We have used Filters Fast for many years now. Having a standing order makes it easy to always have the filters we need on hand when we need them--no space wasted carrying excess items or risking running out. Filters Fast always sends an email to be sure we want the order delivered. If for some reason we don't need the filters yet, it is easy to change the delivery date. The delivery is always on time and we are notified of major tracking points throughout the process. The only way this could be easier is if the filters installed themselves! Thanks for making this part of life less complicated!

I purchased filters for my refrigerator, my whole house water system and filters for my fresh air return. I am saving more than half the cost of these filters at the store and they fit perfectly and work fine. I will purchase all my filters at Filter Fast from now on.

Dust bags for the canister vacuum cleaner. Good product. Competitive price. Timely delivery. Pity, Filters Fast cannot also offer anti-allergen filters for Eureka 900 so I have to order them to be delivered separately from another company.

The filters that I ordered arrived much sooner than I thought that they would. All of them except one were just the right fit. I called about the one that didn't fit and I was given instructions on how to return it. I got a tracking number on the return and within days of it arriving back at the shippers I had a credit on my charge account.

Not Good. Took 4 days and a call to their office just to get the things I ordered to be shipped. Using their free shipping apparently means that your order doesn't matter. They said 6-10 days for shipping. It took me 15 days to receive my shipment and I am totally surprised that everything wasn't broken when I received it. Horrible shipping box, that without the air pillows they had slipped in, most of the items could have easily fallen out. Very, Very doubtful that I will ever use this company again.

Excellent quality pool filters and at a price so low I ordered 2. Shipment arrived within a week. Buy with the confidence you can not do any better than Filters Fast on quality, delivery speed, or price.

I don't know how FilterFast could offer such a low price than other competitors for my Culligan water filters, but I'm happy they do, and I'm pleased to see, upon arrival, that they are brand-spanking new.

Fair prices and timely delivery. Easy method of keeping my furnace and ice box filters changed out at proper intervals. A few less reminder emails would be nice. Otherwise, I like the services provided by Filter Fast.

Only sent part of my expedited order then they told me it will be another 10 days to get the second part.

I ordered two (2) refrigerator filters. Unfortunately, after weeks, they were never delivered. Upon an investigation by Filters Fast, they determined they must be lost in transit and re-issued my order. I truly appreciate their diligence in this matter. My only concern is the length of time it took to get my order, both the estimated delivery date of the lost order and the subsequent delivery of the replacement order. If memory serves me correctly, it took approximately seven (7) weeks from order to receipt.

I have been getting my filters from Filters Fast for years. Good quality products a good prices. In the past I had to return a filter that I ordered the wrong size and had not problem returning.

I ordered some filters and when they came in they were damaged.I filed a claim on their website and sent them pictures of the damage.I recieved a e-mail from them stating that i would recieve a refund in 5 to 7days well the 7 business days came and no refund. Filed another claim and they requested pictures again of the damage. Sent them the pictures ang got the same message again stating that i would recieve a refund in 5 to 7 business days Still waiting on refund.

I have a refrigerator filter sent to me every 6 months, never had a problem I highly recommend Filter Fast.

Filter for my Sears Kenmore refrigerator fit perfectly, no issues. Website made it easy to find exactly what I needed.

I was sent the wrong filter two weeks ago, and have not yet got the correct replacement I was promised.

DO NOT ORDER A FILTER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a filter on December 6th which was shown to be in stock. The filter did not ship out until December 12th. Then, the shipment was delayed twice with UPS stating the incorrect postal code was entered by the Filters Fast. The shipment was delivered on December 19th, but to the wrong address. I called them to discuss options for a replacement filter and was informed I would have to purchase another filter from them if I needed one immediately, but the fast shipping they have available is 2-6 days. With the Holidays this means I would not get my replacement filter until January. They also noted that I might or might not receive a refund for the filter I've already paid for.

Their customer service is horrible and the fact that they can't even ship their products to the correct address is unacceptable.

I will not be working with this company in the future.

Price was good..but if you want filters fast, go elsewhere . 11 days and still waiting!

VERY POOR Customer Service

I had two problems with my order and there is no contact phone number for the company where you can reach a live person. There web site for this purpose is poor and use of this Web Site or Text Message only is totally inadequate. My shipping address had to change base on how they shipped, they only gave me one tracking number while they were shipping in 4 separate shipments, and they lost one shipment for which they gave me no Tracking Number for, and NO PERSON COULD BE CALLED!

FiltersFast had the product I needed, easily found, at a reasonable price, and delivered in a timely fashion. I can't ask for much more. They were also proactive in keeping me informed along the way. Well done!

After searching the internet for N95 face masks, I believe this price was very high. Almost to the point of price gouging. I've always been charged fair prices for fridge filters, but this time I believe they were unreal.

its the dog wagging its tail. I tried to order and they canceled my order, I reordered the same items on their web site by pushing a link that said reorder same stuff! I did and they increased the price in less than 24hrs. by over 30%, crazy, weird etc.. then it took me two phone calls to cancel my second order, which I hope they did. I am happy that 4.3 star people did not have to stress like I did! good luck for those that order there products

I've been ordering my furnace and water filters here for years and only had one complaint in this long time. One order for water filters was placed in the box loose and it broke through the box because of rattling around inside. The filter wasn't damaged but I thought it could have been boxed up better. This isn't much of a complaint for the long period of time I've been doing business here.

I should have checked when I got home rather than trusting your email at my work. I doubt my fridge will last long enough to use them.

I bought my parts from the dealer first time, never again, as long as Filters Fast is still in business I will be getting them from them.

'I've used Filters Fast a bunch in the past, but really fell down on the job this time. My order went in the black hole for a month failing to mention, oh, by the way, it's on back order, and now there is no phone number to contact, only texts and email, which makes for really poor customer service. They just don't want to talk to customers, much less if you had an installation problem. Won't use again if I can help it.

Been doing business with Filters fast now for a few years. Have always had quick service, received the exact product I ordered and they ship to Alaska. Love this place.

Order took 5 days to ship. Poorly packaged and only one filter arrived. Box was open, so if the 2 I ordered were shipped, one was lost in transport.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong filter. The return charge was exorbitant. I ended up getting two filters from EBay for less than the one from Filters Fast. I will use other vendors in the future.

I am quite disappointed to find that under humidifier water treatments
there are no choices any longer available at a reasonable price. The cheapest I could find on your site was $25.00 for the BestAir solution.
A few years ago, these types of humidifier treatments sold for around $5.00! Now they are discontinued!!? If these types of price increases are really necessary and not just companies trying to gouge us, then God help
us, because the cost of living will eat us alive eventually!
P.S. I did find one on another site.
