It was a pleasure to deal with all of the teams at First Communities! Everyone is so nice and truly believe in team work and open communication! I couldn't have asked for a better management company. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment or in the property management business.

Don t work for this companies portfolio on the south side, the regional manager named Judy French, is cut throat. She smiles in your face then tries to see how many knives, she can get in your back! Then her spineless property manager name A.Torres, this guy claims he used to be maintenance, just don't trust the southside portfolio. Terrible management team'

If they want current residents to stay, they should at least offer the same incentives / rate they offer anyone off the street. Two months before lease is up, they bully you into signing (more rent) or the rate goes up and up the longer you wait. Just do NOT care about residents. Fort Mill, SC

I live in a First Communities owned property in Maryland it is run and managed by a group of the most incompetent people I've ever encountered. This company might as well be slum lords. The property is managed horribly. Their communication is extremely unprofessional. There are major security issues and NOTHING is ever done to fix any of them. But you can bet your rent will go up and extra non-negotiable fees will be added to your bill at rent renewal time. I wish I could sue this company and get all of my money back. Do not move into one of these properties. Let's make them go out of business!

I have been working for First Communities since 2010. I am so lucky to work with such dedicated, loyal, honest and hardworking people. Everyone, from our employees, to our vendors, to our residents gets treated with the utmost respect. It is a true pleasure coming to work everyday. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!

I have tried so many times to contact first Communities Management and no one has returned any of my messages. I am disgusted!

Completely disappointed in First Communities and t...

Completely disappointed in First Communities and the way they ve tried to handle my sister and I.We are residence at the Preserve at Mill Creek in Buford. For two weeks we ve been trying to get help regarding a reoccurring flooding issue that happened on the back end of the apartment every time it s rained recently in The area. Water extraction companies have come by twice and left giant blowers in my master bedroom, bathroom, washroom hallway, and master closet ensuring an inflated electric bill in which the property has yet to offer to compensate for. Instead we were made to feel as if the issue was our fault, even though it was determined by maintenance and the contractor to be an error made by whoever laid the foundation of our place. The muddy rain water came in from the bottom wall causing the house to smell of mildew and making it impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. I was finally after two weeks and a pop up to the front office one morning, given the option to transfer to two available units. One downgraded one and one renovated like the one I have. This was great except for the stipulation that I would have to sign and entirely new 12 month lease. My original terms were 11 months and I m already 5+ months into that lease. I don t think it s fair that not only am I made responsible for replacing the third of the clothes that got ruined, hiring movers and renting a moving truck to take my things out of this unit, and signing for an additional year when this is clearly the fault of the builders of this community. Being made to feel as if it is your fault, accused of turning off the fans in my apartment, dealing with incompetent staff that have no sense of urgency or communication as it pertains to our safety or convenience, and speaking with corporate managers who obviously only care about money and not the residents here in this community, are all reasons why I would never recommend any apartments managed by this company.

If I could leave no stars I would. I live (sorta, I am displaced at the moment) at a property managed by this company. It's near impossible to reach anyone by calling the only number listed because no one answers the main line; you have to hit 4 and know the last name of the person you're trying to reach. I finally found a data company that listed all of this places employees and their job titles, even how long they've been there. The manager they have at my property is HORRIBLE, I am disabled and she gave me a lease violation for unauthorized occupant AND she knows my situation. I told her to leave me alone and stop nitpicking as I have several pictures date and timed stamped of her parked in our only buildings handicapped spot (yes she is also my neighbor) and my drivers can never utilized that spot. The next morning I wake up, go outside and there is no more handicapped spot; she had the sign removed from the ground and the blue guy spray painted black. My apartment is infested with new and existing mold; the new from the flood that has led to the discovery of the mold and they haven't even offered to assist me with living arrangements until its remediated!!!! I finally got someone on the phone thanks to the data list, the CEO! So I told him of all of this and he assured me someone would be in touch with me within the hour to address all of this... Guess he wanted me to hold my breath. Tenant lawyers; please seek me, we have a case I believe.

I have been living in my complex since 2014, and this company has taken over from the previous company since Aug of 2016. We have already gone through 2 managers and 3 assistant managers. I live in Polo commons, and the new manager is not friendly or considerate at all!! I will not be renewing my lease this year!!! If you're considering living at Polo Commons, you may want to reconsider, not because of the company itself, but because of new managers!!

