BEWARE! If you value your money and if you want your security deposit back in a timely manner and correct, then do NOT live here. Living here was great! But moving out was a nightmare. First I signed a paper that I would not renew. Then I am bombarded with multiple emails and letters telling me how I should renew. When I turned in my keys, I was told the Security deposit can take about 30-45 days to return to me. I was ok with this. I received a check two weeks later for $304.16 which was $190 less than what it should have been. I called and they said to return the check and they would write me a new one. Well, I returned the check and then 2 weeks later I received a check for $90. I called the office and they told me to then come and get the original check and use both. I was still $100 short of the full amount. They assured me I would get that check shortly. I went to cast the $304.16 check and they had a STOP PAYMENT on it!!!!! My bank charged me an extra $12.50 because of this. So now it has been 67 DAYS since I moved out and I still do not have the correct security deposit. Every time I call the office, they act dumbfounded and keep saying they are working with corporate on this. This is my hard earned money that I trusted them with and to return it to me. There are many other apartments in the area. I suggest living somewhere that will not play with your income like its Monopoly money.
