I've had issues since I've moved in here!!!! This place is the pits I signed a lease pay for washer a dryer, only to find dryer didn't work it took them 2 mos to repair it!!! I was still charged for the washer and dryer!!! Someone knocks on the door as soon as I move in ....reported that to office,,,, nothing done,,,kids destroyed gates that were forced back and now they're coming through the back gates... Nothing's done !!!! Breeze way lights out for 1wk (unsafe at night with a kids behind the steps ))) !!!! Had to catch maitance on the property to have them repair it the same day ,,,, it was repaired!!!! Now my place is broken into !!!! Not good!!!! I called the emergency number for main,,,, to repair the door no one called me back, so the loot was left open all night !!! Maintainace called after reporting it to the off the next morning I left work to meet maitaince, Only for maintainace to say to me it's my responsibility to repair my own door??? " can go to Home Depot" and get the parts and they will repair the door!!!! They can't fix the door!!!!
