I can honestly say that I feel lucky to work with this group of people. I've never met a more hardworking, dedicated group of individuals. I think the amazing work ethic stems from the top of the organization and disseminates to the rest of the company. Every day may not be easy, but you are never in it alone, and we are all working towards a common goal; to be First.