Do not live at any apartment complex managed by this company!!!! Beware. They are slum lords. First Communities does not respond to any contact attempts, whether you email them, send them a letter through postage mail, and if you call you'll be sent to voicemail and they'll never return your call

All of the 5 star reviews are fake and written by employees. Beware first Communities. If you are a prospective renter, check to see if your complex is managed by these slum lords and if they are, do not rent there.

No response from management. Maintenance took 2 days to replace a constant running toilet flap. Once here this job took less than 5 minutes. In the meantime the water was constantly running. The property cannot be reached by myself and other residents that live here. Having lived here for 8 years I m not able to have my carpet cleaned even with a letter from Dr. stating it is medically necessary. Through this cov-19 all stores in our area have reopened yet our paid for amenities have not. I will happily move out, if I was not penalized for breaking the lease. First Communities suck with their cutting corners even in regards to property maintenance.

As soon as First Communities took over my complex (@1377), things started going downhill. Now, as I m trying to move out after being a resident for 2 years and always paying my rent on time and in full (even during COVID), I m being charged all of these incorrect fees up to $1,500. Every time I try to contact the leasing office, I can t get an answer. But as soon as my payment is late, I get both a text and a physical letter sent through my door. Meanwhile I can t even get an answer about what I actually owe.

I can honestly say that I feel lucky to work with this group of people. I've never met a more hardworking, dedicated group of individuals. I think the amazing work ethic stems from the top of the organization and disseminates to the rest of the company. Every day may not be easy, but you are never in it alone, and we are all working towards a common goal; to be First.

I can really say our residents are spoiled and some have stayed with us for 40, 30, 20 years and do not intend to leave. Check out First Communities' properties.

Do your research on any property these people are ...

Do your research on any property these people are running and read the bad reviews First because like the Apts I live in they like to write their own good reviews! Well since I live here and not work in the office. Sienna ridge apt is a complete nightmare. There is children everywhere but the playground, playing in road and vandalising property. Loud neighbors outside BLASTING music and getting drunk, from sun up till sun down. Absolutely no peace and quiet here . No parking because it's littered with utility vans. Roach infestation. Work orders half done or not at all. Ask for help numerous times with people in front office but they don't care. And their don't care attitude has trickled down to the people that live here because there is absolutely no rules or consequences here as long as u have rent on the first. Which is the highest in the area. Don't believe me look it up.. So after the more then 1200$ rent u have water bill of more then 100$ no matter if its only u in apt and they keep turning off water without notice! They keep packages in office without contacting you to let u know. Which caused me to make a lot of stolen reports and come to find they have it but was too busy to call and let u know its in the office ! And what makes this story about my apt from hell so bad is that I actually met the property Owners and was told to just leave and break my lease because I wasn't part of the problem? I pray to god this place end up on the news or listed as one of the worst places on Atlanta to live.

Beware of the negative reviews. People don't tend to leave a review unless they're angry about something. I on the other hand do like to leave reviews, good or bad. I have no complaints and the staff are all very down to earth and easy to talk to. I'm easily satisfied.

This would be my second experience with this parti...

This would be my second experience with this particular company. My first experience in 2010 was with my first apartment which I had to leave prematurely due in part to black mold which was affecting my health and was received no help with rectifying the situation although I had overwhelming evidence including pictures. Being young I had no real knowledge of how to approach that situation and ended up losing big time with an eviction on my record although I left one month prior to my lease expiring. I moved on with life and considered it water under the bridge. My sexond experience however wasn't necessarily by choice and had I been given an opportunity I would've ran for the hills based on my traumatic experience with them prior. I had been living at a complex for two years and i was relatively happy. I was close to work and was a cozy one bedroom I felt was perfect for me. At the very end of my second year literally a few weeks prior to my lease being up this company basically notified the tenants that they have now taken over the property and they would be the new managament. I thought to myself oh great well im sure this may complicate my resigning of my lease a bit but I'll remain optimistic. I did exactly that I was informed my rent would be raised by almost 60 dollars for rennovations I would never be able do enjpy essentially. I took it on the chin and said ok I'm in already understanding this would be my last year at that property. That was the toughest year of my three. After they decided ro raise the rent in an attempt to "drive away and repel the unwanted" they ended up displacing great people who were a pleasure to be around. Some disabled and elderly. You would always see them walking around the neighborhood exercising and socializing with a smile. The crime rate in that community skyrocketed what seemed like overnight. Cars were being broken into at a ridiculous rate and also the residences there. It was almost a common site to see the police responding to crime there on a daily basis. I somehow rode out the lease only to be basically grossly overcharged for moving out fees and for some things double charged once I left they they took it directly from my security deposit. I immediately brought this to their attention and was told that my original check was already mailed out and that I would be compensated with an additional check for the things i had been overcharged for. This was in september it is now March. I have been reaching out since then but I was told the check had been mailed to me. I said well ok things happen after being told twice the check had been mailed to me I decided to change the address just to make sure it should arrive and still nothing. They continue to send me emails back claiming that they have made the attempts but truthfully I think I've been robbed. I don't know what to think of this company at this point other than I refuse to ever give them another dime of my money and also make sure that others don't get taken advantage of.

