I worked for this company being assigned to Sandtown Vista Apartments. Vista Realty owned the property. I worked there from January 2016 to September 2016 as a groundskeeper. I wasn't satisfied with how the property was managed. A property manager that has little experience and doesn't listen to the problems of the residents and issues.A lazy maintenance supervisor that does incomplete work orders. The maintenance team lacks team work based on the acctountability of the supervisor. I did the best I could as a groundskeeper but people didn't do anything to help.
