to work out the situations right away. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I leased a new car from them over two months ago. They took my old car as a trade-in and for some reason, paid the loan company for my old car almost $200 less than the buyout price. Therefore, the loan company took the money out of my bank account. I have been trying to get that $200 back for two months now. Neither the salesman or the financial rep I worked with when buying the car answered their phones (got voicemails only) and they never returned voicemails. Only when I DEMANDED to speak to an actual human did they answer me. Then they kept escalating my problem up the ladder and it still hasn't been resolved. In the mean time, the dealership never called to let me know my license plates were in and ready for pick-up. So when I drove to the dealership 1 day after the temps expired, I got PULLED OVER by a cop. Never once has anyone I've spoken with simply said "I'm sorry." They keep telling me "I'm looking into it." About 3 weeks ago the manager I've been working with said they mailed the check out to me. Have I received that check? NO! I communicated all these problems via the customer satisfaction survey that was emailed to me and no one has reached out as a result of that very poor survey and asked how they can help or found a way to resolve my issue. So...two months after buying the car...they still owe me $200 and it doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight.
I have yet to have a negative experience with the service department at Liberty Ford of Maple Heights. Staff is always friendly and efficient. I also appreciate the fact that they don't try and upsell or recommend services that are not necessary.

We had a great experience at Liberty Ford in Maple Heights buying a certified pre-owned Ford. Matt Radeff was the best! He was very nice, personable, and helped us get a lot of paperwork taken care of before we came in to expedite the process. We never felt pressured, he was very easy going. He didn't try to upsell us, and was able to give us a really nice deal! When we finished up the buying process with Reggie Cohen, he was equally great! He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and was also very nice and respectful. Both men spoke to me as a car buyer and didn't treat me like I was (to be frank) a "stupid woman" - which doesn't always happen when I am looking for a car. Thank you!
When I thought I would never get approved for a new car ever in my life and after going a million different car lots looking and shopping around and getting no where and turned down I went to Liberty Ford still thinking that it was going to be the same song and dance but I was wrong from the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and they never stopped working and trying they were not letting me leave with out getting me in to my dream car they really took the time and effort to get that yes for me they never gave up they did an amazing job to get me approved and driving off the lot in a brand new car!!! I knew that I was going to be buying a new Ford Fusion. Having owned over 10 Ford's, and buying most of them at Liberty, I knew where I was going. I actually started in the Service Department because I was not trading in my car, but getting it fixed to give to my niece who will be working and going to med school. I talked to Sue and John in service, and they hooked me up with Cary who did an excellent job of selling me my first Ford Fusion. Cary found me exactly what I wanted in record time. After completing all the paperwork, Cary showed me just how my new Fusion worked, and I was on my way.
I am a 64 year old man i have bought alot of cars in my life and liberty ford was without a dought the finest company i have ever dealt with from salespeople to top management people liberty makes it happen try it.
The sales staff at Liberty Ford is absolutely out of this world good. As someone who has been in sales for over 15 years, I know an excellent sales team when I see one, and these guys are absolutely top notch. From the individualized videos that they made and sent me of the vehicles I was looking at to the extremely hard work they put in to get me the most competitive deal, I was extremely satisfied.

What a terrible place I paid 650.00 for a tune up and 150.00$ for a diagnostic then about a month later it started acting the way it did before now I told the guy (Eric) to keep the old parts and he didn't so I go up there they run a idle check and say that's normal so a week later the check engine light came on i called told him I said it could be a failed plug I need that plug checked he denied it and wanted me to pay another 150$ for a diagnostic test complete rip off oh and the woman manger completely disrespectful I will never go to this place again I'm serious straight unacceptable service and disrespectful people!!!!!!!!!!!
Made a service appointment online on Monday, July 22nd. I made this appointment for Saturday, August 3rd, because I can not afford to miss work and would need to wait for the vehicle while it is being repaired/checked out. So basically two weeks out. I gave the purpose of my visit, a check engine light. I gave the code number. I figured all was well. And I had my appointment.
Fast forward to today, the day before the appointment I have waited two weeks for. I get a call from the service department, saying I need to reschedule my appointment. Why? Because they don;t have anyone there on Saturdays that can fix a check engine light. So I wait two full weeks for this appointment, and I am called the day before to reschedule it?
I was told it was because I made the appointment online, and didn't talk to a person. Um, then why allow people to make online appointments? I then asked why I wasn't notified until the day before my appointment that I had waited two weeks for. I was told because they did not know until today what I was bringing the car in for. Yet, I have an email, confirming my appointment, including the reason I am coming in.
So I then ask when the next available appointment is. 10 days away, August 12th. Which is a Monday. Here I thought I might get in a little sooner than "the next available appointment" since I had made an appointment, waited two weeks for it, only to then have it canceled on me by them.
So now I need to drive around another 10 days with the check engine light on, plus I was told I need to leave the vehicle there, and can't wait for it while they fix it. So I asked about a loaner car perhaps, since my Ford has only 9700 miles on it, whatever is wrong is under warranty. Nope. But I can rent a car from them for $30 a day. Unreal. Was hoping since they are the ones who screwed this up, maybe they would figure out a way to get me a loaner.
Don't get me wrong. I understand if they don't have anyone there on Saturdays that can do this work. I get that. My bigger issue is they knew why I was bringing it in, and I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, only to have them cancel the day before.
8/9 Update:
I contacted Liberty through Facebook on 8/3. I was told that the General Manager would be contacting me to help resolve the issue. Here it is a week later, and I have not heard a word from them.
I had a wonderful experience leasing a new Ford Escape at Liberty Ford. My salesman was Bryan Hawkins. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He also asked me for what I really wanted out of my new vehicle and gave me a vehicle with the specifics I requested. Th finance team also took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. By the end of my experience I was able to lease a vehicle with what I wanted and within my price range.

I was looking at a pre-owned Ford Escape for my parents and wanted to have a pre-sale inspection completed on it. I was not able to personally bring the vehicle in because we live 4.5 hours away. I coordinated with Susan on what I wanted to accomplish and she was extremely helpful.
Once the inspection was completed she called me with the results, emailed me the inspection list and even sent me a list of what options that particular Escape had on it. Along with the results she gave me pricing options for the repairs.
It was an outstanding experience even though she knew that we were about 4.5 hours away and not a local customer.

I brought my car here after the dealership I originally bought my 2018 Explorer from did not address my sunroof issue properly among other things. Hesitant to take my new purchase anywhere after all the headaches I just went through, I choose Liberty Ford Maple Heights and I m so glad I did. The service department at this location is AWESOME! They are very courteous, friendly and clean, not to mention fast! After explaining to them the issues I went through with the other dealership I bought my SUV from, they took me in like family! They are attentive and did a fantastic job. I have already recommended this service department to my family and friends and will continue to bring my SUV here for all my service and maintenance needs!