If I could give Azure at Riverside 0 stars I would but there is no option. I called to get information about becoming a resident and I have never dealt with a person as rude as the property manager Claudia Ruiz. she has no customer service at all its a shame that First communities have people as her working as a property manager. They are doing great renovations but with a manager like that who would want to move in.

The manager at the property in West Monroe, La is the worst property manager I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She talks down on coworkers and shows dirty apartments when there is newly remodeled ones available. She is rude and very unprofessional. It was obvious that she lacked the knowledge and experience to manage a property.

MAYBE POSTING THIS ON ENOUGH REVIEWS IT WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER AND WHOMEVER ELSE HONESTLY CARES AND COMMITTED TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROPERTY!!!!! YOUR MANAGER AT SHADOW GLEN IN WEST MONROE LA AND WHOMEVER IS ABOVE HER NEED A CAREER CHANGE....THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE MANAGING ANYTHING OTHER THAN HER ANGER....NO MANAGER SHOULD EVER BE ALLOWED TO OR GET AWAY WITH TALKING TO OLD AND PRESENT TENANTS THE WAY SHE DOES OR COWORKERS.... AND YES I KNOW CURRENT TENANTS AND TENANTS RECENTLY MOVED AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY AND TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS THE CURRENT ONES WONT BE THERE LONG AND ARE BREAKING THEIR LEASE DUE TO HER LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!!! IF THE OWNER ONLY KNEW WHAT LITTLE EFFORT WAS PUT INTO FINDING THIS MANAGER HE WOULD BE SICKENED!!!!!!!

Honestly this company is not as good as it once was before. Today, you can tell they will do whatever they choose to do to please their client. The client doesn't care about policies, procedures, or ethics. All they care about is results. They don't truly care about the residents or the employees. If you care about people this is not the place to live or work. Once they are done with you they will retaliate against you for speaking the truth. Promises are made verbally and are never in writing. They have people they use to spy on you and even their spies create a hostile working environment by laughing at what the owners say about you behind your back. This is very unethical! It's just sad to see what once was a reputable company allow their clients to do what ever they want to the residents and the staff. I felt so bad for one of their employees, she did the best she could to help fix the issues and before I knew it they were letting her go because she wasn't afraid to address her concerns. The management company should show more moral behavior like they advertise on their website. I wish I could have given them 0 stars!

Unfortunately leaving a one star review because of a mistake this company made with refunding me money. They are supposed to return money for a prorated rent I paid within a 30 day window, and when they made the mistake and didn t do it, they told me they can t expedite getting me my refund. This has HURT my family. I m accruing late fees on bills because of this. The inability to apologize or take any kind of action on corporates part (this is corporates fault, not my direct property managers) to fix their mistake is why they are getting a one star review.

First Communities is hands down, the worst property management company in existence. The staff are completely worthless, and do not help residents. They haven't done maintenance requests since COVID started. They don't change filters, the caulk in my bathroom was never done properly, and I can literally lift my bathroom sink out of the countertop. Custom light bulbs go out, and they don't come into replace. I've never been a day late on rent ever.usually paying in advance, so you think they would care about residents that pay on time, but nope. Do NOT move into a property managed by these fools.

Please refer to The Crossings in Marietta reviews for further information. First Communities is responsible for this property and it shows. Sometimes, Google reviews are only focused on the negatives and do not represent the company as a whole. Trust the reviews for this company. Communication between the staff and maintenance workers is non-existent. Over the past two years, I have had nothing but issue with maintence work. A furnace replacement that took weeks to approve. (They forgot to hookup the A/C lines) I was made aware of this the following summer. A water leak, from under the bathtub, that took weeks to repair as well. Rent payments are extremely high for the quality of service provided.

BEWARE! If you value your money and if you want your security deposit back in a timely manner and correct, then do NOT live here. Living here was great! But moving out was a nightmare. First I signed a paper that I would not renew. Then I am bombarded with multiple emails and letters telling me how I should renew. When I turned in my keys, I was told the Security deposit can take about 30-45 days to return to me. I was ok with this. I received a check two weeks later for $304.16 which was $190 less than what it should have been. I called and they said to return the check and they would write me a new one. Well, I returned the check and then 2 weeks later I received a check for $90. I called the office and they told me to then come and get the original check and use both. I was still $100 short of the full amount. They assured me I would get that check shortly. I went to cast the $304.16 check and they had a STOP PAYMENT on it!!!!! My bank charged me an extra $12.50 because of this. So now it has been 67 DAYS since I moved out and I still do not have the correct security deposit. Every time I call the office, they act dumbfounded and keep saying they are working with corporate on this. This is my hard earned money that I trusted them with and to return it to me. There are many other apartments in the area. I suggest living somewhere that will not play with your income like its Monopoly money.

I worked for this company being assigned to Sandtown Vista Apartments. Vista Realty owned the property. I worked there from January 2016 to September 2016 as a groundskeeper. I wasn't satisfied with how the property was managed. It's not rocket science. I eventually called corporate who also tried to make excuses. If I had gone out of town and come back to not having heat i wonder what the response would be? It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone that works here.
But I am a current resident at 50 Stoneview Apartments in Lilburn Georgia.
It s extermely unfornate about that I have been treated by apartment complex. Since I ve moved in, in July I have experienced nothing but issues in my apartment. A couple months of moving into my apartment, my living room ceiling collapsed. I called the office to get it fixed, there was no compensation, no accommodations with the leasing office or property manager. She told me that if I had damaged furniture to contact my renters insurance. Fast forward to recently, there was mold found in my apartment due to my bedroom flooding when it rained. I told this to the assistant manager and both managers in the office acted as if this was my issue that the water came into my apartment when it rained. Again on this issue, I received no accomadations what so ever. I am currently breaking my lease due to all of the issues I have experience while living here. The manager Kathy didn t offer me to transfer apartments or get out of my lease without paying a penalty fee. The manager Kathy has yet to respond to any calls or emails, very unprofessional and I was told she was too busy to talk to me. Extremely unprofessional of this management to treat a paying resident this way. I know you all don t care but at least pretend to. I m hoping this review will bring some action to my current situation and hopefully in the future the apartments will be actually inspected before renting it out to to tenants.

Century Springfield Meadows, Fort Mill, SC.

Century Springfield Meadows, Fort Mill, SC.
I was quoted a price for a 3 bedroom apt.$1,235, by Shanna, I dropped off my application 24 hours later. Shalimar took my application with my processing fee of $149.00, she advised a first floor may be available for $75.00 cheaper which I replied I like cheaper. 48 hours later I was notified all went through and Shalimar advised my monthly rent would be $1,320.00 I told her I was quoted $1,235.00. She said that apt is no longer available. As I tried to tell her what I was quoted she continued to over talk me, I was getting upset to the point of tears. She thought I was being nasty, but in fact I was blindsided. I explained I either wanted an apt. for $1,235 a month or my $149.00 back. She advised they do not refund. My point, was I was never told when I dropped off my application that it would be $1,320 a month. Had I been told that I would have never dropped off my application. I asked to speak to the property manger, and I was told she was not available. After further discussion Shalimar, who is the assistant property manger, hung up on me. When I came back to my office after lunch, I had a voicemail from Shalimar saying she spoke to her property manager, Christy, and they would be able to give me $400,00 off of my April rent or $49.00 back. Neither option was acceptable to me. Understandably I was upset the rest of the day. I waited two days and called to speak to Christy the property manager and was advised she was not in. I left my contact information. I proceeded to call 2 more times to no avail was able to speak to Christy. I received in the mail and invoice receipt from Century advising they would refund $50.00 within two weeks. My whole point is who would put down a deposit on something they cannot afford? The customer service was appalling!! I am a customer service representative, and if I ever hung up on a client I would be terminated. The other issue is not receiving a phone call back from the Property Manager Christ. I would be very wary of this place and what they portray. Looks are definitely deceiving.

I Along with other residents are having many issues since First Communities Management took over the Collier Ridge Apartments. Many break ins, gate never works, I have had to trespass one individual living in his car outside in the parking lot as well as a homeless individual doing drugs in the unit above me which is being renovated. Police were kind enough to help but told us since it is a private property the management should attend to these issues. Contractors working on renovation have also cut my internet and cable, caused leaks in seperate occasions and have debris all over the grounds. They also have thrown drywall material down the main drains causing our bathrooms to malfunction and prompting emergency service from plumber. I have contacted First Communities by email and phone over 5 times with no one ever responding or getting back to emails. This seems like their way of doing business because new property manager never addresses emails or even reaches out when issues arise. Bobbie Case is new Property manager but since they took over there has been at least 3 more property managers in a years time ( Jonathan, Deena, etc etc). Total unprofessinalsm as well as bad business practices. Always am being harmed more than I owe because their ledger is never up to date as I am told by management. Have contacted local news investigative unit so they can bring attention to the bad business practices going on in Collier Ridge Apartments and First Communities Management. Million Dolar Renovations with Million Dollar problems and issues. Tenants have left and property looks empty, this might be the reason they are offering a $1000 referral.

I used to live in Silver Oaks managed by first communities. It was a nightmare from day 1. I'm not going to get into all of that. But I left with a $0 balance. I started getting collection letters for over $3000. I called them and they said they would take care of it. They emailed me all of the information reflecting a $0 balance. Well I just applied for a house and received a denial because silver oaks is reflecting a balance still!!!!!! I don't owe this company a dime. I have all of my documents still. If this is not resolved in a timely manner I'm filing a law suit!!!

I recently moved into Century Galleria Lofts in Houston, TX. After moving in I had to submit multiple work orders for my apartment, but the dishwasher seemed to be the work order they could not complete. Maintenance finally comes to fix the dishwasher says, "its been unclogged." To no avail the same problem persist, so once again they come out to fix it again and the same thing is said. Finally, its decided they will bring me a dishwasher form another apartment unit, but you will just have to wait a week to get it. The new dishwasher is not even installed correctly and DIRTY, see video below! I am truly fed up with the decision to make this place home and it has not even been a month!

Came home to backed up sewer in my bathtubs from my entire apartment building. I had to replace everything in both bathrooms. Cleaner came out to clean bathrooms but no chlorox or Lysol or any other sanitizing cleaners we're used. The local manager was nice when I spoke to her but never was I compensated for new bathroom accessories like shower curtains, cloths, towels, etc that became contaminated by other people's sewer not to mention did anyone ever follow up on how I was feeling after inhaling the sewer gases. Unhealthy condition has happened three times in two years. I'm tired of replacing towels and shower curtains. Time to go to the city or county health department.

Very Unprofessional/ illegal charges I lived at one of their properties in Fort Mill, SC While the resident management was great, they had to follow rules by this company. They charged illegal extra fees for sub meter and third party billing that the company should be responsible for, not the tenants. In addition, it has been 3 months since I moved out and have not received my deposit nor any information as to why. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

I moved out of the Terraces on the Square property in November and accidently paid rent when I didn't have to. They said they would refund me what I accidentally paid & now when I try to get in contact with them concerning my refund no one will respond. I loved my stay there but now I have an extremely bad taste for this compamy. Angela is great but headquarters in Atlanta has failed to get back in contact with me after several attempts.

My True Blue Story:

My True Blue Story:
I'm in my 10th year of employment at First Communities. Really, my tenure is small compared to some of our employees that have been with us 35+ years. We have hundreds of years of talent within our company. FCM is a great place to grow. I started as a manager onsite and today I'm the VP of Marketing.

First Communities will develop and invest in you when you invest in your career with them.

It's been a great ride and I look forward to the next ten years.

My husband and I have been tenants at Wellington Farms Apartments for a total of 6 months and we have experienced such a warm, kind and very respectful staff. For every issue that we have encountered in our apartment the ladies in the office, (Office Manager) Justiania, Korrin and Stephanie / Maintenance Team (Especially the Maintenance Supervisor) have went and will go over and abroad to see that our needs are met and have been dutifully met as well as making sure that we are completely satisfied and comfortable we love our apartment and enjoy being tenants with such AWESOME people. We have every intention to be your tenant hopefully for a very long time. Again to the staff at Wellington Farms Apartments we thank you for all you've done.
Sincerely
Mr & Mrs Morrison

I currently live at 3500 The Vine Apartments which is managed by First Communities. I was given my renewal letter only to let me know that my rent would go up $120. I contacted the leasing office and asked them to see if they can lower it and work with me since I have been here for 8+ years as a resident... it has been almost 3 moths and the corporate has not contacted them to let them know if they can work something out with me... every time I call and speak to Lilia all I get is that they are still waiting for corporate or the regional Brian Files... I called the regional over a month ago and left him a voice message to contact me regarding this and he has not returned my call as of yet.... so after being here 8+ years I get no response. Lack of communication at its worse.... Crime has been horrible, trash everywhere... Blinds broken everywhere on the property. Aggressive breeds walking with no leashes.... Run before you get trapped.... Cant wait to move out.... I will write another detailed review about my experience another day. Thank you guys for me wasting my 8+ years living here and no one cares to get this renewal situation taken care of.... I guess since corporate or the regional that's over the property doesn't care why should I. If I need to come to the corporate directly to speak to someone I will since the regional never called me back. Thank you Brian Files for never returning my call and for amazing customer service.

They took over the property I am staying at and let me tell you IT SHOWS. What was once a quiet and safe neighborhood has now turned into neighbors blasting music and grilling at their PARKING SPOTS and evictions being evident due to management leaving old tenants belongings in the parking spaces instead of removing them. Its starting to look like neighborhoods where I'd be paying HALF of what I pay here. They sent me an eviction notice last year when they took over DUE TO THEIR CHANGES in billing!! it was EVENTUALLY corrected after tens of calls to their local office. Cars keep getting broken into, garbage is overflowing at the dumpsters and management - tenant communication is ZERO. they changed the water bill to be included with rent WITH NO NOTIFICATION so I overpaid the old company! Terrible. They also stopped offering pest control and air filter changes like the last company had, yet I still pay the same rate....time to move!

Under no circumstances should you ever work here. The single most incompetent management I have ever experienced. The regional managers are a joke. The policies and practices are excessive and unwarranted. The overall culture is depressing. Wouldn t wish it on my enemy. I worked as a property manager in NC and quitting was the best thing I could ve done for my mental health. Please save yourself the hassle.

My mother has been a long time resident at a property of theirs in Tampa Fl. The employees have NO presence in the community. The maintenance team doesn t exist, you can call but don t expect to reach a live person, just leave a voicemail for no one to contact you back. The community has been under numerous name changes and they just put the property managers in rotation for one property to the next. My mother contact the maintenance line regarding a leak in the roof, no one ever came out, and shortly after the roof caved in. It has been a complete nightmare for me just knowing what my mother has been thru. There community doesn't seem to care either way.

**all the 5 star reviews are from STAFF not residents, so beware taking 2.8 at face value, probably much lower than that**

I have had both a hot water leak that pours out water in my bathtub for 2 years costing me between $9-20/day in power and a drainage problem in the same bathtub at the same tim. They have "fixed" it by replacing the same two parts 17 times despite admitting that there is a permanent fix. Emergency maintenance took 3 hours to respond to the leak and blockage resulting in me having to spend hours using a bucket to remove water from the leak in the tub so that it didn't overflow on my floor, flooding my apartment and my downstairs neighbor's apartment. The manager won't even step out of his office to speak with me regarding an issue that is costing me insane amounts of money and resulting in me not having access to my shower for now a total of 9 days this month, nor does he think that it warrants money off my rent (I can't shower!!!). This is the 4th company to own my apartments since I've lived here and they are certainly the least caring and most cold and callous when it comes to needs. If you live in a First Communities property or are thinking about it, be prepared to have to deal with all of your own issues and receive zero help or compassion from the management. The leasing agents definitely do the best that they can and are all very nice, but their hands are obviously tied when it comes to bigger issues.

There is no option to talk to an actual person when you call their customer service line, it goes straight to a voicemail box. Very unprofessional.

Terrible property management. The water would be cut off constantly, their office staff never had any idea what was going on, and the charges at move out were never communicated or explained. This company is actively harmful and I will be contacting the better business bureau if they continue to ignore all attempts to contact them. Just awful.

Preserve at Mill Creek in Buford have the WORST management I have ever dealt with in my life.

Preserve at Mill Creek you guys don t answer my calls or emails back. Worst management. I was told to move out on April 1st even with everything going on and so I did and gave all my keys back on April 1st but was charged almost $140 of rent (which breaks down to $4200 a month) for April 1st (FOR ONE DAY) but it s cool I m going to tell all the media outlets and rent websites so no one else stays there. Three of my co workers moved out as soon as the new management came there from LACK of communication, LACK of safety, walking and BOTH driving gates being open for MONTHS, dirty hallways, overflowing trash & slow maintenance. But then overcharging a tenant who NEVER late on a rent payment or having the cops called on them or causing any issues is the LAST STRAW

I don't know how any resident can make a complain with this corporate I called 2 days in a row and no one calls back, I have the personal email from staff members in the office and no one is responding. Is sad how this company treats the vendors.
